My Lineage OS on One plus one installed fine. Used the OnePlus Exclusive youtube video to install the same. After the install, many things are crashing - 1) When trying to open Google Keyboard 2) Power Button does not show the advanced menu to open boot loader or Recovery 3) Unable to make calls - crashes when I open the dialer etc.,
Can someone guide me how to find whats causing the issue ?

Are you using gapps? Did you upgrade that also for Android 7.1?
After updating FFox to the latest this forum now only works when I right click links and "open in new tab" (or middle clock them, does the same thing.
Direct clicking a link has FFox just sitting there doing nothing.
Anyone else seen this?
I have not seen this at all. It has to be your settings
Just updated to Firefox 55.0.2 on Samsung Tab-A, stock device, using Google Playstore. This has completely broken Firefox, I cannot even open a bookmarked page. Tried all the usual tricks. I notice that the "settings" menu option is grayed out, and pressing "quit" menu option in Firefox does nothing. Application Manager says Firefox version is 55.0.2. This update of Firefox has basically *bricked* Firefox. I cannot even open a bookmarked webpage. Confirmed: I cannot open *ANY* page! Version on Google Playstore, where I updated, says version is also 55.0.2 (date Aug. 17, 2017). I just updated Firefox this morning. Previous version was 40.0.0.3 which worked well, and would play Flash video (with the last Android Flash driver Adobe made). I use (used..) the Tab-A + Firefox as my daily, go-to device, carried it around, linking to Wifi, trading, banking, email, etc. Firefox has all these critical bookmarks for me. This update has basically destroyed my device, as now, I can't even open a webpage! (Confirmed via Chrome that I have full web access, it works fine - EXCEPT, Chrome will not play Flash video, so I have NO access to my library of .flv videos. Arrgh...) I also had ABP installed on Firefox 40.0.0.3, and it worked well.
Posting this as warning: If running older Firefox 40.0.03 (which works well on Android 6.0.1), do NOT upgrade to 55.0.2 at this time. Date: Sept. 13, 2017.
I've just installed the official LineageOS 15.1 on my Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus and can't use the sport streaming app "Dazn" anymore. I can login but when I start a video I only hear the audio but see nothing, only a black screen. I've tried with disabled live display but it doesn't work. Then I read something about the SELinux mode and for testing it I've rooted the device and tried with different SELinux mode but it changes nothing.
Do you have some idea what can cause this behaviour?
EDIT: In logcat it shows following message: unable to createImage on display=0x1 slot=1
This message will be created the whole time (with different values) when I want to play a video
Recently acquired a mainland model Sony X9500H. I have managed to install aptoide TV and get Netflix with Dolby Vision working, I would ideally like to setup the android TV gapps package. I can not log into youtube without the core services and the aptoide store is hit or miss.
The TV runs android 9 and I have connected adb via network and enabled developer options. However, am not able to reboot into recovery. This ended up with a blank screen and no power on, a hard reset wiped the TV back to factory state.
Any tips for working with android 9 TVs to allow me to flash the Gapps package? Alternatively what is a full list of APKs needed to get functionality? I tried google play services and google play store, but the store would not open after install.
As the title states, I have a Pixel 5a running lineage os 19.1 with Android 12. I am unable to get the Now Playing feature working. It keeps saying either "No internet, connect to wifi" (even when I'm connected to WiFi) or it will say "waiting to download database" but never does. I'm not sure if I'm missing a Google services app or if I accidentally uninstalled something I need. I do have Magisk and am play store verified if that helps. Thank you!
