I have the same issue on s20 plus, the other way to fix is disable the pin of the phone before the reboot .
If you put the code and quickly the issue doesn't happen

[Trouble] Reboot... reboot... reboot

Hi guys,
I've receive yesterday my new Google Galaxy Nexus.
Everything was fine, the phone was working all day. Because it's the first day of the phone, i've decided to let him go untill the battery is down.
But, at 8%, the phone just shutdown, and start to reboot automatically all the time. I've put it on charge, and it continue.
Here are the step :
1. It reboot
2. There is the animation with those color who is coming
3. Main screen // lock SIM
4. 5 seconds after the main screen, it reboot
Go to step 1 again.
It won't stop.
Could you help me here ?
Btw, i'm in France, with Orange.
Thks.
C.
Remove your Sim and try again.
Sent from my LG-P999
It doesn't work.
The main screen came, and after 3sec, the screen is like freezing for 1 sec, and after that, baaaam, it reboot again.

Do a factory restore is the only thing I can think of; if you have pulled the battery already
Use the factory images here: http://code.google.com/android/nexus/images.html
Or you could try flashing boot again, so just get the packages images from the factory package extract the boot.img and boot it from fastboot
Code:
fastboot boot boot.img
If that works then flash it:
Code:
fastboot flash boot.img
If that fails then just do a complete restore try use teh scrip in the package
I've Wipe the phone, and right now it's working (except that i have lost my configuration).
So, it's SOLVE.
Thx guys !
Try and remember what app you installed right before your phone went bonkers.
Don't install that app again.

Yeah, sure.
But today, again, my phone just start to reboot, over and over.
I'd to swipe and format AGAIN my phone, wich is sad, because everytime i do that, i lose all my user data.
It's strange because it didn't freeze just after i'd installed some app, but hour after. I just don't understand, and i really don't want that to happen again.
Did someone else got the same problem then I ? I didn't find another topic about that problem.
Thx a lot guys!
Céd.

I have basically the same problem, intermittently. The phone will just be sitting there and suddenly reboot. I will enter the SIM PIN and then it will continue, and then shortly afterwards reboot again. The only way I can stop the Insane Reboot Loop (IRL) is to pull the battery. Then, when it reboots, it stays booted - until the next IRL starts (I've only seen two so far - but then again I've only had the phone for a couple of days).
Again, hello all,
it's me and my [big] problem with my Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
I have my phone since more than one week right now. Every two days, my phone will restart, booting over and over, freezing each time at the reboot animation.
The only way to make it stop to reboot is to format/wipe the data and restore the factory configuration. Which is very very annoying, i'm loosing all my personal data.
It really drive me crazy. I don't know what to do.
My phone is not rooted, it's just a simple SGN with some apps.
Can you help me here please ?

My OnePlus 3 crashes on boot... :(

Hello,
My OnePlus 3 just stopped working today, wihtout any reason, apparently.
I am able to boot on the OnePlus logo, I see the red dots turning indicating that the system is booting, but after few seconds the dots stop moving and the phone instantly turns off (the screen become black and nothing appears).
I can :
- Boot on the recovery : I wiped everything, flashed a stock ROM from OnePlus using the adb sideload with success, but the booting problem remains.
- Boot in fastboot mode : but the phone is locked and I cannot flash anything here.
Other observations :
- My battery is fully charged
- Storage is encrypted
Can anyone help me ? I don't have the financial ressources to buy another phone, so any help will be greatly appreciated...

I've done it, but it didn't solved the problem.
Now, the problem is fixed. This is what I did : I unplugged the phone and let it reboot constantly overnight. At the morning, the battery was very low and the phone was off. I turned on the phone and it worked...
How the hell can this be possible ? What kind of problem is this ?

issues after updating to NPP25.137-93-2.

This update became available to me last Saturday. I thought it was the April security patch, but after installing the update version stayed on March, I and now I get random reboots and sometime my phone will ask me to input the pattern on lockscreen, not allowing me to use my fingerprint, even if I had done it once.
Anyone else having these issues?
If the phone restarts (or soft reboots) you will not be able to use the finger print sensor until you have entered your pin in first
You may have not noticed your phone restarted or soft rebooted itself
Assuming you have never modified your phone it will be impossible to say why your phone is randomly rebooting without an adb logcat recorded at the time of the random restart
If the problem persists you might have to factory reset your device
This may also happen when you have a 64bit twrp installed, even more likely with magisk.

OK, phone was never modified, but I think it might be hard to grab a logcat of it. I don't even have a PC.
Same problem but now it's in a bootloop...

Boot loop + ghost touch + self power on/off

Hi I am experiencing a really frustrating issue.
I am on stock latest MIUI rom tweaked in part by XiaomiADBfastbootTools and suddenly the phone began to boot loop with a ghost touch effect so I cannot boot normally and when I can reach the lock screen the phone seems to touch the screen by itself randomly then restarts. It power on/off continuously by itself if there is some charge to do so and even after disconnecting/reconnecting the battery. Same issues in the fastboot mode so I cannot even reflash same rom in these conditions.
What I did:
Tried to boot and shutdown/restart phone by reaching the lock screen - the phone restarts before it can shutdown/restart normally
Disassembled phone and disconnected battery - no changes
Disconnected all I can see except battery and screen - no changes
Tried to connect phone to pc and run it in fastboot - cannot do any changes before it restarts again
Tried to connect it to pc/wall without battery - cannot be done
I already had in few random moments this ghost effect in past but with a reboot it always disappeared.
Any idea?
Thank you all

Nice tip, thanks but I think I finally got it work.
Maybe it is a more electronics issue and I do not even know if this was the issue but when I pressed firmly the area where the power button links to the mother board it finally boot up without interruption, no power off or did strange ghost effects once in Android.
Meanwhile Xiaomi released new MIUI version, just upgraded to 12.0.6 flawlessly.

Question Mi 11 Lite (courbet) sometimes starts and most of the time gets stuck in Mi Logo bootloop...

Since a few months, I'm facing this problem. The phone is working OK when I can get to the system, but If I turn it off or the battery runs off, it gets stuck on a loopboot: the Mi logo shows and restarts itself after a few seconds. Can't access the recovery mode (it just restarts again to the Mi logo), fastboot works tho'.
The only way I have to get to the system is to start the Fastboot Mode, keep the phone on it to drain the battery and once it's empty, plug it to the charger and try to boot 15-20 times until it magically works.
I've never unlocked the bootloader or tried to install anything, the ROM and Recovery are the Xiaomi's stock EEA. I'm on MIUI 13.
Any ideas about how I can fix this weird behavior? Anybody has faced the same problem?
Thanks for reading/helping and happy new year to you all!
