HTC Diamond is not responding after unlocking

Hi t all Help me Plzz
I install the unlocker & when the phone showtdown it never opaen again.....
i tryed Hard Reset but...nothing
Plzz Help me

when you say your phone does nothing. Does it not even switch on.....

yes it doesn't do nothing even charge......

If im not mistaken, you can flash from bootloader (get to it by Vol Down+Reset) connect to PC and then simply flash. If that dosent help, you will have to send it to HTC

My friend it does not respond to nothing no pc connection no charging not button respond only the processor is little warm sems like it is working........
but yes i'm afraid that i will go that to HTC Please Help

install the 1.93 original by this post and after you installa again the radio of step2 ok??

when you start your diamond...it starts in bootloader mode (diplay with 4 colours)....where it has writed "serial", when you connect it changes in "USB"?

Phone Bricked

hii.
im using zuk z2 plus and when im flashing custom rom the device stucked up and it shows ZUK logo and then goes black and the LED notification light was in ON state all the time ..
I cant switch on my phone after ZUK logo it goes blank eveytime.
Can anyone help me please...

help ! Mi MAX 3 hard bricked by Anti Roll Back

Hello guyz, recently my mi max 3 got hard bricked because of the anti roll back, i have no idea what is this before i read the thread in xda
now my my max is completely dead with QD9008 but can't flash due to mi id authorization , are there any solutions yet ? beside the authorization form xiaomi
i live in indonesia, there's a team called XFT who can solve this problem for about 40 bucks, but i still try to look for a solution to do it my self, please if any of seniors here have any solutions for this problem can help me

I hate to say it but unfortunatley the only thing you can do is contact xiaomi official support (for example a Mi Store in your country) or somehow get authorized.
No other way around
A month ago xiaomi had that thread of everyone asking for authorizing and they closed it and authorized everyone who asked for it.

i read that xiaomi russia ask 10$ for authorization, have u ever heard about it ? i will gladly pay 10 bucks to get the authorization mi account, i'm desperate to fix this phone

I saw on russian miui forum request thread for edl activation but admin close this thread.

I managed to brick mine, I cannot believe how stupid I am specially because I was aware of ARB. I don't quite know what is the way forward but mine now not even powering on. Cannot do anything with it.
If anyone could provide any help, would be appreciate.

- Then removed the battery cable
- And flashed a chinese fastboot
Unfortunately some reason I was unable to flash the global on any way. The phone wasnt booting just hang on the android screen.
I'm on miui10 EU, some reason thats working fine. I hope the above helps for someone..

So, by using the testpoint method you managed to unbrick your device without an authorized account?
Next time put your rom in a path without spaces, i'm talking about the "Mi Max3" folder, i have seen many cases of unsuccessful flash attempts because the rom was on path with a space or non english characters.

My case was slightly different to others. I managed to kill mine totally, wasnt even powering on or at least didn't display anything on the screen.
So I thought I won't loose anything if I try all I posted. I bought a poco f1 as a replacement already cause I thought this is dead..
I didn't authorise anything just done all the stepps I posted and managedvto revive the device.
I'm on miui10 eu, does anyone know if I could flash the global without bricking again?
Just don't want to do it all ovet again. Taking the device apart was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who hasn't done anything like this before.

In the screenshot of MiFlash you posted, the rom path is on "D:\Download\Android\Mi Max3\..."
The "Mi Max3" folder name has a space.
I have seen many cases of unsuccesful flash attempts because of this.
So, next time rename the "Mi Max3" folder to "MiMax3" and make sure none of the other sub-folders have a name with a space.

Hi guys. I read the whole thread. who will help step by step tell me how to unlock mi max 3 ch. what kind of files and programs do i need to carry out the firmware. I live in Russia, there was Global firmware, the bootloader is unlocked. miui update came 11.01 ru. I have never encountered xiaomi. after a while I got a brick. the phone does not respond to anything, it does not allow flashing through miflash. at the moment there is access to pc win 7 64. the phone is determined through a test point as 9008. there is a Chinese firmware (.tgz). I would be grateful for any advice or help. thanks.

So guys we know our development is dead currently however if you remember Agent managed to get boot animation of POSP yea it was boot animation. So can't we get more than that? We can but problem is service centre isn't close by for Agent also he has to pay every time to fix it since its gifted no warranty comes out for it as he doesn't have valid bills. Also, now Xiaomi is not giving any solution so we came up with idea that Agent has no problem if anyone going to help him with testing but make sure its under warranty && service centre is close by. So if you really want something then please PM @sahilsonar or @android_lover
NOTE: DON'T SPAM IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO HELP.

Since the phone is so easy to brick and cost $30 to unbrick via EDL flash, not much users will be interested in development.

Developers should focus on bypassing authorization account on sp flash tool.that would fix everything and start all the development.any app can be cracked unlocked or modified and this would be really easy if we could find a programer to do this

The Phone Will Definitely Brick After Flashing That Custom ROM, Because The System Is Not Ready To Accept (Boot.img) File Of Different Type In Compared To Stock (Boot.img)
I Think It Will Not Brick If You Format The Whole System, Data, Vendor,Boot, Cache etc Through TWRP And Then Clean Flash The Custom ROM Then There Will Be No Issue Of Replacing (Boot.img) File.
And The System Will Run Perfectly, Also If You Disable The Anti-Rollback Safeguard Then I Think It Will Also Give You Some Protection From Bricking.
Sorry But I Am Not Interested In Becoming A Tester Becuase I Have Unbricked My Phone Once Through Mi Service Centre And They Took 6Days To Unbrick The Phone Becuase They Were Unable To Detect The Problem And Ultimately Replaced The Mainboard Assembly Spare Part To Get It Repaired

Btw it's not my work I am just trying to help the community and don't discourage others.
All service center are not like yours.
See the devloper himself went to Service center twice and got the device in 3 to 4 hours

Yes I Know The Other Service Centres Are Unbricking Within 3- 4Hours But The Place Where I Live Has Not Much Trained Technicians And I Was Very Disappointed When They Told Me To Wait For 7 Days To Get It Repaired Which Showed They Were Not Trained Enough.

Is it still on the boot animation?

Unfortunately I'm in the U.S. don't have access to a service center but I'm willing to donate to unbrick someone's device for the cause lol Hopefully everything works out

Black shark tool for BL and root

Hi guys im new here but i found a tool that can be use for BL unlock and rooting for Black shark mobile including Black shark 3 the problem is that the tool is in Chinese im just asking if anybody know how to translate it so we can make the tool work.
I tried translating it using google app but cant understand it properly

But then i can use it if i tried to brick my mobile i can use the repair it right? It can download firmware. The tool can be ise for repair if anything happens to my mobile right?

dont bother, in the list theres a readme said, the tool only works on bs1/2. not 3......
