hello , i upgraded my device from android 10 to android 11 from smart switsh after update is done the imei is 00000000 and model number is none tried to downgrade back to android 10 didnt work downloaded official firmware from samobile still imei 000000000 and model none plz help
Samsung had a reputation for slow rollouts on updates. They've shortened wait times but in doing so the Android 11 Update isn't stable, lots of problems are being reported. I've have it available in Software Update but I refuse to install it until it's improved. All updates has bugs but never like this.

I recently purchased a O2 locked Galaxy S from UK. I unlocked it and it works fine with every other network. Before unlocking it, i used to connect it with KIES, where it showed me about the Froyo upgrade [It notified me with the availability of the Froyo firmware update]. After the unlocking though, i am not being able to update my android Pls help.. The KIES says there are no firmware upgrades available [the latest KIES]

I want to update my SGH-I257M To official kitkat rom , how i can do it.
And i have some bugs my phone somtimes loses network !
I also have SGH-i257M [note it is i not 1 or l]. I am in Canada, Rogers network. For me the network drops ended with the upgrade to KitKat 4.4.2 plus another update that came about a month ago. I did not keep track of the date for that latter update and i have seen nothing about it on any of the S4 mini forums. It updated the op sys plus more than 170 Apps. It is kind of mysterious, like i am the only user in the known universe who received it.
Can you use the Kies software to update directly from the Samsung website?
Hi guys I am new to this forum so if this thread is in the wrong section I apologize.
I have Samsung galaxy J7 2017 phone (SM-J730F). which I bought carrier free-unlocked from a seller in Croatia.
Unfortunately I was stupid enough to fall for the OTA update and installed Oreo on it, after that my phone's battery
life was cut in half and apps started hanging and crashing. I wan't to revert to Nougat, I have tried to flash
two official ROMS downloaded from updato and sammobile but it fails every time. Yes I have tried
multiple usb ports, cables and etc. Problem is I can't find the carrier free ROM for CROATIA on neither updato nor sammobile
and I downloaded south east europe rom which doesn't want to flash. By browsing through multiple pages
I found that the problem might be in the bootloader version, Oreo has higher bootloader version and doesn't
allow flashing a rom with lower bootloader version (which I havent checked). Please guys if someone could help
me with this, cause oreo is driving me crazy and basically making my device unusable. I'd appreciate it if someone could provide
links and tips or walkthroughs. Thanks in advance

I am new here and this is my 1st post. I have a S20 on ee and i cannot get the ui3 update. Everytime i use the software update i get a message stating my software is up to date but i am still on ui2.1 android 10. I have tried using smart seitch to find update but no luck. I have gone through Samsung and they said your phone was not made for UK market although it was bought on affordable mobiles .co.uk. They advised that it will update at some time. Any help appreciated

i bout note 10+ from a few days and i found it with android 10 and i tried to update it and it display a massage say ( registration failed )
then i tried to flash a firmware with ODIN and i found the sim card doesn't work i tried with android 11 firmware and with android 12 nothing to happened
can i fond solve to this problem ?
