This morning I had 5 apps come up for update. Two of them updated fine. The last three stalled about mid-way through and then showed the attention required message. When I tap the the message I get "There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. Error Code: 8103010d
All three apps are demos, but the two that completed were as well. Googling the error code did not bring up anything useful.
Probably because mango is in beta and the apps haven't been fully updated to mango

If had the same error yesterday with PES2011 (full version) and today with Turn by Turn Navigation. I managed to get the latest PES2011 by uninstalling and then downloading the complete new version again. Doesn't seem to work with TBT, since it's grayed out for some reason.
@nalgrim
It's most definitely an issue with the mango beta. But I'm very certain it's not by far related to apps not being updated for mango. None of the apps currently available on the marketplace is.
Turn by Turn was one of mine as well. I figured it had something to do for Mango but I'm just checking to see if there's a work around. Since updating to Mango I've had dozens of updates with no issues.
Not a big deal. I'm still enjoying Mango even as a beta version.
I found that when I tried updating certain apps over my data connection I had this (or at least I think it was this) issue. Updating over wifi seemed to fix it though.

I tried both, data and WiFi. None of them worked for me. At least not with TBT.
Same here. WIFI didn't make a difference.
I noticed that it's not the download that fails, but the installation. Download in Mango is always completed when the 50% mark is reached. After that the installation process starts. That's where the error occurs.

Someone who has figured out what to do? I got this problem today with hTC hub update.
I know this is an old thread but, I wanted to put a post here for people with this issue. I had a demo installed and I tried to buy the app and I got the 8103010d error(this is with a current version 8107 not just mango). I uninstalled the demo with the same error.
I went online and found a sideload version(a hacked version) of the app and installed it. Then I uninstalled it. I attempted to reinstall from the marketplace and it installed fine.
As I dont promote pirating software, it fixed my issue here, just make sure you delete the pirated software after attempting this.

Well I think simply uninstalling the demo or whatever the old app is and then installing the new one should do the work. It did for me.
I have installed successfully an app called GrabTaxi. Recently it has been updated with many new features. I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled with the new one but it failed (Failure [DELETING_EXISTING_APPLICATIONDATA_STORE_FAILED]). I tried reinstall the old version again but it failed with the same reason above.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Thanks
Rebooting the phone worked for me a couple of times when I got that error
Rebooting has never fixed any issues for me, whether it is this issue or regaining touch/keyboard in APKs. I guess I will just need to reset at this point, but not happy about it as it means it can just happen again.
No clearing cache or temp folders available?
anyone else having problems running the latest version of antutu? always gives me a failure to initialize error your hardware does not support this application. Ive tried the usual install, uninstall and cleared app data/cache still does nothing. thanks for the help.
never mind antutu released an update that fixed the issue, thread can be closed.
Good morning everyone,
I flashed Nougat OxygenOS (Open Beta 8) some days ago and made a full factory reset to obtain f2fs filesystem.
Since then, I can't install any big app from Play Store; with "big" I mean "games bigger than ~100MB", for example Monster Dash, Need for Speed, Implosion or Badlands.
I read about other people having the same issue, but no solution. Is anyone having this?
EDIT: issue solved in OpenBeta9!
Thanks.
Yup, same here. Downloads disappearing during downloading process has been a common issue on most of my android phones. But it's happening more regularly with OP3 now and wasn't an issue on stock build 3.2.7.
no problem.. are you waiting for wifi to download or what?..
Never had this issue before.
Tried in wifi, but when I click "install" it seems stuck with the "Downoading..." status with no progress.
Issue solved with OpenBeta9.
Thanks anyway!
I had to use WDRT to recover my Lumia Icon as the insider win10 build was so unstable.
I figgured I could use Win10oup to update.
It pushes the files, but it fails to update once the bar gets to about 10% done prepairing.
Ive got what I believe to be the correct log .cab, but ive added the others on the chance that I got the one wrong
Is there anyone that may be able to assist me on updating?
Resolved
Reflashed with WDRT and then ran the offline update tool, it worked fine
