Error updating Lumia Icon from 8.1 to 10 - Windows 10 Mobile

I had to use WDRT to recover my Lumia Icon as the insider win10 build was so unstable.
I figgured I could use Win10oup to update.
It pushes the files, but it fails to update once the bar gets to about 10% done prepairing.
Ive got what I believe to be the correct log .cab, but ive added the others on the chance that I got the one wrong
Is there anyone that may be able to assist me on updating?

Resolved
Reflashed with WDRT and then ran the offline update tool, it worked fine

Mango problem updating apps

This morning I had 5 apps come up for update. Two of them updated fine. The last three stalled about mid-way through and then showed the attention required message. When I tap the the message I get "There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. Error Code: 8103010d
All three apps are demos, but the two that completed were as well. Googling the error code did not bring up anything useful.
Probably because mango is in beta and the apps haven't been fully updated to mango

If had the same error yesterday with PES2011 (full version) and today with Turn by Turn Navigation. I managed to get the latest PES2011 by uninstalling and then downloading the complete new version again. Doesn't seem to work with TBT, since it's grayed out for some reason.
@nalgrim
It's most definitely an issue with the mango beta. But I'm very certain it's not by far related to apps not being updated for mango. None of the apps currently available on the marketplace is.
Turn by Turn was one of mine as well. I figured it had something to do for Mango but I'm just checking to see if there's a work around. Since updating to Mango I've had dozens of updates with no issues.
Not a big deal. I'm still enjoying Mango even as a beta version.
I found that when I tried updating certain apps over my data connection I had this (or at least I think it was this) issue. Updating over wifi seemed to fix it though.

I tried both, data and WiFi. None of them worked for me. At least not with TBT.
Same here. WIFI didn't make a difference.
I noticed that it's not the download that fails, but the installation. Download in Mango is always completed when the 50% mark is reached. After that the installation process starts. That's where the error occurs.

Someone who has figured out what to do? I got this problem today with hTC hub update.
I know this is an old thread but, I wanted to put a post here for people with this issue. I had a demo installed and I tried to buy the app and I got the 8103010d error(this is with a current version 8107 not just mango). I uninstalled the demo with the same error.
I went online and found a sideload version(a hacked version) of the app and installed it. Then I uninstalled it. I attempted to reinstall from the marketplace and it installed fine.
As I dont promote pirating software, it fixed my issue here, just make sure you delete the pirated software after attempting this.

Well I think simply uninstalling the demo or whatever the old app is and then installing the new one should do the work. It did for me.

Application Deployment error

Don't know what I did...or when even...but I can no longer sideload apps to my Focus. The App Deployer gives an error stating it cannot connect to the device...make sure it is fully booted and plugged in to the PC. Problem is that it is. I have verified that it is fully unlocked...I can use sideloaded apps already on the phone and used Samsung Registry to go and verify the keys. I have been running the RTM and updated it today. I also updated my wifes LG Quantum today...she was still on NoDo. After updating her phone I tried sideloading and it said she was not unlocked so I went in and unlocked her phone and then it sideloaded as expected.
So long story there, does anybody have any ideas on what might be the issue.

Nokia Lumia 1520 - How to Update To 10166 (Slow Ring)?

Lumia 1520 Slow Ring?
Not sure if this is the correct area to post this but I have a Lumia 1520 that I have previously had the insider preview on (Fast ring). However I need the portable hotspot work (as you know this is broken in the latest build 10512) so I would like to install build 10166 (Slow ring). So I reset my phone to 8.1 using the recovery tool, installed the Windows insider app and selected slow ring. However the phone just updates to Windows 8.1 update two even though it should go to 10166. I've checked the app the phone is still set to slow ring. Ive also reset the phone and tried again... same issue.
Any ideas?
Nathan
You need to get all 8.1 updates before you can upgrade to 10.
Also, fast ring will first put you at 10166. Won't go directly to 10512.

Thanks for that! I found this ( can't post links so just google My phone was updated to 8.1 GDR2 but cannot update to Windows 10 [ its on Microsoft forums]) It looks like there are some know issues with this just for slow ring if anyone else has this issue. Anyway I choose fast ring and you're right it only goes to 10166.
Cheers

Yes because Microsoft did not create of update path (this happens in the DSMs, I think) to go directly to WP8.1 at W10M IP 10512 build.

Update 10.0.14926.1000 has "problems" installing - Error 0x80188308

Running on a Lumia 650 with the fast ring updates, the latest one has been tried several times for the past few days, and it keeps failing after downloading and trying to install.
There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:

I've "retried" the update several times; it downloads correctly and seems to go through the process of downloading and installing the update. It's similar to the last time I've ever seen that particular error code, when numerous people were plagued with problems installing the GDR1 update on WP8.1. Is anyone else having issues with the latest WM10 update?
needs to wait for fix
Lumia 650 same here
here is what MS said.

1)What is the current version?
2)What phone model are you using?
3)How fast is your internet connection?
Get out of all rings ( opt out of insider programme) restart phone. Download upgrade advisor follow on screen instructions.
If you own an unsupported phone make required changes in the registry using interop tools.
If your phone is supported and an update is available and if it is available to download via update & security. Hit download sometimes the progress bar doesn't move at all don't worry plug your charger and connect to WiFi, 3g, it may take hours, days to show the progress but it will be downloading in background.
If you are facing a different problem. Please ask.
