Guys I need help in restoring the phone,I have no imei,baseband unknown, wifi does not turn on, bootloader locked, no root, I can not enable the diag port, help me to restore the qcn file.I tried to flash system. img from the engineering firmware of the Note 8, got a reboot,the system does not load.If someone has a UMT QCFire, restore it to me remotely via USB Redirector.I haven't been able to fix my phone for a week.

I will try to summarize all the steps I followed :
1) I got H815 rooted with unlocked bootloader, I got bootloop and managed to make TWRP full backup before sending my phone to repair
2) got the phone from repair (with exchanged motherboard) and asked LG developer to be able to issue a new UNLOCK.bin file
3) flashed the file and got the unlocked bootloader....
4) Installed TWRP and backed up all partitions
5) restored ALL partitions of my old restore file
5) rebooted and noticed that google play was not installed, then got bootloop with "secure booting error"
6) Entered download mode and refurbish with a KDZ file V20D
7) phone boots correctly but I do not have unlocked bootloader and the unlock.bin that I generated is said to be wrong...
What should I do now ?

If download mod working do kdz flash.
I did download mode and flashed KDZ file with success but still :
I "lost" unlocked bootloader
flash of unlock.bin is now impossible
Imei displayed with *#06# is 0
I believe that I need to restore the new EFS partition that I saved with TWRP... But do not know how to do it without TWRP....
Is there a way to flash EFS with modified KDZ ?
Update :
I finally managed to get the IMEI back using QPST.
I could also reflash unlock.Bin and do all.
I hope that this will help someone stuck as I was !
What is QPST?
It stands for Qualcomm Professionnal (?) Support Tool.

Since you don't have a unlocked bootloader you can't do anything, I think it's best to send it to warranty.

I tryed to unbrick the phone via MiFlash but as expected it wasn´t successfull, cause flashing the ROM needs an unlocked bootloader, but unlocking the bootloader requires an unbricked phone.
Flashing via EDL Testpoint wasn´t possible as well, cause I´d need an authorized Xiaomi Account for flashing via EDL…
I had the same problem with a Mi Pad 4 and solved the problem with a patched firehose file, which made the installation via MiFlash possible and unbricked the Pad finally.
Perhaps somebody has an idea how to unbrick the Mi10T Pro -the youtube solutions (Teamviewer with an authorized EDL account) seem to be a bit unsafe to me…

I have the same problem, but Recovery also works. But this doesn't help cuz I cant unlock bootloader anyway... Of you will solve it, tell me pls
Problem is probably not the same, but -if recovery still works, you could try to flash via XiaoMiTool V2...

I got a Chinese Redmi Note 8 Pro which I tried to convert to Global ROM but while flashing I accidently selected the "Flash & Lock" option. The phone is now stuck in recovery menu and shows "This MIUI cannot be installed on this device". The bootloader is also locked again and I am unable to reflash it using the official tool. I am able to get into Fastboot mode.
Please someone advice how can I recover the phone (even on stock Chinese ROM). The official service centres in my country are of no help as the device was not purchased locally. It seems you can get it done online by paying someone with an authorized MI account but I am a bit hesitant to go that way.
I have found lots of guides and youtube videos using SP Flash tool, MTK tools etc but it is not clear if those method will work in my case as my bootloader is locked. Also most of those methods seems to be for a hard bricked phone but I am atleast able to get into fast boot mode. Can someone please guide me exactly which method will work in my case? I dont mind if the phone recovers to the stock chinese rom.

i have got redmi note 8 (ginkgo) stuck on fastboot mode. the device didnt get flashed in edl or fastboot then i removed emmc and fixed gpt partitions and installed emmc again.
it will get flash right now but it just turn on with eng firmware and flashing with other stable firmwares like globale,china,indonasia(variant that i have tried to flash them already) makes it brick
what should i do to bring it back to life with a stable rom?
when i checked device imei in imei checker websites the country of device is Papua New Cuinea
any suggestion will be appreciated.
