win7 won't recognize device

I am not rooted. Have yet to figure it out. I have rooted everything I had but this device. Followed albert wertz method for my last device. It was fine but maybe its a samsung update or a win update; I am not sure what the issue is. I am just trying to transfer files from cell>pc vice versa. Drivers are installed and trying the samsung toolkit too but it apparently thinks that debugging mode isn't checked cause it gets stuck there everytime.

go to development and install the tool kit connect your phone with adb
and it should install drivers

Did it and it says they're already installed.

It shows up in device manager in Windows then?

It does not show up in the dvc manager. I simply wanna put my pics from my deployment to afghanistan on my pc. I can't figure this out for the life of me cause it was working fine til i did something to my laptop that ended up messing my my wifi driver; ever since then nada for "laptop driver" or the gs3

What I did was turn off my phone then plug in the usb cable then power the phone on. That's what worked for me.

I'm a lil behind. I dont understand what being in dl mode has to do with my pc recognizing the device.

Didn't work. Just booted back up and is as it was before. Only showing charging and the lookout security icon.

I had this same problem the other day bro. Make sure you have the updated drivers that was my problem. What version of the drivers are you using?

Hope I'm giving the right answer. this is what i found in the C drive under the samsung toolkit folder
Samsung_USB_Driver_1.5.15.0

drivers
I can't post links yet, but do a search on google "samsung l710 drivers" and hit the first link. It should take you to Samsung's website and you can get the drivers there.
Also, check if the device is in the right mode by doing the following:
On the dialer, dial *#7284# (*#PATH#).
Set the UART to PDA.
Click on Qualcomm USB Settings and change it to MTP+ADB.
If it was set to RMNET + DM + MODEM for example, checking the USB Debugging option will not enable debugging.

How do I set default USB mode??

I am trying to root this Galaxy Note 4 (SH-N910V ---6.0.1), but everytime I restart the phone, it goes back to the "Charge Only" setting. How do I set it so that it will stay in MTP mode?

Man, I tell ya, I've searched many times on every site I know of for that answer and I really don't think there's a way with stock. Other kernels and roms have that feature but with stock you have to set it on every boot.

FRP Xiaomi Mi6 without usb debugging

Hello!
My friend had done a hard reset on her MI6 MIUI 9.2.3. and now she can't pass the login process to her Google account.
So far I've probably tried all possible ways from YT to unlock without interfering with the software, but nothing has worked.
Now I wanted to take the bootloader, but here the stairs begin, I don't have access to the settings on the phone, so I can't turn on the USB debugging, and without that I can't do much. So I have a question if anyone had such a problem and whether he found a solution,

Mi unlock should work. Pretty sure debugging has nothing to do with anything outside of system.

There is another problem because she don't create MI account whit out this mi unlock don't work :/ any other option?

When I'm connect phone to pc beep sound and charging... there is no notification on phone & (no sound on)pc... I have installed all drivers properly

Go to 'Developer options' in settings and turn on 'USB Debugging' ?
If u don't know where is Developer option in settings google it ?

Than flash different rom...i suggest Resurrection Remix Final, but if u want pie go with pixel experience but only September Release because October release has some issues like VOLTE...

Not sure of win 10.. Me still on 7... As 7 is better in terms of user control..

Tried with micro USB adapter to type c connected but not working

From the op pic I can see that the phone is not directly connected to PC.. there is another something in between. Green coloured.. are u using original cable.. try removing that thing in between.. charging and data transfer is different.

Question Nokia G10 phone is starting

So I brought a Nokia G10 for my partner's young brother and it was working amazingly fine since Christmas, but now it's stuck on "Phone is starting..." I've done a restart, let the phone die but to no avail. The phone can't be factory reset as the phone won't load, I can't get into the safe boot as I can't enable developer options and enable USB debugging.
Any suggestions?

Reboot in recovery and reset from there. You'll need to Google on how to get there.

I've tried, the only thing that pops up is "fastboot" no other options, they say you have to enable USB debugging and that brings up the settings but I can't gain access to that.

I guess I'm having trouble making my laptop recognize the device. Like the Usb drivers aren't working. Maybe related to my laptop is Win 10 or Android version is 13

Which mode are you trying to connect your device in?
Fastboot, ADB or BROM mode?

Unfortunately not, couldn't get into the settings to enable that. Ended up going through the insurance and they had to send out a brand new one.

Yeah I knew how to do it, but when stuck in bootloader and usb debugging isn't enabled it was practically impossible to do. Just got stuck in bootloop .

if your device has Android 12 or newer version of Android it will not work.
