Hello I know this is a website for moding phones, which I plan to eventually do however My Xperia ZL is on the stock ROM atm and is 4.4.2 OS. I am having two problems and would like help deciding if it is software or hardware related. First my device will randomly turn itself off and restart from once to 40 plus times whenever I restart my phone. Once it finally stops restarting though, usually after 3 days max it works fine until I restart it again it will not restart on me if i am talking on it or using it. I also have an audio playback problem that occurs in both streamed songs from pandora and using the walkman or google apps on the phone. Both through headphones and the external speaker the audio will cut out and a screech or some other noise will come out and then the song will continue again. Any assistance will be appreciated thanks.
Hey, there seems to be mixture of hardware and software problems. To isolate the issue, have you tried doing a Factory Reset ?

FACTORY RESET it.
Hi guys, here is the problem that for some reason popped just recently, started maybe 2 weeks ago or so. I'm using Jay bird blue buds x as my main wireless headphones with my tab s. Everything was working fine but now whenever I connect the headphones and either start listening to music, music player or Google play music, or listen to a video clip, be it from YouTube, gallery or Google play video, the headphones cut out after 30-60 seconds. Now I did test the headphones with other tablet, an Asus one, and with my audio setup I use with my pc and I can use them without any problems for hours at a time. Which kinda led me to a conclusion that it's not the headphones but the tab itself. Now my question is, did anyone experience something similar? Any chance it's a Bluetooth driver mixup of some sorts that came with most recent tab update? Any help would be appreciated. I'm running complete stock with the most recent update, with just a couple of apps "turned off" in application section.
Jaybirds work with stock and skyhigh kernel.

Well, my Samsung HS3000 Bluetooth headphones work w/o a problem, but I just encountered an issue with a bluetooth gamepad I bought. It started to lag every 30s - 2 minutes for like 10 seconds and than worked normally again. On the Nexus 7 of my girlfriend it worked for hours w/o a problem. I ended up factory resetting and updating to a newer firmware only to find out (just now) that one of my apps with accessibility access is responsible, probably Tasker or some of its modules / plugins.
Since your issue sounds a bit similar, you might want to investigate in that direction.

Sounds like you might be right, tho I am not using Tasker atm. I'm thinking maybe it's one of the apps I turned off.
Hey everyone
Is anyone else using the Hammerhead USB type C on the Razer Phone? If so are you hearing really bad static/distortion while watching movies in Google Play Movies?
There's no background distortion on Amazon Music or youtube it seems to be only in Google Play Movies (which also has a habit of making the phone hard lock and reboot)
Damn typo in the title -_-
Exchange
They are amazing. But defective. Had same issue. They are slow to exchange... Coming from HK and they don't communicate well.
Obviously test on other devices and tap the earbuds while in... Static should persist with tapping...
I tested on laptop and 2 other phones with music, calls and movies.
Hi everyone,
Having the OnePlus 3 for almost 3 years now, it started to have some strange behaviors...
First of all, the phone was not able to boot for two times in the last month, no boot logo or any image at all but the phone was heating a lot, and after some time, it rebooted like normal.
Second, sometimes, the phone won't start any apps with sound like games, and on apps like YouTube or Spotify, it won't play video or music.
Finally, when the video / music playing issue appears and I plug earbuds in the headphone jack, strange noises (like a door cracking continuously or something) are coming from them and of course the previous issue is also present, it is very loud and actually I got very scared the first time I heard it
It won't work anymore until I reboot the phone.
Does anyone already faced such an issue ?
Thanks ! :good:
Hello,
I'm experiencing weird issues with my note10+
When i play a music through usb c, the first loop is okay, but when the music starts playing another time, it is playing a little bit faster. It's not noticeable at first, but when the song progresses, it makes little cracks, and it fast fowards the music like a micro second many times, and this is very annoying.
I did cleared the cache partition, and a factory reset.
Before the issue was with usb c AND bluetooth.
Now bluetooth seems fixed but i still have this problem on usb c... I remember plug in the akg stock earphones for the first time the last week end, it updated something usb-c in the background but i don't know if this is related.
Do anyone experiend this issue before and how to fix it ? Thanks
