Redmi 6 pro firmware on A2lite?

I had a mi 5x device, In this device we can change the firmware from mi 5x to A1 and install any A1 roms. for example :
If you plan to use Android One/Pie rom on the 5X, you should flash A1 firmware.
If you come back from Android One/Pie to MIUI, you should flash 5X firmware.
mi5x and A1 are very similar like A2 lite and Redmi 6 pro. Now I have a question, Can install Redmi 6 pro Firmware on A2-lite devices and flash any Redmi6 pro Roms?

Due to shared vendor properties eventually you can but you would need to modify/patch some files in order to do it, like for example; elf_path, firehose programmer that are responsible to manage the flash process and otherwise won´t allow you to run.

We know that Mi A2 lite is the global version of the Redmi 6 Pro, i mean the same hardware;
My question is that can we install the official MIUI rom for Redmi 6 Pro on the Mi A2 lite?

You got to unlock bootloader, install twrp and than you can install a custom ROM like miui10 or 11 ported from 6 pro (sakura) to mi A2 lite (Daisy) take a look here

Don't try flashing MIUI on this device. When the device first came out, some smart people tried it and bricked their devices, rendering their devices useless until a fix came up. Use the MIUI ports in the ROMs section if you're such a fan of MIUI. Cheers.
