I have a Xiaomi Redmi K40 Gaming with POCO F3 GT Global MIUI V12.5.7.0(RKJINXM). The problem is: K40 Gaming has NFC, but POCO f3 GT not. I live in Europe. How can I fix MIUI as to accept NFC from K40 Gaming?

Xiaomi recently announced the Redmi K40S, an upgraded version based on the K40. K40S has improved charging speed, OIS and VC cooling system, but the rest is the same. Will Redmi K40S be compatible with the third-party ROMs available here? Has anyone tested this yet?
I would not bet on it working out of the box. Manufacturers make ever so subtle changes between revisions.

I dont think it can work, first of all, redmi k40s has a different internal codename so you the rom installation will failed at device checking .-. CMIIW
and Redmi K40S will have a global name Poco F4 (while Redmi K40 is Poco F3) so its a different phone.
