Hello all,

With immensity kernel the speaker is very loud wich is good, but when i flash optimus drunk kernel 30.11 the speaker is much lower, music and calls.
Is there a solution? Is it just me?

The solution is to use the Kernel you prefer.

[Q] Low volume on earpiece speaker

I was running the latest nightly cyanogenmod rom and the earpiece speaker volume was loud and clear so that sometimes I even had to lower it by the side buttons during a phonecall.
Now I changed to Insertcoin stable but the volume is almost the half even at the maximum setting so that in a loud enviromnment I can barely hear the other person on the line. The same problem existed in every other sense rom that i tried.
Is there any mod or app that I could use to boost the volume of the earpiece speaker? Not the external speaker or the headphones but the earpiece one. Thanks in advance.
yeah i know what you mean same thing with my BT earpiece ...on AOSP roms loud and clear on Sense roms quiet (and fuzzy) ... as far as i know there's no solution for that

[Q] Sound Quality

I am running NXT light with the Advanced Kernel.
I have had people let me know that the sound quality is poor except when I am on either Bluetooth or speaker phone.
What effect's the sound quality of a call, the Kernel or the ROM?
I thought it could be a hardware issues but people hear me with out issue via speaker phone.

[Q] In-call volume too low

Hi, everyone. This is my first post here so please for your unterstanding.
I've a HTC One X, Endeavoru and the problem is too low in-call volume. I tried Vol+ during the call but no effect, it is to low for me. I don't know maybe the speaker is broken, but I bought the phone brand new.
Is there any application or kernel witch can increase in-call volume?
I already have:
CM 11 NIGHTLY ROM
CID 11111
On the stock ROM(and 4.1.1, 4.2.2) I had the same problem.
PS. I did not use a toothbrush because my phone is new and speaker grill is not a problem.
Please search for existing threads before opening new ones

you can clean your speakers using tooth brush or something can go through that speaker small dots
clean both of your speakers i did try that was a big difference before and after !
I installed application from link above, but correct me if i'm wrong. This application cannot boost volume when i'm talking with another person through the speaker on the top of the phone? It can increase volume only when I listen to music, am i right?
Let's say, I do not want to listen to music, i would like to hear another person a little louder.
Sorry for my English

In-Call audio question

Hey guys
I have this problem with my international m8, latest firmware
Sometimes, in some calls, when i talk to the other guy, the sound is somewhat distorted, as if the audio volume has been upped very much and then clipped to the needed volume. iIt is difficult to understand them. this happens only with some of my phone calls, not all. i don't know what it could be?
Who is responsible of the in-call audio? the firmware, radio, kernel or the rom?
Thank you!

Headphones Loudness (Help)

Hello,
I wanted to know how to manually turn the sound up on headphones. My headphones are not loud enough and it's quite irritating. I've already tried to modify the (mixer_path) and it doesn't seem like it's changing.
Rom: Stock 8.1 (Jan) Patch
Kernel: stock

The issue may be with the headphones I have a pair that has a lower max volume than my wireless ones but some custom kernels have an option to raise the headphones volume like Franco and ex lernel
