Question Display frozen. - Samsung Galaxy A32 4G

Hello,
How can I fix Samsung Galaxy A32 Screen frozen? The display turns on and off (winking) and touch screen not worked and I must reset the cell phone. I did a factory reset and problem doesn't solve.
Any idea to solve it?
Thank you.

Is the battery good? Does it have enough power to boot up?
Has it been exposed to water or dropped?
Maybe a hardware failure.
Try reflashing the rom.
If it's a mobo failure that won't work. If it does work it may still fail latter as the flash memory may have failed.
If it was caused by a rootkit the reflash will fix it.

Hello,
The cell phone is new and battery is OK and not exposed to water.
How can I find the original ROM?
Thank you.

Try here.

Hello,
I can't see my country in the list!
What should I do?
Thank you.

If under warranty, send it in.
Double box it, insure it and take detailed pics of the phone right before boxing.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your reply.

S8500 Wave turning on issue (boot loop)

Hello,
I can't turn on my phone.
"Samsung Wave" text appears, then bada animation shows up and the phone restarts.
I've tried to install different firmware versions via Bootloader (JID, JK3, KL6) and it didn't help.
Maybe somebody has an idea how to fix it, but I have one more question.
Is it possible to change Product Code only with access to Download Mode?
I mean by PSAS/RevSkill or any other tool without enabling Diagnostic Mode in service menu?
I need to fix my phone or change Product Code and then just send it for warranty.
Thank you.
As we not know, what you made before...
1.
You have not more access easily to filesystem to change Product Code for instance...
2.
You can try to see which problem your S8500 has.
Flash MID RC2 file. Then you could see Bluescreen, with additional Infos about Restart...

ideas.
1.
Check if amss.bin and dbl.mbn will be flashed WITHOUT Errors...
2.
Maybe NV items erased...
Product Code is also stored as NV item...
This would be bad. As no idea how to check/restore without full access to handset...

GT-s7562i - Chinese version help

Hello
I bought this phone in China and was stupid enought to try the firmware update with odim using the version for a s7562. As you can imagine the phone did not work and I had to go back to the original firmware.
The problem is that none of the versions I found on internet works.
Well, they work more or less. The phone starts and can even receive calls. Even Kies is able to reconize and update the firmaware.
Problem is that the buttons dont work and the touch screen is erratic, making it impossible to effectively use the phone.
Is there any idea what the problem could be? Wrong version of firmware or something else? If the problem is the firmware, is there any chance that I can find the right one?
Thank you very much for your help and attention. See you!

If it doesn't work then I am sorry the best way is to take it to samsung (chinese) center. One of my friend did the same mistake, and he flashed it with stock kernel and took to Samsung for repair.
did you try this firmware, what happened?
As I said we flashed the stock and sent it to Samsung. They fixed it under warranty.

Null serial number

Hello guys! I buy sgn4 from ebay. Problem is that imei and phone model on sticker and from phone "about" is different. Network is good, i can make calls, etc. Ok, i think that motherboard was changed. But serial number is only "0" as i know it is factory s/n. What should i do with this device. What happens if i flashed it with custom? I`m afraid that my imei will broke and i can use it only in "iPod touch" mode

I understand your worries. I hate even giving advice on touchy matters like this, because depending on why the imei doesn't match. But I'll go over a couple senerios. For one the samsung serial number is all zeros. Mine is to.
Now the big concern is why the imei doesn't match. It's either the mother board was replaced or someone hacked it. Is the model number the same? Cause that's gonna make a big difference as to what to do.
Lets say someone replaced the mobo, but its not a Sprint mobo, then that's gonna effect how and what roms you flash on the device.
Before we move on, give me more info. In About phone, what does it say for the following:
Software version
Hardware version
Model number
Baseband version
Also do you have Twrp? And/or root?
Get me that info, and i wouldn't flash anything until you figure exactly what hardware the device is and have a full backup plus Efs backup.

Thanks for your reply! The phone about says that i have:
Software version: N910PVPS4DQB3
Hardware version: N910P.05

I have no root and stock recovery with ticked Knox counter
the same as my phone, my SN number is array of 0, but the phone is working flawless without any problem. You can try many roms for N910P

oops, i think your phone maybe have some parts that were replaced from the seller. so why don't you contact him and ask about the phone for more information and got the refund if he sold you a bad quality phone ? the normal phone doesn't have any ghost image or blur grid on the screen. And you tell that your IMEI from system is differented from it's sticker ? Your phone maybe hard-bricked and lost IMEI, and the seller used tools to write another Phone's IMEI to your phone.

That all looks good.
Now the back of phone says it's a SM-N910P? Correct?
But the IMEI's just don't match, Correct?
If this is the case, it seems that the mobo was replaced.
The main thing here to know, is if that this is indeed N910P hardware. You should be fine flashing or using Odin!
If you decide to start flashing custom roms, the first thing i would do is Flash TWRP and do a Full Backup (boot, system, data,EFS,modem, cache). And save it in a safe place (like off device, on a pc).
I believe you should be fine, either mobo was replaced or someone hacked the imei so it didn't show as stolen. Either way as long as you don't mess with your EFS, everything should be fine.
FYI, there are no guarantees with flashing! Make sure you research what your doing!
Edit: I just seen your other post about grid. I agree with @zRoNz , the screen could have been replaced with cheaper parts (digitizer) or is a burn in effect.
Edit : 1 more thing you can do. Is install 1 or more Device Info apps. And compare the hardware info they state your phone has. Just to make sure it's truely Note4 hardware!
@aaron74 thank you very much for helping. I just asked seller about this. I think that screen was replaced with no original one. And last questuon: I cant press left sensor button with s-pen. It's should work i think?

That all makes sense now. It's probably because of the digitizer installed. Not sensing in that region. I'm no expert on this, but that all adds up!
If you just bought this, you could try to see about a replacement. But if you can't get one, i would say how much is there to really worry about it. As long as everything is correct except that, how often will you need the spen for just that? It works everywhere else, i assume.
Good luck!

How can I solve this problem? (A520F)

Hello! I upload a capture of all the errors. I'm very interested in solving the IMEI. Thanks for your help!
On stock firmware does it show a correct IMEI?
If so, the problem is random flashing.
Do you have backup of the .cert and or .efs files?
If so, search on how to use them.
If you know the IMEI and it is network blacklisted, use a service for unlocking it. Online you can find it.
I hope I helped.

I don't know if it helps, but when I flashed a Combination for my phone, when i had an unknown IMEI, it showed me one working and network working too but I don't know if you can make use of that IMEI or even if it is valid.
And solved my unknown IMEI just by flashing last stock rom.
If you have your phone rooted, you can extract those files via adb, plenty of tutorials online.

The combination "os" is not a full os, is like a test one, so i would not recommend you to install it.
Here you can find it, the page need you to be registered and to pay for a fastest download, none the less, it can be downloaded without paying but it is a little bit slower

Remember that you need XXU4

Slide the upper menu and get to config, in device info or something you should find an IMEI and you probably have noticed that the phone is connected to the network, or that was what was shown to me.

Hm what is left is just to flash stock, keep it in a wifi connection 168 hours and then flash twrp for rooting the phone and getting those files, lets hope they are not corrupted.
The waiting it is because samsung have seven days as the time.for the bootloader to be unlocked and allowing the phone to be modified.
Good luck.
Also, if you are interested in more details about the waiting for rooting:

Samsung Galaxy s9 Demo Security Error

Hello! This is my first post on any forum ever, so please be gentle.
Recently I dumpster dove behind a U.S. Cellular that had just gone out of business and I found this neat Samsung Galaxy S9 Live Demo phone. It was originally flashed with an SM-G960XU Firmware, but I wanted to de-demo mode it, so I thought I would flash an SM-G960U firmware on it instead.
This failed miserably and I now have the following error: "Security Error: This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software...". A picture of the error, as well as the other information I have been able to glean from the locked phone is attached.
Unfortunately, I knew nothing about androids before attempting to flash the phone, so I have no other data about the phone other than what is in the pictures.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much,
Oronto
Meh... you have a parts queen, less the mobo.
Demo unit should be missing the baseband chip hardware inside, so even if you could flash the stock firmware you would be limited to using it with wifi.
Apart from that, what happens if you try to flash again with odin? i would try flashing the precedent firmware G960XU

Hi effry,
Thank you for your response. I would love to reflash it with its original firmware but I can’t find it anywhere on the internet! I did not realize I was supposed to back up the firmware before flashing it which was quite the mistake. Do you happen to know where I might be able to find this firmware?

Start from here and check the exact phone model with the IMEI, it is printed on the bottom of the back of the phone (use a strong light, it's a small and light text)
Check Samsung IMEI information in SamFw.com
You can check Samsung IMEI information like Model, Region. And you can choose the exact firmware

After that you can use the same site to search for the correct firmware , donwload it and flash it with Odin

A hangar queen is the actual terminology. An aircraft used for donor parts to keep others flying.
The display, frame, battery, C port pcb, cam module should be good. The mobo is useless for use as a phone except as noted with wifi.
So if you have another phone of the same model... you now have an Android queen

Thank you again! I input the model’s serial number into the website you linked and it returned that the firmware is SM-G960XZKUXAR. Unfortunately, that website doesn’t have the firmware that it tells me the phone is supposed to have. I checked elsewhere on the internet but I can’t seem to find it. Is there an obscure website you know of that might have it?
Alternatively, do you think it is possible that I could flash it with another equivalent firmware? If so, what might you suggest?

You could just replace the motherboard from Ebay for around 50 bucks (USD). Make sure it's a regular unlocked version (both FRP and network), any carrier will do since you can cross flash any firmware of your choice (no need for the demo anymore). Just a heads up, demo units sometimes are missing some of the LTE antenna cables/connectors, which would prevent the good replacement main board from working on cellular.
