I also have the same problem, how did you fix this?
Try to reset using msm tool and if this problem still exists then may be there is some hardware issue

I have a problem that started to happen 2 days ago, when someone calls me I can not hear the person, but she did listen to me, and I look in the setting of volume and the volume was up, try all ways to solve this and all I could solve this problem was installing a custom rom, but now I hear the person when talking to me, but my Speaker sounds slightly wrong as loud, and not very clear and a bit annoying in my ear, prior to this had an application to increase the volume of tone call but do not think it's for this application, it is strange that I have a backup of my ROM stock when I dont had this problem without the application, and install the backup and still had this problem I can not listen to anyone when I call, only the custom rom solved this problem, but the sound is not very clear is too loud.
what was going on with this, would be my Speaker defective???
Same here
Had this happen to me when I was stock. Brought phone back got a new one. Haven't had any problems since and now have flashed countless ROMs.

Hi, I need advice on two very bad bluetooth sound issues with stock dialer phone app on my Kanor PX5 Android 8 4Gb/32Gb head unit:
1. No sound when people call me. When I call, everything works fine, but when I receive a call - no sound. I can pick up, then tap on double-arrow (switch audio to phone), then tap again to switch audio back, and then it sometimes works! But never by default. When I call out using the same stock dialer - usually it works OK.
2. Ringer volume is crazy high, I want to catapult from my car when it rings. No ringer settings anywhere, no separate volume controls, nothing... Is there any way to disable ringer or change the sound?
Is there alternative phone dialer app that can replace the stock one? Any other ideas how to solve that?

Have you solved this problem yet?
Lot of noise on microphone , voice isn't audible on calls , assistant not working . However on restart it works fine for a good 10-30 minutes ( varies) , until the issue starts again . I tried a factory reset, didn't help . Could this be a software issue ? or is my mic dying . Running on MIUI 12.0.5 global.
Do you have the 'clear speaker' option? I understand the drama is with the mic, but they're close together an issues are often related.

did you find a solution?
Same issue. Any solution?
Hi, any solution?
Greetings.
I wrote to Xiaomi, they gave me an explanation on how to reinstall the latest update, which I did and it did not improve the problem, the lower microphone was still recording wind noises coming out of nowhere.
I had to take a exam, so I had to turn off the phone, when I left a couple of hours later, turn on the phone and I made a call, the problem fixed itself, the noise disappeared as if it had never existed, at the moment I have a couple of hours without noise.
Steps:
"Reinstall the latest version MIUI Global 13.0.12".
"Leave the phone off for about 2 hours".
If it helps anyone, well that's it, maybe I'm getting lucky for now, if the noise reappears I'll let you know.
Hi everyone.
I have a very very annoying problem onj Z Fold 3 since I installed the update with One UI 4.0
Almost all media audio is played on Galaxy Watch 4 instead on the phone: all youtube audio, all voice messages in all messengers and notifications sounds from the phone are being played on the watch.
Watch is NOT listed as an media output device, but does this all by imitating a phone call (?!?) from a number 10000000 (picture shown).
This happens most of the time when I do not see it, and the virtual call remains there until I disconnect it manually, also, drains all the battery of the watch in 5-6 hours.
Please help. I temporarily solved that by disabling all kind of phone calls on the watch, but that is not a solution for me since I need to be able to manage calls on the watch.
Thanks!

Have you done a factory reset on the watch to see if the issue persists?

If nobody appears here with a specific solution, I will have to try that. It's a ***** to go trough config again unless really necessary
My S20+ has had this problem almost as long as I've had my vehicle (with Ford sync 3). For whatever reason, if I take an incoming call on Bluetooth, about 80% of the time, there is no audio - I can't hear them and they can't hear me.
To troubleshoot I have to switch to speaker, then we can both hear each other.
If I'm on Android auto (wired), I have to unplug, then hit speaker.
My wife's Galaxy S21 ultra never does this.
It never happens on outgoing calls.
It seems equally likely to happen whether I'm using the phone for Bluetooth media (podcast app, separate music app both seem equally likely) or not using it for audio at all (i.e. Just listening to the radio)
It seems equally likely to happen whether I'm on Android auto (wired) or just connected to Bluetooth the old school way.
The only commonality is that it's on incoming calls on Bluetooth. I've been unable to identify what factor is different on those rare occasions when it does work
Twice I've tried completely unpairing and starting fresh. That seems to work, temporarily. But eventually it goes back to its old ways, so this is not a solution.
Are there a few developer options I may want to try checking on or off to see if they'll help? I don't want to go messing with that stuff unless it's recommended by someone here. Any other ideas?
