Hello. What happened was that my Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite gave a very sinister problem, I was using it normal, when it suddenly crashed, I tried to restart it, but when it called it got stuck on the Android One screen and it doesn't leave that screen. I would like to know if there is anything you guys advise me to try to do. I would like some help, the cell phone is very good and I had never locked it. Only it gave this problem.
My bootloader is blocked and the unlock option in the developer settings is disabled. I already tried to flash the latest system using XiaomiMiFlash, MiFlashPro, MiFlashBeta, TOOL ALL IN ONE, among other methods and none makes the phone come back to life. When using XiaomiMiFlash or MiFlashPro, the following error appears: "ack count don't match", and so the flash process does not end. Using MiFlashBeta, this error does not appear, but the process ends and nothing changes. The phone remains locked.
Now we are two, read somewhere you must use Mi Authorized Mi flash, then perform a deepflash.

I saw about this authorized account, but I didn't find anything that could circumvent it or an account, I don't know, anything that solved this problem would be very useful

On the Mi flash tab look for authentication, sign in with your mi account. Remember to use Mi flash pro.
Same problem as me?

I had already tried to do this procedure that he told me, but it also didn't solve it, it gave the error "ACK don't match". I saw your post on Reddit at this link you sent and apparently we are having problems very close, I also cannot format the device

Hello!
I have a problem and would like know if I could fix it in any kind of way. My Mi Max hydrogen was first registered with an Mi account, which has now been deleted. I requested the unlock permission from Xiaomi accidentely with an other MI ID, that's why I have deleted the old one and wanted to register the new one.
First the device was locked after that and I couldn't access my phne anymore, because of an allegedly wrong password.
I managed to unlocked it with the Mi Max account solution flash file which I found in an other forum.
Now I can log in to my phone again with the new account ID, but the problem is, I get an error message on every boot "phone storage damaged". I think the old account information are still registered with the phone, because I can't register the phone to the new account under advance options/develeoper options/MI unlock status. When I click the register account/device button I always get the error message "failed, please try again later".
Because my phone seems to be still registered to that old account, the unlocking tool from xiaomi stucks at 50% completion with the error message current account is different from the account info on the device.
beside that, I now seem to have a problem with my persist mount storage on the phone. I tried to flash a custom ROM with TWRP and there is always a "unable to mount //persist (invaild argument)" error in red displaying. The only way I have found so far to fix this persist error, needs an unlocked bootloader so I think I'm stuck now :/
Flashing official ROMs old and new ones, global and china in EDL mode with Miflash did not fix the problem. I can't install any custom ROM now, since I flashed this Mi account solution thing. This persist error leads to bootloops or never ending loading screen after flashing LineageOS or CM.
does somebody know a way to fix it ?
Thanks in advance
Dave
SOLVED!!
All solved after flashing a modified ROM!! Flash in EDL or Fastboot with MIFlash tool. After that, flash TWRP again and the ROM of your choice.

Hi guys, it looks xda is my last chance resort to save the phone.
Once purchased a week ago I still cant use the phone by now.
The phone seem to be attached to some account which I did not create and thus cant access.
The phone is locked/bootloader/ and not activated /MI account verification/, neither I can restore any password by loggin with my phone number - Xiaomi does not send me any verification text SMS back.
I tried recovery and Fastboot and while recovery allows me to flash with chineese MISuite back and forth with 8.0.3/android show errors-stopped processes/ and 7.5.XX,
fastboot does not allow anything-Flash xbl error.
Anybody-anything? Because ./except my numerous reclaiming in Xiaomi and the shop/ I am out of ideas by now ??
Cheers,
Looks like a stolen phone. If you bought it via paypal/credit card request a refund/charge back.

May be. But I bought it from Gearbest.com. Are they prone to such cases?
Good idea w/charge back.
Usually not, but I would return it anyway, just to be sure. If it has been used, there is no saying how the battery will perform or if it's full of viruses and spyware.
If you wont solve the problem, maybe I'll be willing to rebuy i from you. Depends on the price. Im looking for bricked mi5s

I had the same problem when trying to install Miui again after installing LOS. But I had already unlocked my bootloader.
If you use a special cable, http://en.miui.com/thread-324300-1-1.html, you can flash a Miui developer ROM and unlock your bootloader. There are plenty of manuals on the internet.
Everythings ok now, Xiaomi support helped effectively )). Thread to be closed.
What solution did they have for you?

I did not receive verification SMS from Xiaomi to reset the password.
I had to sent them IMEI, phone no, invoice copy etc.
After all it succedeed.
hi all
Sold my phone today to a (luckily nearby) buyer, which i had from new, flashed the latest global through fastboot ready to sell - however the new buyer has to use my mi account details to set up the new phone on the initial setup ! It requests only my mi account details! How do i remove my mi account from this phone and allow him to add his own? i thought the fresh flash of the global through miflash on fastboot would wipe everything?
Any ideas please
Simple: settings-count mi-delete count! That's it !!!!
You always have to do a factory reset within the phone to get your Mi account unbound from your device. Even a fastboot flash won't do it. You could try to go to i.mi.com to remove the device from your account.

What kind of factory reset do you mean? Just like from the phone settings?

Yeah, it will ask you for your Mi Account password then wipe your device and your Mi account that's bound to it. It's a security measure if someone steals yourphone and manages to fastboot flash an official MIUI ROM.

Problem solved! Thank you guys for help and big thanks to previous owner of my mi mix for writing the thread! :good::good::good:
I think I made a bad problem worse and I could really use some help. i have a xiaomi redmi note 8 pro. I tried to root it last night using an unofficial rom because there isn't an official TWRP.img for this model yet. flash went well (i thought) i entered twrp recovery, installed magisk app, then on final restart i got stuck in a redmi boot loop, I could enter fast boot but no recovery. i then tried using a couple different ROMs, mi flash tool, and even the stock ROM. on my last try installing the stock ROM everything seemed fine but now the screen is only black, almost no button response, i get some slight changes from the notification light, and if i hold the Volume up + power it will eventually vibrate, my computer will make a noise as if it connected, then quickly make the disconnect sound. I have more phones but i got this phone like last week, id really to think it's not bricked
Lol... That's why I'm selling my redmi note 8 pro and I bought a MI 9t pro.. Can't even root the phone

so someone bricking the phone is funny to you? what is really funny though, is you paying double the money for a marginally better phone...
Worked fine here. And worth the money since now I can use my phone again.

Correct the FB link. I had same problem as in your OP. Now phone is working again.
You used the service of this facebook link? And they fixed ur RN8P?
if you're able to get into fast boot, try using this tool https://github.com/Szaki/XiaomiADBFastbootTools click download rom, and try reflashing you rom. I thought I bricked my phone but miflash worked for me.
I also used this guide to root my phone but didn't update magisk because I've been hesitate since doing the latest version brick my phone last time https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...de-unlock-bootloader-flash-twrp-root-t3995919
I Faced The Same Problem Of Bricked Phone Of Redmi Note 8 Pro, I Was Unable To Enter Fastboot Mode, Recovery Mode & Even Can't Enter Into The System Because I Flash Wrong Boot.img File, Thereafter I Tried To Use SP Flash Tool But Failed Due To Xiaomi Authorised Account Issue. Then I Emailed Xiaomi For Getting My Account Authorised And They Emailed Back And Told Me That They Can't Authorise My Account..
Then I Decided To Visit Mi Service Centre As My Phone Was In Warranty, The Funniest Fact Is The Technicians Worked There Were Failed To Detect The Problem. I Told Them That My Phone Was Automatically Got Dead After Installing An Update Just For Making Them Unaware From The Real Fact.
I Told Them That There Is No Hardware Issue Only Need To Flash Original Firmware But They Are Freak And Didn't Listen To Me And Opened Up Every Part Of The Phone, Now They Told Me That The Phone Will Need 7 Days Of Repairing Take The Phone After 7 Days.
I Tried To Teach Them The Way By Which The Phone Could Be Repaired But They Only Listen To Me And Did Nothing, They Were Behaving Like A Beginner In Repairing Phone,
They Didn't Know That The Phone Can Also Be Reapired During Switched Off.
Now I Have To Wait For 7 Days, So Guys Flash Anything Carefully Otherwise You Will Face The Same Situation.
Thanks
So I finally have just given up on this phone. I would like to factory reset it but it keeps asking me for my mi account password. When I put it in it says that isnt the valid password. Reset the password and tried again same issue.
The problem is I have a chinese rom and cant log into my mi account because of the phone region lock. Does anyone know any way that I can factory reset and fully wipe this phone before I sell it off to someone else.

Yeah so i go into settings/mydevice/factory reset.
Im asked to put in my pin
Then they ask for my mi account password.
No matter what it always fails. I can use the change password option and change it via email but it doesnt have an effect on anything. It still wont let me in.
Just a heads up im on chinese firmware and joyui 12 20.11.10

Have you sync your mi account? No need to bind the black shark account skip that as soon you finish bind with mi account.afterthat doing that you need format them through recovery mode but as soon the phone back to system load the phone will ask for the activation of mi account.
Did you resolve this? And what country you from?
Yeah I finally got through. For some strange reason I had two black shark accounts on the phone. One tied to my email and one to my local number (idk how that happened since the only option was the chinese area code). Phone has been factory reset and packed away in the box it came with. Where it will stay until i get it sold.

Don't sell it...try unlock bootloader then install global rom ...not global beta but legit global rom through TWRP recovery.
