Hello Everyone,
I am using a Samsung note 10 plus device and while using I encountered the problem of network losing multiple times in between and now my device is not even showing IMEI, when I press *#06# it shows " SM-976b is unsupported on shown IMEI", I cannot make calls and cannot use Samsung members app to generate error report as well.
IMEI : 358782100403022
SM-976BZKADTM
Serial number: RFCM800TJTJ
This happened many times in past but after few days it again got normal.
I tried resetting the phone, changing the SIM card and Turning ON the phone in safe mode to check if any application is causing this issue, but I found nothing.
Help me to fix this problem

Tryed two sims card's - Omitel and Bite (These two are lithuania networks). Same problem. On CM9 everythink works fine. I think it's a ROM based problem, not my providers. Is there any way get more detailed error message, so it would be more clear where to search problem, because this message doesn't say any specific regarding my problem... (Maybe debuging would help?)
NetworkQueryService seems working, but problem exist, even if i restart phone, sometime's it select my network and full bars come's up (problem described above still exist, no matter what), but sometime's it's not, and i have restart phone several times...
Any help ?
Hello,
Currently i am running the latest version of CM13 (cm-13.0-20160307-UNOFFICIAL-Z00A.zip ) on my phone, but this issue also occured with the other versions starting from the 1st of march.
With 2 sims inserted in my phone, both of these sim cards work fine when i put them separately in the phone, however when i put them both in some weird issues occur.
The problems start when booting my phone, the phone asks me to enter the PIN for sim 1, which works and connects the card to the network ( and fetches my latest messages and such )
Then the phone obviously asks me for the PIN of my second sim, which it accepts. However after accepting my SIM the same popup comes up asking me for my PIN for sim2 again.
And when entering the PIN it gives me the error : "SIM PIN operation failed".
After multiple attempts, it finally gets me in the phone. However the data on SIM1 is not functioning anymore.
What i've tried is:
Multiple different CM releases from the past week
Putting my phone in airplane mode and out again
Factory reset the phone
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Hello,
I was using for 3 years this rom https://forum.xda-developers.com/optimus-g-pro/development/mar-0-lollipop-g-pro-v1-t3043779
Yet after deleting some photos, clearing cache of bluetooth (in apps section because it gave me "unfortunately bluetooth has stopped) & restarting phone I couldn't insert the pin.
So flashed stock rom = yeah it works.
Then decided to clean install same rom I been using for years mentioned above https://forum.xda-developers.com/optimus-g-pro/development/mar-0-lollipop-g-pro-v1-t3043779
It showed my imei but the moment I insert the simcard it still didn't let me write PIN & imei + phone number went to "unknown".
ps. also the moment I turn it off at the end, my phone gives sound of mouth chucking lol wtf
Help welp....
Hi. I tried to change my IMEI number using the Chamelephon app. It did work, but it didn't turn out great. Network functions are okay, but it needs constant network operator scan as soon as I turn on airplane mode or restart my phone. The IMEI number became random numbers and symbols.
IMEI 1: >8<4=<:7?7<6?:2
IMEI 2: 9><398?64><6086
EFS is fine. Only IMEI has a defect.
I realized that Chamelephon should only be used on MTK (chinese or cloned) devices. Now I can't seem to find a way to get it back. Can someone teach me how, and do I need to get any Samsung Tool Pro type of things? If yes, how do I get started? (btw I want to do this for free)
Hello all
I'm using a Redmi Note 8 pro with the latest Android 10 update.
I was having network issues so I entered into test mode and just ran ping test a couple of times.
Then the page said that in order to change the settings you must reboot and I did. After that my phone stopped showing the second SIM card.
I went to test mode again but phone information 2 was missing.
I checked my IMEI number from the dialer by entering *#06#
I can see only one IMEI number being displayed, the IMEI number of the second SIM slot is missing.
I tried to input it manually using MTK Enginner mode but the CDS information option under connectivity settings is missing.
I've not rooted the phone or ever unlocked the bootloader
Below are a few screenshots.
I'm in a very terrible condition as service centres near me are all closed due to Covid 19 lockdown
Can anyone help me out regarding this problem and tell me a fix ???

A factory data reset did the job and the phone now shows both SIM cards.
Everything running perfect now
