Turn on Fire phone when charger is connected? Rooted - Lineage OS - Amazon Fire Phone

I have been searching high and low to find an answer to this and its driving me mad. I can not find a way to make the phone power on when a charger is connected. I need the location of the file for when the phone is off and charging so i can insert a reboot command to turn the phone on when charging. I already have a way to shut it down when unplugged and a way to auto boot into the app i want launched. I just need this last piece of the puzzle. I am putting this in my PC case as a system monitor and want it to turn on and off with the PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Screen orientation locked when in 'dock' mode

So I've searched through the forums a bit and can't seem to find an answer to my question... hopefully some of you have the answer though. When I'm driving I plug both my car charger and auxiliary audio jack into my phone so that it will charge while playing pandora. Problem is when I do this, the phone seems to think I've plugged it into a dock, and locks the phone into landscape mode.
I 'believe' I'm running DoomKernel for CDMA V1 and the 2.3.3 system... but it's been about a month since I've touched anything on it so I could be mistaken/forgot what I did to it last.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to unlock this orientation? It even stays this way after I unplug it sometimes.

I just reboot when it did that to me. It's a glitch I think.
Never happened after I stopped using my off brand charger tho
I started using the USB / Charger thing from the factory and it quit happening
hmmm.... this answered a question i posted earlier. I was having the same problem today when i rebooted my phone while plugged into my PC via USB. It never did it before until today, right after i tried a mod, that failed, and i lost my notification bar. it freaked me the hell out, i thought i broke it! I even did nandroid restore, wiped cache, everything! just to unplug it from pc reboot it, and it was fine! I was like wth!?!?! I never did figure out why all of a sudden it does it, but it does everytime i reboot while USB is pluggen in. If anyone knows an answer please share.

The easiest way to fix this is to:
1) Unplug power
2) Wait a few seconds
3) Unplug headphones jack
4) Wait a few seconds
5) plug in headphones jack
(if it still sticks, 6) Unplug headphones jack))
That should turn off dock mode.
When you plug every in, plug in the audio first, wait for it to register (i.e. shows either the headphones notification, or music starts playing through whatever you have your phone hooked up to) then plug in the power cable

First, are you charging your phone via USB or through the wall charger? I have found on some phones if they are completely dead, USB wont charge them at all. So plug it into the wall. When you plug it into the wall do you get the Charge animation? Let it charge for awhile before attempting anything else, i would say at least 45 mins.
If you let it charge and it still wont turn on, you need to attempt to get into download mode. First, pull the battery and sim and let the phone sit for about 5 minutes just to be safe. Reinstall battery and DO NOT push the power button. Instead hold the Vol + and insert your USB cable that should be plugged into the computer as well. The good news is if you can get download mode, i think you can pretty much always save this phone. You just need to refer to one of the threads that guide you through it.
moved to general
not see a battery animation when i plug in the wall charger.
if i connect to computer and push + computer lost a connection to phone and see nothing. when i release botton see a qualcomm modem

[Q] Auto start when connect to charger

Hi,
Ive googled about this matter and cant seem to find a solution for the galaxy tab s lte but for other samsung devices since s3 is possible.
Ive also tried the Auto Power On app (paid apps) both of them didnt work and requested a refund.
It seems that we have to modify the file /system/bin/playlpm or /system/bin/lpm or /system/bin/ipod for this to work.
Ive tried everything and still doesnt work on the galaxy tab s lte.
What i need is for the tablet to boot upon connected to charger when the state is off. Now all i can see is the battery icon stating its charging but never boot into android.
Anyone have any idea how to make this work for the galaxy tab s lte?
Cheers.
Well it begs the question as to why in the world would anyone want this?
I wouldn't want my tab on every time I charge it.
I think you would need a custom rom, don't the apps you can download/buy, need your device to be already running so they can shutdown or run an app or change a mode when they detect you plugging in or removing the charger.

Why would anyone need this? Let me answer you.
Some of us use our android tablets in cars ... There's app to make the tablet shutdown when u turn off the engine and the power is disconnected (tons of them).
But when u start the engine back and the power is re-connected, the tablet wont turn on. Right now the only solution i can do is to use tasker to airplane mode on the device when the display is off, and airplane mode off when the display turns back on. This saves power so that the tablet doesnt run out of juice overnight in the car.
So most of this has to do with in-car tablet systems that you want it to boot up as you start your engine. I can custom rom my tablet to run CM12 however even CM12 doesnt boot up, some settings needs to be changed and im not sure which part so i need some help on this.
Cheers.

Thanks in advance.

C'mon. You and I both know that this is a niche scenario, and normally it's a bad idea. If your running low enough on battery to run you device dead, you want it to charge a while before turning on. We've all been waiting on a dead phone to get a few percentage points charged so that way it doesn't die immediately upon startup.
I've been leaving my Tab S on a constant power supply in the car. This means I have to turn it on and off manually. I have been toying with using Tasker to turn the screen on/off based on connection with a BT device that would be powered by an switched power source.
The problem I get is warning messages about trying to charge the battery while it is too hot or too cold.

Why dont u try this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.as.powerchecker it will close the android once ur power is disconnected from the car ...
As for turning it back on when u start. Still no solution ...
Any help guys? Last time asking ...
Using Tasker and Secure Settings, I can get the tablet to turn the screen on and off when the power is connected. If rooted, you could turn Airplane Mode on and off in Tasker also. But short of a change in the firmware, I have no idea how to power off and restart based on external power connection.
From what I remember, when CM12 was still buggy... when you connect a charger when it was powered off, it would show the battery icon and automatically reboot into recovery. Of course that was a bug, so I don't really know.

Same here, did you find an answer?
Same here but no solution found
Iam trying to set my tablet to auto start/boot when charger is connected in mini usb port. I didnot find lpm.sh in root\system\bin folder to modify. But i found ilm file with below script. Plz tell how to modify to make powered off tablet to boot when charger is connected.
Script to start "pm" on the device, which has a very rudimentary
# shell.
#
base=/system
export CLASSPATH=$base/framework/ime.jar
exec app_process $base/bin com.android.commands.ime.Ime "[email protected]"
You can instruct init to reboot the device whenever charger mode is detected. Create a new .rc file or edit any existing one:
# /system/etc/init/off_mode_charge.rc
on charger
setprop sys.powerctl reboot,leaving-off-mode-charging

Problem with USB connection and charging

Hi,
I'm new here and I'm going crazy trying to figure out what's going on with my cell phone.
When the cell phone is on and I try to connect the charger cable it usually doesn't work. But if I turn it off and go into recovery mode, then it recognizes the charger and if I turn it off through recovery mode, then the phone charges. So the problem is not with the connector.
If I decide to turn it on, the icon will appear showing that the cell phone is charging, but the battery percentage is going down instead of going up. So I thought it might be a battery problem, but if I let it charge up to 100% the battery lasts normally, so it's not a battery problem either.
In an attempt to solve the problem, I thought about reinstalling a previous version (or maybe an alternative) of android, for that I tried the OEM unlock process, I didn't succeed in the more than 50 attempts, just an error message when typing "fastboot oem get_unlock_data". I searched everywhere and found nothing about it, just fake motorola e6 play unlock posts.
Today when analyzing the recovery log, I found a line with the following instruction:
ro.oem_unlock_supported=1
which seems to me to be a possibility of unlocking, but so far I haven't made any progress. Please help me!
Kind regards.
