Hi, so I got myself a new Samsung A52s 5G but to my dissapointment it is branded by one of the polish carriers (csc: PRT). It pisses me a lot so naturally I started looking for a way to debrand it. Long story short, downloaded Samkey, got the credits etc. but apparently my software version is not supported (info: please downgrade your phone). Currently the software version is: A528BXXU1AUH3. The only other versions I can find online are A528BXXU1AUHA and A528BXXU1AUH9 which seem to be newer than mine. Am I wrong? Is waiting for a new verison of Samkey the only way to complete the process?
Thanks in advance for all tips!

Hi guys,
Here is my dilemma: I live in Vietnam and I can get the Korean S10+ 512GB for about $770 (vs. $990 for the international version).
The phone is SKT branded, but I guess there will be a way to flash the unbranded Korea firmware. Can anyone confirm it's possible?
Also, the Korean version can only take 1 SIM but if it is like the previous Galaxy S, the hardware should be there, it's purely a firmware limitation. How hard is it to install the international version firmware (F/DS) on the Korean version? If possible, will I still get OTA? Will I need to unlock the bootloader?
Thanks for your help!

I don't know that you could install the international firmware on the Korean device. I know the Canadian models (W) can flash the US (U/U1) versions. Id just get some confirmation before trying it as to not brick the device.
Hi all,
I'm very sorry for the very noob question, I've been out of the phone flashing scene for a long long time.
I bought a Galaxy A70 from my local Argos (sim free) (BTU) model SM-A705FN/DS
Is it possible to flash my device with a carrier specific firmware (O2) without causing any issues?
Im wanting to flash to O2 so that I can use their WIFI calling features, especially considering I'm on the O2 network?
Thanks in advance, it's much appreciated!
P.S - I don't want to root
Thanks
Jamie

So please forgive me if this has been answered before, but I have not been able to zero in on an answer to my problem by searching the forums.
I recently bought an international SM-N975F/DS that I bought through a reseller in Canada. The home region is Vietnam. I am using SIMs from Telus and Roger's. This is my first international version of a phone that I have owned.
I would like to upgrade to the latest firmware but the phone is telling me that I am up to date. I'm happy to wait for the the regional update, but i am not sure it will be triggered while I use the phone in Canada.
I am open to flashing another version of the firmware in order to get the update, but I am confused as to what version to use. Since the dual sim version of the phone was never released in Canada, I'm not sure what version of the firmware I should download.
Also, if I am able to switch the region to one where Samsung Pay will work in Canada, I would love to do that. I'm not sure which country version will work here.
And my final question.... if I do flash a different region will it update manually or will I have to download and flash each new software update and security patch?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
I believe you need to figure out which sm-n975F receives the fastest updates and then flash to that specific region .
Sorry if i ask a stupid question,
but when searching for it i found contradicting answers.
Also i somehow can not post in the general questions forum so feel free to move this thread over there.
I do own a S9 G960F which i have bought in Germany. But according to the official Samsung support it was produced for the Japan market/ is a Japan version.
The problem i am facing now is that the Japan version apparently does not get One UI 2.5 on Android 10 and instead is stuck on One UI 2.1.
Unfortunatley i do need One UI 2.5 to run a certain app and i am looking for a way to get that to work.
The general idea would be to flash the newest official german firmware for the S9.
According to Wikipedia the japan verson has a Snapdragon processor. So the question i am wondering about is if i can just flash the newest german firmwre using Odin or if that wont work since german phones usually come with the Exynos processor? Do i even have to care about the processor at all when flashing official Samsung firmware?
(Note that OEM unlock is enabled in the developer options. So a locked bootloader will not be an issue)
Thank you in advance for helping a clueless newbie like me.
Hi, just got Amazon Renewed S20+ 5g, with Model Number: SM-G986UZKAVZW.
So this one has came with some bloatware and Verizon stuff. I hope you can help me regarding wich firmware should I flash to get a stock, clean system in tho this device?
And kindly the flashing instructions or tutorial, cus it´s been a while since I´ve worked with android, just migrated from an Iphone XR.
thanks!
