Is there any way or App through which we can capture long exposure photo? I had LG G5 and with their own LG Camera it had option to capture photo for upto 30 seconds long, but Moto Z2 force has only 1/2 seconds maximum even with Google Cam.

It takes at least 1-2 seconds to focus on a thing. Be Still!

There is Autofocus in One V...
When you take picture, you'll yourself come to know that it is trying to focus on a particular object.
If this doesn't happen, on the screen gently tap on the object. It will show some green borders around the are you touched and it will focus. After that, press the camera button. :good:
I took the thru viewer on display and found a good photo. However when I view the photo taken, the photo is dim as compared with original view on the screen. Can I adjust both much closer to get a photo that is what I see on display.
In addition, the anti-shake option is only applied to the shooting mode of Single shot. The performance is affected in other shooting mode without anti-shake feature. Did I incorrectly use the camera?

Well... I can start counting from my own camera in 4.3:
If you launch the application from the camera button or by swiping to the camera, it will open in scene selection(kinda like xperia z superior auto, but even worse), while if you open it by the app drawer, it will launch in the last mode.
The Scene Selection mode disables scenes and exposure settings and it enables taking pictures in bursts(from the front camera, too), however in my experience the pictures aren't better than picking your own settings in manual mode.
The shortcuts aren't customizable anymore(it's mostly a pity for the hdr mode and metering, most other settings are leave and let go)
You can pick 10 scenes for photos and videos(photos didn't have scenes) and also picking a scene disable the white balance and exposure settings. The scenes are in the attachments. (Most of the scenes don't really work, but the documents scene makes the photos real good).
White balance and exposure are the same, finally.
Preview(leaving the photo to show for a period of time): 3 seconds, 5 seconds, unlimited and edit(opens the edit photos app).

There was actually a mod that worked on Pie. It did a pretty good job, up to 30 seconds. Don't know if it's working with 10.

Hello. I want my phone to take a picture every second with 108MP option on. There is an app called "Open Camera" and it can take a picture every second but the resolution is 12mp - 4,000x3000. The ultra resolution is 12,000x9,000. I'm looking at android developers on Fivver but most of them don't know how to do edit the app or make a new one. Anyone here knows how I can make my phone take a picture every second and make like 100 pictures?

Burst shots are low quality pictures. Anyways, I found a solution. It's called Auto Click app. It will push shutter button for you and take as many pictures as you want.
