With the help of some community members we can give our devices a longer lifespan! (XT2027-1/3)
need a unlocked bootloader and the latest stockrom
I'm not the developer, I tested it and the performance is great, I'm just sharing it with the community.
I am not responsible for any damage caused to any device, pay attention to the installation process.
* If you are using the previous version the process will update the rom without data loss.
* For new installations formatting the data is necessary.

Thank you luanmac for posting here. Should I try to install the image on an XT2027-3, or would you not advise doing that, because of known problems?
The devices don't have much difference from each other in specs, maybe you convert your device to an xt2027-1 by accident, or maybe you have difficulties with safetynet, and you also have the network frequencies that can change by region. But as a precaution, download the latest stock rom and replace the vendor.img in the folder with the vendor.img that came in the stock rom folder.
The structure of the original image ist different. Do you know how to generate a vendor.img out of this files?
I also have tried to extract with dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/ but there is no vendor partition.
it can be done with twrp, but we don't have a working version on android 11 or 12, you can try to install the rom, as both are dual-sim, you might miss it the compass, and in case of error you can restore the one you downloaded, but from what I've seen the only difference between the devices is the compass
I'm going to try it. The compass is already my concern, radio frequencies and other other things should be equal. The max. loading performance ist lower and hopefully it doesn't burn my device during the next loading
I talked to the developer, he told me that it is compatible with all models of one hyper.
I've been using the rom for a month, I don't have any major complaints, sometimes I have to restart a few times to turn it on, it doesn't show the Motorola turbo Power, but it continues to charge fast, and it has Android's artificial intelligence that limits the charge to extend the battery life
Thank you for your help.
As reporting my experience with the ROM:
The installer bat file is a charm and runs without problems. After that I stuck in bootloop, but a factory reset initiated at fastbootd fixed that. After that UI starts, but the UI starts flickering and the touchscreen did not react in this condition. It lasted approx 10min and several reboots to start the UI without flickering.
Functionalities like radio, compass and so on working fine and everything works smooth. WLAN at channel 13 was not accepted during initial configuration and was the only problem.
The next reboot after configuration and installing apps was without any problem, but the third was again 5min flickering and several reboots between. Going to fastboot with the volume down does not work, which is very scary because that's my safety net when nothing works anymore. To go to fastboot I only found the way to use adb which workes only, if the UI is up and running without flickering.
For the ROM itself, some services cannot be deactivated and I think removing them with root leads to problems. My goal is to use the device without gapps (sounds strange for a PE ROM?) accepting that some things will not work (e.g. TTS). If I deactivate the gapps service I'm getting a lot of warings which I cannot avoid by deactivating the dependent apps. I use the HyperOne gapps free with the Motorola firmware and use replacement apps (dialer, SMS, contacts, etc.) for gapps dependent apps. The main advantage is doubling the required battery charging cycle (from less than 2 days to 4 or 5 days) and much less spyware activities in the backgound.
the screen flickering on every reboot is really annoying but it's caused by changes the manufacturer makes to the systemUi, and it starts before the rom, I looked for some roms without gapps, I found eelo, but it's on Android 10, the developer of rom is working on a Lineage os with far less Google apps, I'll share it here later
Please share upcoming roms.
The HyperOne is not in the list of supported official/uofficial or planned devices of eelo (https://doc.e.foundation/devices). Where do you have found informations about?
with the modularization of Android and the possibility of GSI, many paths were opened for custom roms, PE12 and Lineage are "optimized" GSI for one hyper, now we need a GSI of eelo OS
I don't know how to install GSI roms and I tried 5 different with no problems during flashing with fastboot (because twrp does not work correctly and orangefox refused to install), but all ended in bootloop and no one answers to the question how to get it done.
First of all congratulations for the work, the rom is amazing.
Any way to use the ultrawide camera?
excellent Rom (the problem when starting is minimal), can you advise me with a detail that I have when trying to transmit to other devices (Chromecast or TV). overall it's pretty good.

Yes, I uploaded a new version of the system with gcam (install manually) and an xml with all cameras working at maximum resolution and ultrawide upscaled to 18mp

Here Works normally with a google tv, update the rom
thanks friend, I detected that my device was misconfigured. it's already solved. thank you very much for the contribution.
After a month of use, here is three problems thats bothered me:
- the rom isn't able to run android auto (Communication Error 22 - Android Auto was/is not integrated in the operating system);
- none bluetooth audio device works after connected;
- sometimes audio doesn't work after pick up a phone call, being necessary restart the device.
This solve my issue with bluetooth audio.

I can`t connect to data network = No Internet. Tested different setting none gives me data connection.
I´M on Swedish Tele2.
First, thank you so much for this ROM. It's incredible that I almost forgot how advanced and nice android is with this ****ty nubia firmware. Gaming perfomance is perfect. Battery seems to be good too.
Here is a list of things that are not working correctly for me so far (excluding already mentioned problems):
@lasset : German D2 mobile data connection is working fine for me.
Sometimes I get a freeze and then black screen. (phone seems to be still on). Sometimes it recovers and comes back on, and sometimes I have to turn it off and back on again.
Seems like I have no option to choose when I connect the phone to a computer. So I can't choose data transfer
SafetyNet is not passing with any tutorial given on the internet, but I guess that's no Issue but I need google pay pretty often
The Fingerprint is not working for me, with and without the given app. It just tells me to put my finger on the back and even if I try to put it on the front sensor nothing happens
For file transfer, go to Developer Options > default usb configuration > File transfer.
I had the same issue. This fixed it.

did you flash some files beside on developer options.

Hey ralovesoc,
Love the rom. Finally the redmgic has working standard android features like Smart Lock.
Camera issues are 99% resolved by using Open camera. Some applications have minor bugs with it like Discord.
Just a couple of questions if you can help:
1) Is there a way to disable the triggers on the right side of the device?
They are active all the time which creates issues when scrolling or when playing Youtube because the device keeps registering them as touches; scrolling will stop or youtube will keep showing play/pause/scroll screens.
2) Do you have any plans to maintain/update this rom?
Thanks!

1) No.
2) Currently no. When @DD3Boh will release LOS 18 i will tho
After the ROM settles for a few hours, it's an amazing ROM, battery life is way better than stock. Only the AOD has a bug, sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn't

Hi, anyone tested if Android Auto works?
Installed this yesterday, the rom is very stable, works fast and has a lot of customization options.
Haven't found many bugs, all in all, great rom to try if you want to use android 11
Only major bug seems to be that NFC isn't working for me
NFC looks to be working now, not sure why in wasn't initially
NFC seems to still be spotty.
Sometimes it works properly, sometimes it can't be turned on
Not sure what it is, but a reboot "fixes" it (albeit temporarily)
Allways had CRDroid on my OP5T and my and my girlfriend has it on her OP6. At this moment i have XtendedRom 5 on my OP7TPro. If i change to this version, lost my encryption data?. Can i install it from fastboot without problems with my data or sdcard ?. THANKS.
New update is available now.

I've also flashed without loosing my internal data, But I can't take guarantee same will be haapen with you, So first take backup of internal before proceeding. First I've executed these commands:
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase odm
fastboot erase product
fastboot erase vendor
Then flashed CRDroid and no data loss. But still take internal data backup first just in case.
Really great rom thank you, i only have one bug so far, the right/left balance slider option don't work with Bluetooth ear buds.
How's the battery backup, anyone has any data for that?

Also a couple of questions:
1) Can I install OnePlus dialer? I like the raise to accept feature
2) Is the OP oos 11 camera app included or do I have to flash it myself. If so how?
3) OnePlus buds support? Can I just use the oneplus buds app or do I have to use something else?
Thanks for building for this phone!

Fantastic news, can we get a changelog for the release?
Things I like to mention which probably aren't device specific but could be improved:
- Slide statusbar for brightness only goes down to 33%, not to 1%
- Fingerprint is misaligned in a lot of apps (so you see 2 FODs)
- Hold back to kill app doesn't seem to work properly, device vibrates as if an action was performed but the app doesn't get killed
- Hold power to enable flashlight doesd work, but would be better if a vibration was added for haptic feedback to the user
- NFC is still hit and miss, sometimes it does work, somtimes it doesn't
- Warning about SELinux every boot
- as an added option: Automatic enablement of DC Dimming under 15% screen brightness

rom is great. smooth, customisable, didn`t found any bugs until now but have one issue that I quess is rom related, can`t install usb audio player from playstore, says app isn`t compatible with this version. I guess there are other apps that have this issue. other than that I like it very much! thanks dev!

Okay but does it run Crysis?
I've been running it and everything seems to work ok
Links provided by you are loopy and I don't seem to find any link to the "firmware.zip" you have mentioned in your website. Please write some more details. I'm very excited to flash it
Edit: Found everything.
Hey @Its_Vixano,
Thank you for this release in the first place, I'm really happy with it. Seems to be stable so far after the few days I've been running it.
I have only noticed some minor UX bugs with the recents(/gestures) while using Trebuchet (I haven't experienced it yet after switching to Lawnchair), but a more important issue is that I cannot play audio on a Bluetooth device.
I tested it with several devices, they show up as connected, but they remain silent even on maximum volume.
My guess (from the logs and my experience) is that for some reason the bluetooth audio connection cannot be built up correctly, it seems like it gets interrupted every second or so.
Other than that, do you know if the camera quality is better with the stock MIUI camera app? If yes, maybe it would also be worth to include it in this ROM as well, since others are starting to include it, I figured it wouldn't be too much of a hassle.
I only meant these as suggestions/observations, if you need more information on the bug, please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the hint, I tried rebooting to safe mode so that all the 3rd party apps get disabled, and also disabled some system modifications manually (tasker, dev options), but these didn't help unfortunately :/
But now that you mentioned it's working for you, I thought that the reason might be that I flashed your ROM to the V13.0.9.0.SKOEUXM firmware I had installed previously. I will re-test with the V13.0.4.0.SKOMIXM firmware that you recommend in your guide as well, I'll get back with the results.
P.S: I have attached the installed modules list and the error logs.

Not sure where to ask this, I apologize if I'm asking in the wrong place. But how is the lack of the proximity sensor is handled in this ROM?
Do you face any issues when accepting calls or listening to WhatsApp audio messages?

Is it possible to get the stock Xiaomi Cam on this rom?

Thanks a lot for this great Rom
I have a Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G NE (256gb DG - Global Version). I bootloader unlocked it after a week's usage. It is visible to ADB and Fastboot on Windows 10.

From the link. Successfully flashed boot.img, vendor.boot.img, and dtbo.img. It automatically selected _b as a destination on the phone. Attempting a reboot with power + volume up never got me to a recovery screen, only had the Mi logo flash before re-entering fastboot.
I re-read the instructions and there's a place where it is a little unclear as to if recovery.img is to be used for all phones or not despite only being in the ys1 repository. So I downloaded that and flashed it (successfully), it auto selected _a as a destination.
Phone still continues to reboot to fastboot, but now without the Mi logo flashing (guessing I blew away whatever was left of the factory ROM on _a with that last move).
Suggestions on what to do next? I'm stuck at a place where the phone is in fastboot mode and connected to a Windows machine with adb and the proper drivers but I'm guessing has no bootable recovery or ROM so sideloading isn't an option.

+1
Morevoer,if flashing through TWRP is possible, is it needed to flash the latest Global firmware? (V13.0.6.0.SLMMIXM)
thanks for the effort u have made to improve this rom, is 66w quick charge available in this room?
Been using the plus edition for a couple of days and it's great so far. Obviously not full of features as it's the first official build, but I'm yet to encounter any annoying bugs. The only bug I've seen so far is the battery usage menu getting laggy at times (when you change an app from 'optimised' to 'restricted'), nothing bad as it always goes away though. Great first build.
Finally, i have been waiting for Official PE on my Munch... Thanks for your efforts
Thank you pixel experience team.
I successfully installed the rom today.
The issues I am facing
1. Phone over heating
2. Charge drain really fast
3. Auto brightness working slow when outdoor
4. No 5g support

Fresh install? The overheating and auto brightness issues sound strange, I haven't experienced those issues yet. The battery does drain pretty fast though. And 5G support is just enabled from the settings.

Very good build, actualy. All work fine, need some cosmetic things, like a screen attention, adaptive sound and wide color gamut - P3 and sRGB. And fix battery drain)

OK. As usual, no one can answer a simple question, so I tried it myself. You can leave TWRP from SKKK without any problem. You do not need to flash Pixel Experience Recovery for the system to work, as well as all phone functions. You need to do everything that is in the instructions on the Pixel Experience website, except for the "Booting a custom recovery using fastboot" step. In TWRP you need to click Fromat Data (type yes), reboot to recovery, copy the Pixel Experience ZIP system and flash in TWRP. After flashing !!!DO NOT REBOOT TO SYSTEM!!! You need to go back to TWRP main menu and in ADVANCED options look for Flash current TWRP option. Do that - otherwise Pixel Experience Recovery will overwrite TWRP. Then there is the option to look for TWRP from SKKK (mirrors are on sourceforge. The latest version is twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.2_A13-munch-skkk). NoGravityKernel works flawlessly with Pixel Experience. First I flashed the kernel, then also Magisk - no need for Safetynet Fix - the system is certified. All you have to do is hide apps from Google and apps that detect root, such as banking apps or the McDonald's app. Even Viper4Android works. First you flash the Audio Modification Library and then the Viper4AndroidRepackaged module from programminghoch10 on GitHub.
To the author of the system: Anyway, thanks for this great system. It will be with me for a long time, if not forever.
Sometimes watching videos will freeze and restart.

Pixel Experience Plus "s"GSI
DISCLAIMER
I am not to be held responsible for any damage that might come to your device while trying to install or using this rom. This is your own responsibility.
What is this?
Pixel Experience is an AOSP based ROM with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, icons, fonts, boot animation)
Their mission is to offer the maximum possible stability and security, along with essential and useful features for the proper functioning of the device
Based on Android 13
What makes these builds different from other GSIs and especially, what makes it different from the already-existing PE GSI builds?
- Fixed Auto-Brightness
- Fixed the microphone in video recording by default
- Fixed Adaptive Refresh Rate
- "Fixed" the green tint in low-lit environments by enforcing 120Hz during those times
- AOD is enforced to use the lowest available refresh rate
- Added MIN/MAX Refresh Rate options within Phh Settings
- Reverted the QS look to the actual Pixel one
- S22-relevant settings in Phh Settings are enabled by default
What is working?
Everything not listed under broken things.
What is NOT working?
- WiFi Direct
- 5G
- VoLTE
Known issues
- proximity sensor (it works - the screen will lock if you put the phone near your face while in a call but you have to wake the phone yourself afterwards)
- WiFi Hotspot (it has been fixed in the latest release of Loki kernel)
- RIL signal occasionally misbehaves once after a couple reboots(keep toggling airplane mode until it goes back to normal, this is a general TD GSI issue ATM and you have to do this once per boot in the rare cases when it does occur)
- Video recording is capped at [email protected] (thank Samsung for this)
Instructions
If you're new to this, visit THIS LINK
For the front camera to work in Google Camera ports, it's advised to flash the CWAI firmware or newer.
Do keep in mind that with that firmware (or BVJA, which was before CWAI), Samsung added anti-rollback so you won't be able to downgrade to A12.
1. Extract the .xz file
2. Reboot into recovery
3. Perform a Factory Reset
4. Boot into fastboot (you need a patched recovery for this, follow THIS GUIDE
5.Flash the extracted image with fastboot: fastboot flash system image.img
6. Reboot

It will maybe boot but the fixes are pretty much exclusive to the Exynos variant of the S22, meaning you'll have the exact same bugs as you'd have with any other GSI if you flashed it on your SD variant.
In any case, I have absolutely no plans to try making it work on SD variants.
What a shame, but thanks to developers like you for their hard work, I just hope someone can do it, I can help test the system related issues, and I can also provide some donations, though not much
