This is not a bug, it's more an unintended limitation due to the migration. I've heard it should be changed soon.

No reason to get excited, as this is not a device but simply three screens/screenshots and it says next to it "get to know htc sense".
I know that there are some userbars around, but i present here my vision of some simple userbars.
