Is it possible to get Gboard for Android TV onto Fire TV Stick 4K or Max? I like the Gboard keyboard much better on my Onn Android TV 4K. Tried sideloading the Gboard (Android TV) apk to my Max. It installs, but doesn't run. Screen just flashes real quick when I try to run the app. Any way to make it work?

Hello,
I have installed musixmatch TV from the amazon appstore and sideloaded youtube for android TV.
The musixmatch worked perfectly, and the youtube UI was perfect but it couldn't load videos (probably because the lack of the nexus player's video player apk).
Is there any way to sideload plex with the android TV on my amazon fire tv stick? Or maybe the android TV launcher?
I have a Sony 4 k TV that has a built in android 'smart side'. On another (not smart) TV I use a Fire TV stick.
I like the launcher on the firestick much better than the android launcher on the Sony TV. Is there a way I can install the firestick on the Sony TV?
I don't even know their launcher names.
Thanks.
I think this is available for the 4k Stick but not others. This APK installs and works on the Cube 2 and maybe others:
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/apple-inc/apple-tv-fire-tv-variant/apple-tv-fire-tv-variant-1-2-release/apple-tv-fire-tv-variant-1-2-android-apk-download/
Enable Developers Options and sideload.

Hi there!
I have a Fire TV Stick 4K with an debloated ROM running and hooked up to my older 4K TV.
It's a Sony 55XD85 with HDR10 signal support but I don't like how Netflix HDR looks on this TV.
Fire TV options do not work to get rid of HDR output and TV settings same (it's an ATV Generation 1 TV but global disable possibility is only available in ATV 2).
So do you know if it's possible to forbid (Netflix) HDR output Android-sided or is this not possible because of HDCP or similar?
I had a look in "/sys/class/graphics/fd0" but didn't see anything HDR related.
Thanks,
Nico
