HOW to INSTALL
download:
1. Synergy - OneUI Theme Compiler (paid app)
2. Substratum lite theme engine (free app)
activate night mode
3. install the theme by clicking on the apk
4. open Synergy and enable "ACE MODE" in the menu on the bottom left
5. add overlays in Substratum Lite
6. select the menus and submenus (in the submenus choose keyboard and dialer) and click install
7. after the import "BUILD" exits when you click it asks to download "High Contrast Theme II" ATTENTION DON'T APPLY, go back
to BUILD" and start.
8. follow the instructions on the screen and always give "OK" and "INSTALL" when requested
9. when he's done go to Themes Store apply the theme SYNERGY ACE THEME "(green) and then" HIGH CONTRAST THEME II "and RESTART.
10. select the background you want and you're done.
ATTENTION,
to install the complete theme even those who have the root must hide it from Magisk to substratum lite and synergy
in order to have the installation compiled over to "High contrast Theme II), follow the video guide.
by installing the Synergy-Sub theme without hide the root from the 2 applications,
the installation takes place in a different way and the theme will not be complete

Sorry if this question doesn't belong here but messing with themes is new to me and I was wondering if it's possible to theme just a part of the phone. For example, say I want to ONLY theme the dialer and notification slide down window but leave the rest of the phone un-themed, is this doable?

I cannot seem to find a dark ( dark with gold) bar theme that I like....... I don't mind the watch gear animations, etc, but I really want a dark theme with gold accents.

It can be done with Substratum Lite and Synergy on a non rooted Samsung phone.

Gonna try this one. Sounds promissing. I was on doc's JP8 v9 but had problem with market downloads so I reverted to JPO v8 where I have same problem.

Please read this (also below the preview, carefully) before installing the theme..!!
I made this theme for my own use and needs and just like to share it with all of you..
Based on white, black and chrome styles.. because i like to have a white theme but with the opportunity to use f.ex a dark background and still the theme matches the different styles (dark & light..)
Some influence i got through the fantastic work of "Pele78, regedy1 and 00.ante"..but also some influence from all the other fantastic themes here (sorry for not mention them all here......!!!!!!!)
I changed/created icons/stuff for the statusbar, removed clock, settings, options, dialer, contacts, calculator, App-icons for the home-screen. It´s also included tiny animations and the wonderful Market-theme "Pure White version" from 00.ante....
BIG THANKS to "pepi1234" for all his great support and the opportunity to fix 2 versions,.. "WWE" & "German" version of my theme..!!

The theme has been tested successfully without any issues on:

You have to flash this zipfile by using the ClockWorkMod Recovery (reboot holding volume up + home key + power button). Select "Install zip from sdcard", then "Choose zip from sdcard".
The first boot will take some time, so you have to be patient.
Here is a advise i read on Jumba´s thread (the developer from the fantastic Neon GT Theme): "I would advise clearing cache and dalvik cache from ClockworkMod recovery first. The "clear cache partition" option is on the main menu and "clear dalvik cache" is in the "Advanced CWM features" submenu. Also, please do a backup using nandroid (this is also accessible in the ClockworkMod menu) just in case something goes wrong."

Below as attachments you will also find a zipfile with the App-icons (contains 94 icons, all icons are named as the application they where meant to...) and a zip containing the wallpapers i created for this theme..!!
Don´t try to flash these 2 packs because they are regular zips. Just extract them on your computer or your phone and use the stuff in the folders as you like...
To use the App-Icons on your homescreen, you have to use DesktopVisualizer (from the Market), just choose on your homescreen widgets and choose DesktopVisualizer, than choose the widgetsize (i prefer 1x1 small) and you will see a window with the settings for the widget....
For clock styles you can use Beautiful Widgets or Fancy Widgets or gTabSiMiClock from the Market..
You can use this theme with almost every launcher you like, for example Go Launcher Ex..

0nce again i have used Basil3 Viperdark theme as a base for this theme. i have stripped it down blacked it out skinned it but kept the 9 colour's so the toggles and sliders will be themed along with blinkfeed..... so a huge thanks to him for his tireless efforts to keep us the user happy with our m7's with his time knowledge and creativeness to help us enjoy our phones more in a visual aspect which i personally think makes owning the m7 a pleasure even to this day.......... Unfortunately no. I had an m7,wish I still had it because of this work, looked great with it. now I have an m9 that I wish i could put this on it. Will wait patiently though.

It'll be a while before I get the m9 I'm afraid.....

Device with ROOT:
- Copy the apk in your phone
- Install it from the archive manually
- Expects that the application is installed
- Go to the Theme Store Samsung and apply
- Using RootExplorer or similar enters in data / overlays / and delete the folder "preferences"
- Then in data / overlays / jsonfiles / cuts the bobcat.xxx.json file
** and paste it in data / overlays / jsonfiles / userjson
- restart
- Reapply the theme again by Theme STORE
- done
Device without ROOT:
- Download from the Play Store "EZ Package disabler"
- Apply the theme in Trial version
- Open "EZ Package disabler"
- Search for "Themes" and blocks:
** 1. com.samsung.android.themestore

- for a new theme, open "EZ Package disabler" and unlock:

When i followed the link it went to pay-pal with a default for 10 euros which is about 12 bucks i figured thats what he wanted.

Apply quantum theme with @arbayxda method
Please follow these steps properly once the file downloaded:
1. Clear the data of the theme store app
2. Go to the file manager app, and click the modified theme downloaded, it'll take you to the theme store app, grant any permissions asks...
3. Click on "try now" and let it load
4. Open the theme store app, and let the main page load properly, then go back to the homescreen (do this step 3x)
5. Restart / reboot your phone
6. Repeat step 2 - 4 and you good to go...

I'm thinking of picking up the international version of the Find X, would you consider me as a beta tester if I were to pick up the international version? I'm not sure if the ColorOS version changes with regions since I'm new to the world of Oppo.

International version doesn't have theme store enabled by default.You can apply Quantum theme for only 5 minutes and I don't know if you can apply it permanently.
Send me a mail if you want to test it?

Just to let you know that Global version can also use a modified theme without having to worries about "5 mnts trial"...
Although the theme engine is different with the chinese theme store, but with a correct xmls, it works perfectly...

Can you record the screen when you apply the theme(without reboot) and send me. Before that apply default theme and delete Quantum theme from my themes.
Iwant to see what's wrong.

In your video when u open d Theme it say apply for you but not me I've even deleted the data from store but all i get is try now or the _/_ kecoin

I ask for a simple video, maybe I need to change theme id to work on Find X, I don't know...
I am tired to ask people for a simple video.So in this case I am shutting down this project.
