Hi im using indian version. I'd like to downgrade mi 10t to a10. Before i want to know whether downgrading from a11 to a10 will mess up Persist and break the sensors or not. If yes then please tell how to prevent that

Android 11 is ****ty but gives good battery and slighly improved camera otherwise its ****ty. look at how bad the notifications are
The thing is that it can even brick your phone as ARB index is higher on A11. So I won't suggest you to rollback to A10.

Long story short, I bricked my redmi note 5 pro due to anti-rollback and had to get it's motherboard changed. Luckily I was able to get it replaced for free. Now I am on miui 9.2.4 and it is showing an update of 9.2.13, so presumably it will show me an update of 9.5.19 after I update it. Now, I wanted to ask if I should stay on 9.2.4 or update to 9.2.13 and stay. I don't think I will update to 9.5.19 as I don't want my device to get bricked again, so which is preferrable 9.2.4 or 9.2.13

Don't update to 9.5.19
Don't update to.9.2.13 I am facing stand by battery drain as compared to 9.2.4 I will downgrade to this version after few days.if you do update make sure don't install 9.5.19

any chance that this will fix the wifi issues with pie on the a2 lite do you think?
e.g. slow wifi when bluetooth is also on.

If you flash via fastboot the aboot.img from the, for example, 9.6.4.0 update, you can use the Oreo TWRP in Pie without any problem but I think that someone in the official TWRP thread has a custom fix for Pie.

Also the update itself it some sort different of that of pixel phones
Nokia phones got the exact same software as pixel so I can't understand why our updates are late and different!!

Don't know to be honest but isn't so bad and I believe in future we will have miui ported for us and many custom and gsi roms

The A1 had the January update first because Xiaomi messed up its LTE bands, so they had to prioritize it.
With respect to the pure Android/MIUI controversy, this is an Android One phone, I don't understand why there are so many people asking for a MIUI port. I bought it exactly because it doesn't have any bull**** on top of Android.

It is possible to go to 10.0.1.0 Global Oreo or Even 8.11.23 beta Oreo, etc.
You need to unlock bootloader first and then have some flash the firmware by remote EDL. Meaning you have to pay money for that service.
The only Oreo version you cannot go back to is 9.6.6.0, its just not possible because the ARB number is not 4.

This version of Miui does not, because the ARB is active. If you try, you'll probably have a lot of work to do to fix it. Have you tried any rom xiaomi.eu or any GSI? Overall, they are better than the global stock.
Do you know an approximate date of when twrp official will be released?
I think there will not be any official twrp for alioth in the near time. For now we only have Nebrassy and vasishath one.

Xiaomi.eu rom here. I was going to update my POCO F3 / REDMI K40 but it bothers me not having the twrp. I don't understand why it's gone but, if I wait, will it be eventually coming back when you're about to flash it like before ?

PS. I just remembered that magiskhide doesn't even work on android 12 anymore so.. maybe another reason to not update

xiaomi EU relase fixed rom for mi10t pro with working camera. stable and weekly rom. You can found rom on xiaomi eu web site. you can use this rom with unlocked bootloader.
If you not have locked bootloader use this:
xiaomi relased EEA miui 13 android 12 recovery rom 13.0.2.0 SJDEUXM with fixed camera

on this weekend, I got it with OTA. The MIUI 13. EEA....
I can not recommend, not stable from my opinion.....
The FS20 official (paid) game not working, the advanced darlk options also not working, eat the memory ( before with A11 with my apps, 5.3GB ram was free, with the new A12, just 4.4GB memory was free )
So my last weekend was about the bootloader opening, and flashing back the last A11 version.... But as you feel, lets try out!
i not use stock (OTA) miui rom. I use only from xiaomi eu. for me works nice, not freezing or app crash or games. Ota Rom is 13.0.2.0. xiaomi EU have 13.0.4.0 with some fixes.

I got today Miui 13 EU via OTA (region Ireland). Looks like ordinary update. Maybe someone found something new/interesting.
