After "Verizon Nationwide 5G" update, download speed is slower - Samsung Galaxy S20 / S20+ / S20 Ultra Questions &

I just got "Verizon Nationwide 5G" update installed and now my actual download speed is ~35% slower. What's up with that?? Has anyone else experienced this? Is there some setting that I am not aware of that would return the download speed to what it was? Any help will be appreciated.

I'm noticing the same drop in speeds after installing the "Verizon Nationwide 5G" update on my S20+.

What's the new build number for the 5g update for S20+?

What is the new build number for this update ??

It looks like 32.3.A.0.378 is carrier only firmware. Check the images below.

Nordic Combined (Customized NOBA) looks it's not carrier specific... Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

no you're right... I found no difference whatsoever between 376 and 378. Same snappy performance and huge battery drain which is why I'm back on MM until they fix it. It is fast with 7, very fast so can't wait
I don't think Sony will give another update for Z4/Z5 series.

Would not make any sense for Sony to release an upgrade to 7 and not support it for the lifecycle

Mobile Hostpot High Performance

Does anyone know if it's possible to have mobile hotspot set to high performance with everything else optimized? Also, is there anyway to make sure download booster never turns off? I'm using a Note 10+ unlocked from Sprint.
I don't know what do you mean by Mobile hot spot high performance, but definitely you can disable the Download booster feature. Take a look at the attached screenshot. Just set it to Off.

Yes, you're right, my mistake. He wants exactly the opposite which is not possible, as far as I know.

What update is this? No information.

Anyone know what sort of update this is? There is no information about it at all. Just popped on my screen. Currently on 9.1, if it was Emui 10, wouldn't it show more information?

“This is the newly supported feature for time zone system update modification. This update contains only the time zone setting change and size will be nearly 230KB. The time zone update is basically for supporting Daylight saving time (DST) which is applicable for some countries”

This is not a bug, it's more an unintended limitation due to the migration. I've heard it should be changed soon.
