Disable sounds during call?

While on a call, particularly speaker, is there no way to disable the keypress sound only during a call without doing it via the sound toggle or manually doing it in the settings? Doesn't seem to make any sense that certain sounds wouldn't automatically turn off so the caller wouldn't hear them. My previous HTC Hero did this automatically.

I have found this to be annoying as well. I have noticed that I have have my phone set on Vibrate (no sounds normally produced) and if I am on a call and an email or SMS comes in I get a notification sound. For some reason the sounds that are silenced when I am not on a call are produced when I am in a call.
I wish I knew of a solution to this issue.

Do not disturb priority

So when I set my phone to do not disturb i want it to still notify for texts and phone calls. When I set the settings to priority they do not save when I switch back to that profile from the sound on profile. Any help would be great. Just got the 5.p update from tmobile.<br/>
Bump. I was able to do this on my Nexus 4... I wanna be able to only have texts and phone calls to notify me via sound when I have everything else off.

Outdoor Sound Profile Changes automatically to Silent when Receiving Calls.

Hi
I'm having a problem when using the default android sound profile system.
When it's on General, Silent, Meeting there're no issues.
But when it's on Outdoor and I receive a call for instance, it changes automatically to either General or Silent. If it goes on General, the next phone call will change it to Silent.
I'm using Eragon ROM. Any help?
Thanks.

No sound during incoming or outgoing call

I have an unrooted i9082 phone.
For the last 3 days, I am facing a problem wherein I am not able to hear any sound during an incoming or outgoing call. I have restarted multiple times and checked the sound settings multiple times but no luck.
There does not seem to be a hardware issue, as I am able to hear system sounds, notification sounds, ringtone during incoming call, and am also able to hear recorded sounds like music and previously recorded calls. I am also getting clear audio during voice-calls made using whatsapp. It is only when making or receiving calls through the regular phone dialer interface that I face this issue.
Has someone faced this issue before, or know what to do about it? I would like to avoid a hard reset because I have a LOT of data, standalone and apps-related, on the phone. Please help.
P.S. : If a hard reboot or rooting is unavoidable, then please help me with how to backup data, contacts, app-data, app-settings and phone settings before doing so. Total noob here.

Incoming calls not received

Have searched for any similar posts and found nothing helpful.
I have Samsung Galaxy Note II, OS is Android ver. 4.1.2, remainder of system is stock.
Phone functioning normally then discovered that incoming calls were not being received at all. I mean by this that: phone did not ring at all - no ring tone, no vibration, no notification of any sort. Also no voice mail message received, no record of any sort of an incoming call.
Phone still functioning normally for outgoing calls and other functions.
Does anyone know what the problem might be??
