Installation
Do this, even if you are on a Gingerbread Custom Rom. Except a JVH Rom, than you can just flash my rom!​

Flash JVH with Bootloader with Odin
Wait till your phone is bootet up
Flash CFRoot Kernel 3.1 JVH with Odin - put it in PDA
Again: Wait till your phone bootet up
Now copy Hamsterbread.zip to your internal SD Card
Boot to recovery mode
Navigate with Volume and Power Button and choose the following:

choose zip from sdcard
Hamsterbread.zip
Now my rom get's installed - should reboot automatic after install
]Now wait, smoke a cigarette or do something else, boot can take up to 5 minutes - just relax!

Yes, its the Androdena Galassia Theme. I was too lazy to write the whole name.

Sounds nice! Can you fix the pictures? Opening them in a new tab comes up with a forum where I have to sign in first (handy-faq.de)...

I made my own bootanimation. If you want to see it, you have to apply root again from the kernel. The root which comes with my rom wont work on the first boot if you come from an eclair version.

man, that rom has a really nice look. It might be the first custom rom I'm gonna try...

THE Rom is in GERMAN! How do I change it to English?

It should happen after you enter your pin?

How did you manage it? I thought it changes automatic to the language where you are. Happened to me with some csc files that they were englisch and after entering the pin it changed the language to the right one.

Editet first post with instructions how to change the system language if it is german. Sorry for that. Will try to fix this.

Unfortunately not for me, as your JFS choice makes me rattle.
The JFS implementation is, for now, way too unstable and unreliable on Galaxy S.
By the way, good thought about providing CWM's zip as part of the rest, seem to be a very good idea.

Well it certainly can be setup that way. HeLauncher and the included Fancy Widget make the homescreen Sense-like. But it is still very much CM7 =)

Has anyone tried this rom yet?

Giving it a go.
So the speed on this rom is great. I have tried to get the LED Flashlight Notification Widget to work with no avail.
Also I noticed that the banding while at top or bottom looks much smoother then any other GB 2.3.3 rom. To see what I mean, open browser to google, now scroll either all the way up or down and hold. There will be a feint blue glow set of lines(much smoother and less banding then other GB builds) from where you hold after you drag up or down.
Any fix for the LED Flashlight toggle, how was the banding fix accomplished?

Cant get wifi to work.... it connects to my wifi ok then disconnects?? Any idea's?

Anyone know if this is 2.3.4? As atm on that build wifi did not work for me out of CM source... Trying to see if this is a problem.

Instructions:
Download the MiniCM7-xxx.zip from the release link that follows
Backup your /data contents: contacts, apps, sms, etc. or backup via recovery
Move the MiniCM7-xxx.zip to the root folder of your sdcard. Download the suggested Google Apps for CM7 from here (check http://goo-inside.me/gapps/ if you want to experiment with other gapps versions)
- Boot to Recovery
- Flash the MiniCM7-xxx.zip. To do this, Select 'install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard' and select the MiniCM7-xxx.zip
- Flash gapps
Reboot (first boot will take ~2 mins)
Once your device has booted, you can navigate to CM Settings -> System -> Update notifications and select 'Register'. This way you can get update notifications on new versions of MiniCM7!

0nce again i have used Basil3 Viperdark theme as a base for this theme. i have stripped it down blacked it out skinned it but kept the 9 colour's so the toggles and sliders will be themed along with blinkfeed..... so a huge thanks to him for his tireless efforts to keep us the user happy with our m7's with his time knowledge and creativeness to help us enjoy our phones more in a visual aspect which i personally think makes owning the m7 a pleasure even to this day.......... Using a root browser place ui.zip in sdcard/TWRP/theme folder
If you do not have theme folder in TWRP folder just create one named "theme" then add ui.zip reboot to recovery to see the change....

Unfortunately no. I had an m7,wish I still had it because of this work, looked great with it. now I have an m9 that I wish i could put this on it. Will wait patiently though.

It'll be a while before I get the m9 I'm afraid.....
