[Q] Battery Charging issue one HTC One XT

I’m having battery charging problems with my HTC One XT, which seems to be a common problem for the HTC One X. The main problem is the phone seems to have trouble getting fully charged to 100% and hovers around the 75% mark.
For example, I charged my phone (while on) overnight (over 11hrs+) when the battery status was at 20%. When I checked my phone in the morning, the battery status was near 0%. So I disconnected the charger and the phone turned off. I turned on the phone and the battery status was 75%. Also when I leave the phone charging while it’s on, it’s seems to be discharging rather than charging and the battery status seems to get lower.
After some searching around the forums etc, here’s what I tried:
1. Disable Fast Boot via power settings
2. Set processor limit to at most 4.
3. Manual screen brightness
4. All Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connections are off.
5. Restarted the phone a few times.
My phone is rooted with X-Revolution ROM and is brand new and is only a few days old. What could be the problem?
So fellow members, please help me solve this annoying issue.

So my phone kept discharging when I kept trying to charge it with the supplied charger. It literally went down to 0% and the phone was empty.
So I decided to use my old charger from my Incredible S and my phone is back to 100% now after a few hrs of charging.
Seems to be working fine for now. Could be an faulty charger I assume.

Battery issues

I am experiencimg some problems with battery of my phone. Yesterday I discharged my phone to 0% and a few hours later I connected phone to charger. Red led was shining and phone has 2% of battery after a while.
This morning I woke up, led wasn't shining at all and the level of battery was 5%. I tried to use phone but after minute level changed to 3%. So I turned it off for 20 minutes while charging. Red led started to shine. Later I turned it on and phone had 94%. Led is not shining anymore and it's discharging. Connecting to powerbank did't solve the problem, phone behaves the same way.
I'm using Maximus HD ROM 21.1.
Could it be SW problem or is battery just dead?

i faced the same problem. even i flashed maximus hd rom and now the phone is not charging anymore. cant flash new boot as the charge is too low.

try to flash another ROM i.e. ViperX, ARHD

Battery Temperature too low

Is there some way to change the temperature reading of the battery on android, my phone is not charging due to a battery low temperature.
i replaced the charging port and the battery but still same error

do u have the warranty? if i was you i would change the battery b4 change the port

I don't have warranty, and I replaced the battery also.

Help me please
i have the same problem, the battery decharged fast and my usb port was dammaged so i changed both. after i turned it on again with the new battery and charging port this error occurs. battery temperature too low to charge, also the battery goes from 55% to 0 in 5 mins, i checked every thing a few times now, i unplugged everything and put it back together. each time the battery is "full" again with 54%...53% etc, the second time it went from 54% to 0% also in 5 mins. when i turned it the third time on, after unplugging everything and puitting it back together it had 53% and went down again very fast. and if i try to charge it the error is there. does somebody know what to do?

Xiaomi Mi Max Charging issue Battery Indicator Stuck

Hello, I am using the 16GB and 2GB version of the Xiaomi Mi Max. When I charge the phone, the battery indicator and percentage will be stuck for hours before incrementing normally. The problem persists even if I turn off the phone while charging (battery percentage is stuck from where I started charging for more than an hour). Has anyone experienced this issue. Charging time is still 3 to 4 hours using the stock charger but this issue is driving me nuts because if I want to charge the phone for an hour or less, the capacity hasn't increased yet.
I have only used this phone using the MIUI 8 because it updated immediately when I used it so i don't have an idea if this was an issue when it was on MIUI 7.

Question Big battery problem

Hello all forum users. I have a problem with the battery when charging it just becomes 75 percent charging and nothing else happens and continues to charge.
Best of all, the phone is able to charge up to 100%, but only with the phone turned off completely.

Are you rooted?
If you have magisk acc charging module enabled, that's what causing that
