Hi Guys,
my defy was working smoothly until I enabled vsel through 2ndinit and set the values to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected], Then I installed busybox installer and super manager. And also copied services.jar to system/frameworks. But now my phone takes 5-10 min to boot abd as soon as it boots I get a hell lot of force closes unable to launch any app, the force close keeps getting back one after the other what do u think the prob might be with? I had uninstalled busybox installer before i rebooted, Can that cause such an issue? I even disabled the vsel in boot menu

I just want to get my phone back to its shape without erasing, Can I just refalsh the motoGinger.zip in 2ndinit?
Mistake is copied services.jar to system/frameworks.
If you're already running motoGinger 2.3.4. Then of course you can safely reflash it over. Wipe - custom recovery - flash..

You did not make a nandroid backup before you did this??
If you did make a nandroid backup just restore system and do NOT wipe anything then your system will be fine without losing any data.
(Allready dit that 5 times without any problems or loss of data)

Yup, its working now just refalshed it and its working now phew..
But for the services.jar file was for 1% battery indicator.. Has it also been integrated in the motoGinger (4th test)?
i have overclock my tp2 to 750MHz.
i found my phone will automatic restart and it will run in window after the restart. this happened quite frequently.
did anyone face the same problem as mine? how to solve it?
thanks in advance....
Don't overclock so much. 750 is really high.
Rebooting from Android will bring you back to WinMo.
is overclock too much the root cause of automatic restart problem ?
at least it happened twice a day....
what is the optimum value i should overclock? thanks

Every phone is different. Mine got unstable over 710.
There's many reasons for rebooting tho. Without logs, I would just be randomly guessing.

Not saying much more than arrrghhh, but the best/easiest thing to do would be just to remove the OC and run the phone. If it stops automatically restarting than the OC was the issue. The rule of thumb with the Rhodium is that anything over 700 is probably too much.
i didnt found the folder you mentioned above..

What are you using to browse the files? You need to either be doing it in Android (I use ES File Explorer) or use Droid Explorer for Windows.

i have remove the OC.... but the automatic restart problem still there....
is it possible that this auto restart problem is due to rom in critical level? i hv install quite a lot of apps....
i did try to uninstall skype n google plus (these two apps use quite a lot of rom).... so far the phone didn't restart anymore...

I guess it could be a misbehaving app.
More likely culprit is bad SD card, or some other environmental problem.
When making changes to the voltage from within the app, is there not an option to set at boot? I dont see it and when I restart my phone they change back and I have to hit apply again.
just use setcpu if u want to UV
When traying to install it gives the mesage OUT OF SPACE, altrough i have anough space!
This usually occurs if you use Lucky Patcher. Just open it up, it'll clean out the unused ODEX and you should be able to install apps after that.
As for undervolting, in addition to the suggestion of SetCPU above, you can also try Voltage Control (I prefer the latter for no specific reason).

Nope, you can't set them at boot from Franco's app. I'm pretty sure the reason for that is to avoid people being unable to start up their phone after they've screwed around too much with the voltages.
Hi,
my LG G3 has a little problem with battery drain. There is process Android, what drains lot of energy and I don't know how fix it without root.
Is possible to make a temporary root to my G3 with stock ROM Android 6 and check wakelocks?
If is it possible, what utility can I use? And restart phone will revert to the unroot status?
Thanks

Kingroot ?
But with kingroot you should be face kernel panic....
Kernel Panic looks bad
Any alternatives?
Find the process then use debloater and hide it.
There are 2 processes. "Android System" and "Core (Android OS)". I don't know why, but they are really big battery drainers.
I know there is something what wake CPU up, but I don't know any way how identify it without root and I don't wanna permanently rooted phone.

My device d855 with 30c.kdz
Using Kingroot working normally , I don't know about kernel panic.
And yes, after restart must be rooting again.
And what about changes what you made?
They are permanent or will be reverted back?

Temporary root
As I said "And yes, after restart must be rooting again."
Yes, I know.
But what about changes? For example if I remove any system app. It will be back after restart or is forever gone?

Try not to install very intrusive apps, especially those that request extra permissions or accessibility etc., some subtract very perceptible performance
