Keypad appears after tapping serial number repeatedly. - Samsung Galaxy Watch

If I go to about about watch on my galaxy watch active 2 (SM-R820) and tap the serial number repeatedly and quickly a number pad appears. What is this for? What does it do?

On this numpad you can type the "secret" Codes, like on the dialer on the Phone.
For Example:
*#0*# Test Menu
*#0228# Battery Menu
*#1234# SW Version

Missing number keypad XDA exec

Hi there
I'm pretty happy with my XDA exec installed in "corporate mode" (far more reliable/stable than the standard mode i received it in from O2) however i have a very annoying problem:
After its been switched on and in use for a few hours the "phone" feature stops giving you access to the on-screen number keypad. When you select the "phone" app from the start menu shortlist it takes you to a page with only the following 6 keys: "call History" "mute" "video" "note"
"contacts" "hold" and "end".
In order to get the number pad back (so you can call people other than those in your contacts) it offers you a "keypad" option. However when you click it this does nothing.
This is quite frustrating as it means if you wish to make a call in PDA mode (where the qwerty keyboard is hidden behind the screen) you have no number keypad with which to dial a new number.
Is there a fix for this? Perhaps there's a home screen i can set it to which always has the phone number keypad displayed.
Many thanks
Charlie

Problem w/ Dial Pad

When I click "Phone" it shows the Notification bar on the top, then my service provider (3G T-Mobile NL) along with an arrow pointing left, 3 of my last calls, 1/4 of my first speed dial number and finally the number pad - numbers 7, 8 and 9 are cut off level with the letters by a block of the wall paper background and the TF3D bar on the bottom.
If I minimize the dial pad, I see the last 3 out going calls and first 3 numbers of my speed dial.
When I am in a call, the bottom half of the TF3D screen cuts off everything else - end call, speaker on / off, etc.
How can I fix this?

Please help me fix my number dialing when on Landscape mode...

Hi!
I just noticed that when I try to enter a phone number on landscape mode on my ATT Tilt 2 my current top row of characters are actually printing numbers but the numbers on the right side of the panel are not working correctly.
For example 8 and 0 work fine but 3 also does 8 which means somehow my top row is now all numbers which is not right for this version of the phone...
any ideas?
THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

[howto] Disable stock puzzle lock

Stumbled across this and thought I'd share..
Go into the Dialer and enter *#83786633 then press the Home key Go back into the phone dialer and enter *#22745927 Now a box will come up asking for the SPC code. Enter 000000 Press the Hiddenmenu Enable radio button.
Now you can use these codes.
Shutdown
*#7594# This enables you to shut your phone off by long-pressing the power/lock key. No more pop-up confirmation. I have tested this and it works successfully. I've also discovered by doing this, it will disable the puzzle/glass unlock screen. Personally, having to push a button and slide the screen is redundant.
Enjoy
Here are a bunch of others "secret menu" items, for those who care.

*#28346#
Several audio tuning menus.
I've only tested the two items below:
To silence boot and shutdown audio go to Situation/BOOTSOUND and turn the values to 0. I've tested and confirmed this works.
To silence the volume key audio when turning the volume up/down go to Situation/VOLUMEKEY and turn the values to 0. I've tested and confirmed this works.

This allows you to disable the full battery pop-up.
