Just wondering if any other people happened to pre-order from tmobile on September 30, and if their order has shipped yet....because mine hasn't .
I ordered mine on the 1st and it is on its way. I never got an email or text from tmobile so I called them and they gave me the tracking number. You should call.
lol I ordered mine on the 24th/25th and it hadn't shipped yet as of Friday (I called). I'm supposed to get a call back today.
EDIT: With all the memory concerns, maybe this is a good thing.

are you sure it hasn't shipped? - don't rely on the tmo system to be current with it's info - i got my text msg from tmo with the tracking number the day it was delivered-
try that trick on the UPS website - near the tracking box, there's a "more options" selection - clik on it, then clik on "track by reference number" (or something like that) and then in the reference track box punch in your tmo phone number and down below your zip code - i was tracking mine the day it left tmo

I placed a pre-order the first day, and that one got messed up still shows back order. They placed another order last week and that one still hasnt shipped out either. I went to tmobile store on saturday and bought one from them...im just going to send back the other two IF they even send lol

i received my tracking number via sms once it was ready for ship....
I pre-ordered on the 30th. I received the tracking number on the 1st, with a Oct 5 delivery date. But it was pushed up, it's out for delivery as of 5:41 am pst. Can't wait!

Yeah I received a message that said the order was being processed on 10/1 and still haven't received any updates... This is starting to frustrate me
I placed my order early on Fri 10/1. Got a tracking number 10/2 and UPS says it shipped out today 10/4. Got txt notification for order completion and another for tracking number. Shipping to AZ. Probably won't get it until the 6th.

Pre-ordered on the 30th and the rep told me to be home for the next two days, because I was given express shipping, and if I wasn't here to sign, the phone would go back. She said that it would probably be here on Saturday, but maybe Sunday.
Here we are - two days before the 'launch' - the phone is already in stores, but not in my hands. It hasn't even shipped yet. Brilliant 'pre-order'.

-I called 611 and asked for order status...still says processing.
-I try my phone number in this format "XXXXXXXXXX" on track by reference on UPS.com and nothing
-Still no text message with tracking info.
Maybe mine somehow shipped already and the system, just doesn't know? Seems that some people who ordered on the 30th says theirs will be delivered today, ugh.

Well apparently i called T-mobile and it hasn't even shipped yet, they just said "You'll get it on October 6th"...wth was the point in even pre-ordering then?? Sigh.....fail T-Mobile

Yesterday I received a notice that they have not received their shipment and it would be delayed. They did not give a time frame when it would ship but said they would ship one day (which I selected) and gave me $20.00 credit. Just an FYI I ordered the white one on 10/7 and my ETA is still listed as 10/24....

That was me. Ordered a black on Oct 6th. I talked to 2 different reps on 2 different days and both told me it would be delivered the 24th. Neither said the phone delivery was gonna be delayed. Although maybe they are telling that to people they oversold to.
As of now i have not received a shipping notification.

Just got off chat with Amazon. Much back and forth about pre-order, I still don't think she understood that whole concept. I preordered on Day 1 - Sep 19, and Amazon is now telling me mine won't be delivered until December. Tempted to post the transcript. It's an embarrassment for Amazon IMO.
My order status still says delivery tomorrow by 8PM., but of course it has not shipped. May just go local, but I'm pretty peeved...what's the point of pre-ordering from the biggest online retailer if they are last in line -- and don't tell you this to keep you from buying somewhere else?
I opted for the free 2 day shipping, so my estimated arrival is on Monday, but there is no updates to my order either. I hope Amazon doesn't screw me over, I already waited patiently with the whole Verizon BS of delaying the Note 4 when every other carrier had it on release day.
I just spoke to a live customer service representative and still have no concrete answer as to what is happening with this order. Really starting to get angry. First I was told that they were out of stock for the galaxy note 4. I explained to him that I understand that the phone is out of stock as of a couple days ago but it was not when I ordered on the 10th of October. He then went on to repeat himself word for word about how the phone is out of stock. This is when I started to get really annoyed because it just seemed like he was giving me the run around. As he was explaining this to me I cut him off and told him that "I understand what you are saying about the phone being out of stock now, but that should have no effect on my pre order since it was in stock when I ordered on the 10th of October. Why would I even bother pre ordering a phone that was out of stock when I could just walk into a store and buy it today. I pre-ordered the phone well over a month ago, it was in stock, I was quoted an estimated delivery time, and at no point have I received any email or text notifications telling me otherwise. What I want to know is where is my phone?" He then tells me that he is going to check into it and puts me on hold. When he came back on I was told, he again starts telling me about how I will receive a notification once the phone ships to which I reply "Well when is it going to ship. Today, tomorrow, next month, or maybe next year? The whole point of me calling you is to find out what is happening with my order and you are telling me absolutely nothing". He then asks if I want to cancel the order. I told him he can cancel the order if he gets me a refund on the $600 worth of Amazon gift cards I have credited to my account. He replies by telling me that he is going to put me on hold so he can see what my options are.
When he came back he told me that he would wave the same day delivery fee and then tells me that the orders are being processed now. I asked again when it will be delivered but could not get a straight answer out of him. Supposedly he is sending me an email regarding the conversation we had (its been about 20 min. no email) . So essentially from what I gather is that no one, and I mean absolutely no one at Amazon has any idea what is happening with these orders and that the guy I was talking to was just trying to pacify me by telling me the orders are currently being processed (I do not believe that at all). As of now it just seems like anyone who pre-ordered the phone through Amazon might just be better off calling your local Verizon or Best Buy stores seeing if they have any in stock, cancel your supposed "pre order" and just by in store. What a pain.
If I didn't have Amazon gift cards I would definitely cancel my order.

Got the same email this morning after talking with Amazon last night. Last night they said it could still ship by midnight and delivery would be today - "could" being the operative word. Today I got the email, and on the phone they said they had NO delivery information and that they had not received their shipment. The problem now appears to be that if you cancel and get it from somewhere else (I did confirm Verizon has black and stock and can ship immediately), you will lose your pre-order trade-in guarantee ($200) from Samsung.
I'm very unhappy with Samsung, Verizon and Amazon - mostly Amazon for their lack of communication. There is no way they couldn't know this before the ship date, and their communication has been dismal at best.
Just cancelled by Amazon order of the Note 4. Called first thing this morning they advised they did not get their shipment and they could not tell me when they are expecting their shipment. Not real pleased with Amazon at this point. Getting ready to go out and hunt this phone down!!!
Got a response from Amazon for an email I sent them today regarding this. They didn't seem to really care about screwing things up and also stated the Samsung offer is not currently honored by Amazon. I know Samsung has recently changed the promo terms and conditions and added the other Galaxy phones to the promo. I no longer see Amazon listed or even a list of accepted retailers. Maybe it's a good thing the phone didn't ship because I was really only getting this phone because of the promo. Amazons communication and resolution to this issue has been terrible.

Customer service couldn't give me any estimate of when they will get the phones in. I was pissed off because at the very least if they communicated this to us early, then I could have preordered elsewhere. Now I'm stuck due to the promo as I did the pre-order and also the trade-in through amazon. Plus I used a bunch of gift cards on it.
Cancelled my order with Amazon and went to local VZW store, Note 4 in hand right now.
I too will never order phones from them again. I'm a prime member and place about 100 orders per year with them. It would take drastic measures to regain my confidence in them when it comes to preorders and purchasing phones.

I am in the exact boat you are. They already took my trade in so I can't do the non- preorder option. If I cancel my order now I get neither promotion.
They gave me a December estimate but told me that it was more likely to be early November. Still too long! I ordered on 9/25...it was not listed as "out of stock" at that time.

I pre-ordered this phone (black) on 27 Sep. Until today at 4 AM they still indicated it would be shipped today w/ estimated arrival of 27 Oct. My current phone is broken, so I chatted with Amazon customer service early this AM to see if I could get my delivery changed to 1-day. The nice lady on customer service said no problem, and even as a one-time exception upgraded me to 1-day shipping for free. Five minutes later, my estimated delivery date changed from 27 Oct to 9 December!! I pre-ordered to take advantage of Samsung's $200 rebate promotion for trade-ins. I can no longer cancel this order and take advantage of that offer at another retailer because the promotion ended on the day the phone was officially released. If they don't ship until 9 Dec I can't even meet the deadline for the pre-order paperwork and won't get the $200 promotion. I'm now stuck with a non-working cell phone waiting indefinitely for them to ship my pre-order. I spoke to multiple customer service agents on the phone (1.5 hours on phone, and hung-up on by one agent during a transfer), including two supervisors, with no resolution and no offer to do anything whatsoever to improve the situation. This lack of communication and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. BBB / FTC complaints are on their way.

Yikes on the trade-in. Fortunately I haven't done mine yet. Amazon has really dropped it on this one. I told one of the customer service people that Amazon was big enough to get answers from Samsung and Verizon, and that to have hardly any information was unacceptable.

I talked with 4 people and spent a couple of hours on the phone - didn't net me much. After a time, one rep offered me $10 for my trouble, which really ticked me off. I sent him a link here to see the issues people were having, and that Amazon had already refunded someone else $20. I told him I didn't want the money - just answers.
Anyway, after feeling the futility with Amazon, I called Verizon who has them in stock, ready to go, and is giving the $200 trade-in on any smartphone (if you haven't traded it in yet). You can pick them up at most of the stores, or they can ship overnight. Same price, same trade-in, no headaches.
Update... Expected delivery on 10/28!

Has anyone received their phone from OP yet? I paid for the 2 day shipping on the 23rd, and I still haven't gotten my phone. I checked the tracking, and it just flew in the opposite direction across the country before it's supposed to come back to me.
From France, I've only reserved the phone by paying a 10% advance payment. The rest will be payable between Monday and Wednesday and then I will know about the delivery date
Made it to my FedEx facilities and was supposed to be delivered Friday yesterday and never did. Now saying pending. I have an bad feeling about this.
Yes, here in the US I pre ordered on launch day, and FedEx surprisingly came thru and delivered Friday as scheduled.

Mine shipped from New Jersey, to Tennessee just to have to come back north past New Jersey again to Rhode Island. I'm 3 states north from where it originated

I got mine in Friday. I'm pretty sure all of the phones in the us are going to originate in linden NJ and head to Memphis TN. Memphis is a major fedex hub so they all get sorted there first and then go back out.
Mine should be here Monday. Currently in Memphis, TN (shipped from New Jersey).
Mine is due to arrive on Tuesday, FedEx picked up today.

Phone never made it to out for delivery and sat at the FedEx hub. I literally place a hold at facility and picked it up from there.

Yep, both OnePlus website/store app and FedEx confirmed this. First thing this morning I was notified of the label creation (wasn't due to be sent out until March 29) and around lunchtime FedEx scanned it as picked up and in transit.

When I preorder mine, the website said it would be sent out on the 25th. I paid the two day shipping, but my phone was not sent until the 26th. If you look at the Shipment Facts on the Fedex tracking site it says:
SPECIAL HANDLING SECTIONDeliver Weekday
So even though, the package could have been delivered on Saturday to meet the two day shipping, the special handling says tough luck, weekdays only. I received my wireless charger on Friday, along with my case from Amazon though. I am excited to get it, but I'll wait until Monday.
My order just says "Order Outbound"
Guess paying the 10 extra bucks for shipping did absolutely nothing...
Not in a hurry anyway but not impressed with the customer experience. Same story with the 5 other phone I ordered from OnePlus over the years...
I have my stellar black since yesterday. So far it's nice. There is still a problem when scrolling through the Google feed and some social media apps.

same game with Deutsche Telekom. They advertised black color, announced one green, sent it out Friday plus shipping costs for the only option with cash on delivery , it 'arrived' Saturday but DHL put a notification in the mailbox as they are not allowed to accept cash these days....
gladly I live in an area with friendly delivery guys and girls, so after some successful searching for the one transporter containing my package.
So, after a day with it I'll decide to keep it. Next de google, de bloat and finally routing it. To open the bootloader incl. fastboot was the first thing I did, as this steps wipe tge device as we know well.

I did and no tracking number yet. Ordered 8/15. I think that they're than likely have pallets that hit a point in distribution where they are tagged for shipping. As QTYs are available for certain regions, you get early tracking. The rest get it the same time, just behind the other ready to tag one's.

Pre oder August 11 and still says processing already charged my account 4 days ago paid in full,still says August 27. I'm from California. Order the unlock version. On a side not last year my fold did not get out until the official launch date September 18. Usually I oder my phones with Verizon, they tend to always send phone like 5 days before launch date

It will let you know when you have a oackage coming.
I have my tracking number already. 2.0lb for the bundle i got.
Eta aug 27th.
But no word from samsung or movement.
Basically when they make your order they make a tracking number also and it goes into fedex system.

Ordered the 256gb black version, started with 28th for delivery, now showing by 26th.
Probably good the 512Gb one isn't offered in the UK yet as don't need it but would have probably ordered it anyway
Ordered mine Cloudy white, through EE at 7.00pm 19/10, called during the announcement and they called me back at 7pm. Got it ordered fine, but no delivery date yet. They said I was the first one to order one, which was cool!

Most people that ordered online have delivery dates set at 27-30 october. If you have no delivery date, you were not the first one.
Ordered the 256gb black 6 Pro on the 19th (launch night) and currently showing a delivery date of 26th October from the official Google store.
6 Pro 256 GB Black. Placed an order as soon as the ѕhitty checkout stopped erroring, which was like 2 hours after it became "available". "Delivered by 26 Oct" order status online. Meaning they would have to ship today or tomorrow.
It absolutely sucks аss that there is no 512 GB version in UK, another retarded decision from Google.

It could also be that EE are a little slow on the system, same happened when I ordered the P4XL the date was only updated the day before delivery. Fingers crossed.
Ordered mine from Google store this morning and it's showing Nov 23rd delivery date. Will this likely change?
128gb Pro from the Google store UK - delivery "by" 26/10. Still got over 30gb free on my pixel 5 so didnt see any point doubling space.

For me it's 26th the problem is that i'm abroad and be back Friday 29th. I tried to contact them to reschedule delivery, but I can only cancel it, I cannot change the date. How do they deliver? I know I]it may be a stupid question, but ow I'm stressed.

If previous ones are anything to go by then they come by courier, so you should be able to select a re-delivery slot to suits you.
CPW states 2/11 for me!
by the 26th for mine direct from the playstore

I had the same issues with googles 0% offer. The phone is £849 yet klarna set the limit as £830. That would be fine as it was meant to take a £35 deposit but it wouldnt let me. Just kept saying "payment declined"
Wasnt a big deal for me as i just paid outright for it, was only going to do the monthly payment as it was 0% but bit ridiculous that it wouldnt let me.
So I received a text from Google an hour ago that my Pixel will be delivered today, the 25th, by DPD. It could be bull**** though, because DPD tracking is saying "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly". No email, no order status change online yet.
EDIT: Email received, partial shipping, phone only, not the case.
Just got my dispatch email from Google with an expected delivery of tomorrow (26th) with DPD 1 day shipping. Google store has updated with DPD tracking number but not yet tracking on their site.
Not had a text.
Nothing for me yet. Still says expected by tomorrow though so hopefully get something soon
