syncmldm.apk deleted accidentally, now unable to open system settings application - Galaxy Grand Duos i9082 Q&A, Help & Troubleshootin

I am using samsung galaxy i9082, I rooted this device samsung galaxy i9082 and while uninstalling bloatware apps using TB I deleted syncmldm.apk. As a consequence I am unable to open system settings application, application is getting crashed with error message "Unfortunately, settings has stopped". Please could someone help me in solving this error. I tried hard reset but nothing helped, on top of that I lost "usb debugging" access as well.
I tried downloading rom of 4.2.2. But I don't know the procedure for extracting .apk file from it. Though I could able to file links for it, the process is too confusing for me. Great if syncmldm.apk is provided.
Android version is 4.2.2

[Q] Standard rom - Can't find or download any app from android market

Hi all,
I have a standard HTC desire on which I lately have problems with the android market app.
Yesterday I could not download any updates from installed apps - I got the "download failed, try again" message.
I tried to empty the cache from the market app, tried to restart the phone and I also found a suggestion to empty the android_secure folder on the sd-card. That didn't work either.
Then someone suggested I'd reset my phone to factory settings, but unfortunately without succes. Since doing that (both before and after restoring my backup'ed apps and data) I get the same message again. I am not able to update any app I have on my phone at this stage - they are displayed in the market app but downloading fails.
(I was at first able to select apps I already had installed on my phone from the market-website via my laptop browser and have them delivered to my phone, but that stopped working also - it weren't the updates anyway.)
Now every time I start the market app it crashes the first time I start it and then after restarting it displays the message "Application not found" for any app I select (either to be updated or new apps).
Anyone who can help me on this one?
Apparently the problem solved itself. I had the feeling the phone performed much slower though and did another reset to factory settings and since that everything works fine again!

[Q] Application Installation Problem on tab 3

Hi! I've been struggling with this problem of mine since Tuesday. I have Galaxy Tab 3. Android Version is 4.1.2 and the problem is whatever application that I will install on my device there is always an error. If ever I will install an application through file manager it always appear "Application was not installed" or "Application not installed". And if ever I will download an application through playstore, after downloading the application of course it is automatically installing the application, but it is not successful. It always appears
Error
Unknown error code during application install: - "-110".
If I will try to clear the data or the cache, I can't because it appears 0.00b. As if nothing. I can't click the button "Clear data or Clear cache". I had already tried reset factory but still the same.
I'm from Philippines and my device was bought from India. It was given by my brother. He said before he can install any application but when he got here in the Philippines trying to install any app, the device can't do it anymore.
Plssss Help me with this problem

Enabling Unknown Sources

Hey there! (My first post here )
So, I have installed/flashed the latest CM13 on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus (13.0-20160818-NIGHTLY-maguro).
I wanted to install/sideload some apk's and went to settings. So normally you need to go to security, but when I press that option, the dialog "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped." pops up.
Does someone have an fix/solution for this?
Thanks!
EDIT: I've granted permission to all apps... Still doesn't work..

I mistakenly removed 'Network Location' service please help

Hi,
I have unlocked and rooted my HTC 10 and remove dozens of bloatware apps but somehow I I thought the service named
"Network Location" was ok to be removed as I thought it was only used for identifying phone location in apps. After removal and restarting my device
I'm repeatedly getting this error msg ( "Unfortunately the Process.com.android.phone Has Stopped ") and also my 4G icon is gone and I cannot enable "Mobile Data". I restarted my device in Safe mode and the error is gone but I cannot access the user apps plus phone and message apps.
I am using custom Rom Maximus HD 2.7.0
I have installed TWRP 3.0.2 as custom recovery with supersu
Can anyone help me how to restore my "Network Location" service which is located by the name "com.htc.china.location.service" in system/app ?
OR anyone with rooted HTC 10 device can you please upload the relevant apk file so I can install and restore this service.
many thanks
Why don't you flash maximus again whitout wipe?

Question App not installed due to package conflict error

After updating my phone to realme ui 3.0, the existing realme dialer stopped working. It was showing popup to provide phone permission even after all the permissions are enabled, so I uninstalled it.
Now when I am trying to install new realme dialer, it is not getting installed and showing 'app not installed due to package conflicts with existing package' error.
Any solution to the problem? (P.s. my phone is not rooted)
