Infinite loop Redmi note 8 pro does anyone know how to stop?

Olá estava com o Android 11, porém pediu pra atualizar pro 12, então eu sem experiência sobre os problemas que a xiaomi está tendo sobre o 8 pro requer o Android 12, atualizei na inocência, porém ele fica reiniciando repentinamente, pesquisei algumas plataformas e chamam de LOOP INFINITO, já tentei hard reset e nada, alguem sabe como fazer ele voltar a funcionar?
Obs: ele ainda descarregouou, porém quando coloco pra carregar, começa tudo denovo, reiniciando sozinho direto sem parar.

Custom kernel making internet slow

CFW has been deprecated, as in modern Custom ROMs do not use it anymore.
If by any chance you do want to install a CFW Custom ROM, follow the proper instructions and read the link above.

Which roms you want to flash? We have 2 version of firmware. Old one is custom firmware, we dont have unbrick method before so someone created it. New one is non custom rom, mean use Miui firmware. Check note in your rom which one you need. If it say 12fw or 12.5fw included, you need flash 12.0.x or 12.5.x Miui for prevent brick and some bugs. If you want support, join Telegram group and you can get help because they always online.

Fiz tudo mas não consegui ativar o modo eom do celular, sim eu já fui no modo de desenvolvedor e ativo ele , ele aparece que vai restaurar de fábrica , faço todas as configurações após a restauração, ai ativo de novo o modo desenvolvedor e oem ao invés de ativar ele aparece de novo que vai restaurar de fábrica e assim, só fica assim.

Não está no Android 10q
já troquei a rom oficial e nada
