Translated a ROM

Can be translated a ROM? And if thus it is, as it is possible to be done, since desire to translate the WM6.1 to Spanish since until now there is no version in official Spanish…

it can be done I could do it if some one just tells me how to find the files needed and helps me doing an installer or something like it, i can just translate the files but dont know how to make an installer for this

Si no le saben mucho al ingles como yo, tomen como base los mui de la rom oficial ya que están en español.

Hehe if you just translate mui from english to your lang- its not be working. You also wanna need translate some registry keys, add your lang to registry,translate *.provxml files etc. Its very big work- one time i was try to translate ROM. I translate all, but rom not worked normal. Also if you be translate mui you need signed it off and after translate signed on this files. Its a long way .

I was going to post near enough the same thing a hell of alot of work with no gurantee.

Possible solution..
Time ago, when I was lucky enough to have an HTC Advantage, I was able to use this utility...with the language packs of the second post, you were able to simply select your language and change the mui of the os...all nice except this was done for wm5/6 and for vga devices, but maybe some smart guy could take the .cabs and do the miracle: have the wonderful new roms in our language (mine is spanish)...

I dont know alot of this but im willing to learn hehe and im making some testing with my device and just changeing the .mui files i had some results but it says its using english language hehe so basicaly it replaces english text lines on mui files and thats all and seems to work so far but still im testing

I think you won't get better support for your device in this site since its not a HTC product.

You phone is not very populated arround the world, that's why there isn't much info about it and cooking ROMs for it...
All brands have their particular Flashing and customizing so we can't help you much.

Boas. é pena pois eu comprei este telemovel a pouco tempo por ter bom CPU Intel PXA270 o problema é que vem com o WM6.0 Pro e este SO é super lento e cheio de bugs.

This PDA have a good hardware, CPU is a PXA270 but the problem is SO WM6.0 Pro, is too slow and have a lot of bugs.

You can cook (make) a ROM for your phone but you'll have to check out pdamobiz.com again for the information and tools that will allow you to do so. XDA-Developers focuses mainly on HTC made devices which your phone is not and as such there won't be much if any info on it. I did a quick search on google using the search term "phoneone s501 +cid-unlock" which brought up some interesting results.

Hey! I'm from Indonesia too lol but live in UK... Got my ION from Indonesia and it's broken -_- can't fix it to sony cause Ion isn't released her yet...
What do you exactly wanna know? I don't think the features matter much... even I didn't use em.

Hhahah asyik banget ya nih, tapi fitur sony yang mana aja? Menurut saya, kalau update ke ice cream sandwhich, itu udah cukup untuk saya, ice cream sandwhich itu update yang terbaru! Untuk dapet update ice cream sandwhich, harus ada PC companion atau sony update centre, download dari situs nya. Habis itu, connect ke computer dan update saja! Harusnya ada update baru!
Tentang fitur sony, kayaknya kalau playstation network di ion belom ada sih, liat liat saja di blog sony nya...

U have miui 12 on my EU phone.
The only thing is that i cannot seem to find the magic clone option for the stock miui camera.
Amy ideas about that OR maybe a link to an apk file?
