I have made some dialpad skin, here is one of the dialpad. Enjoy~
You need to install Smartdial first.
Install method
1 backup the phcanrc.dll in \windows first
2 copy the HQDxxxxxx.cab to pocketpc phone
3 run it and install in main memory
4 softreset
Uninstall method
1 uninstall it though remove program
2 copy the phcanrc.dll, that you backup before installation, to \windows
3 delete all registry in HKLM,"Security\Phone\Skin
4 softreset
** Though phcanrc.dll should be able to recover by itself, but for safety i recomment you to make a copy**

Did the same thing different software...nd using htc hd2 running android via wifi file manager
u can try "HFS file server" and use internet explorer
All WebFtp sites (Net2FTP) works with authorisation too. But, look for WP7 native FTP application.

[Bootanimation] Galaxy W Logo (480x800)

Hey guys, I made a bootanimation for our phone... Hope you like it... :laugh:
It isn't a flashable .zip so follow installation steps and remember it is only for root users...
Installation:
1. Download the file View attachment bootanimation.zip and copy it on your sd card
2. Open a file explorer app like Root Explorer and press mount button to make system writable, like in this screen:
{

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
3. Go in system/media and paste here the file you have downloaded overwriting the existing one
4. Select the file and set permissions as in this screen:
5. Set the owner as in this screen:
6. Close file explorer, reboot the phone and enjoy :laugh:
Here is a preview of the bootanimation:

Anyone?
jpg. should work, it's probably a problem with your file manager, or you should use your file manager to pick your bitmaps. I use ES file manager and have no problems, but with my Stock file manager I had the same problem. Hope this helps.

HTC 10 cannot install xposed.zip at TWRP

Hi, My HTC 10 is CID 622, rom version 1.53.708.4
I have tried to reinstall xposed on my phone after fixed the VOLTE problem at HTC service center
I have already root and install TWRP3.0.2.4 on my phone
When I flash xposed on my phone
it appear as attached photos, error 1 gzip short write
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
and I tried to re-flash again after gzip short write appeared
It appear as attached photo error 1, cp: can't create '/system/xposed.prop': file exists
I use root explorer to check my system file, the xposed.prop does not exist(as attach photo)
Please help
Recovery log please (see the TWRP thread if you don't know how to get one).
P.S. That second error is related to the extracted files, not what's in your system folder. You should reboot recovery before flashing the zip a second time to clear out the temp files.
