You probably brick your device permanently. Always, ALWAYS use USPL (sticky is there for reason).
And since i didn't find TIM BRASIL ROM, there is no solution for you - at least i don't know any.

unfortunately as i said on my first post i didn't find any.
Someone has the backup of the GearBest Shoprom, I'm going to sell my device and the buyer wants the Rom that comes in it from the store because it's the only stock with Portuguese language.
If anyone still has Shoprom and has TWRP to backup and post to me, I would appreciate it.

Since you can send Twrp, I presume your bootloader has been unlocked.
Please take note that there are two types of Twrp - Non CFW and CFW. for your case, you should use non-CFW Twrp such as LRtwrp.
The attached below file (Non-CFW) works well with Miui12.
It is different with me, I was using version 3.4 on my rn8pro and upgraded to 3.5, but when starting twrp, after 10s the phone automatically restarts as if rejecting twrp

Guys I was watching videos on how to install a custom rom and saw that you need a firmware to be able to install the first custom rom on some xiaomi devices can someone help me find this firmware or explain to me how to find it or if I need it? my device is the xami redmi note 8 pro begonia global version please if anyone can help me i appreciate it

CFW has been deprecated, as in modern Custom ROMs do not use it anymore.
If by any chance you do want to install a CFW Custom ROM, follow the proper instructions and read the link above.

Which roms you want to flash? We have 2 version of firmware. Old one is custom firmware, we dont have unbrick method before so someone created it. New one is non custom rom, mean use Miui firmware. Check note in your rom which one you need. If it say 12fw or 12.5fw included, you need flash 12.0.x or 12.5.x Miui for prevent brick and some bugs. If you want support, join Telegram group and you can get help because they always online.
