HardSPL...
Flash HardSPL, and then flashed the signed ROM.
Hi guys,
My original ROM Version : 1.37.207.2 GER , O2 XDA Diamond and today i just spl the device with the signed and unsigned version of the Hard SPL 1.40 Olinex and i tried to use different 3 WWE ROMS to change it to english one but everytime after 1% i get an error everytime ERROR [244] : INVALID MODEL ID. But the i checked with the Manual Bootloader, hard spl is done successfully with triband colors and the correct version of 1.40 Olinex. But it still doesn't work. The device is DIAM300.
Please i need your help, give me some suggestions.

Hi, i've the same problem, is there a solution to install a differet language rom on a DIAM300?
Could be the model ID http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=409425
this solution is valid for the diam300 too?
what does it mean "Make note of the Target CID, Version, Language and Chunk Size. FYI the Model ID is the problematic setting here. If it says DIAM10000 and you have a DIAM300 you're screwed."?

Hi everybody,
i have a serious problem whith my diamond. In the past i have flashed some cooked roms in my diamond. But yesterday in order to have my warranty back i flashed an official rom 1.93 and i lock it with the original spl 1.93
.
So far good. But today i tried to flash an official rom 2.03 and it showed me this : Error [294] : Invalid Vender Id
I looked for answers at xda but they say that i have to use Hard Spl.
I dont want to use Hard spl because i will lose my warranty again so i cant use it.
What do i have to do to flash official rom 2.03????

i have one q that many sites and videos show how to install zui 3.5 but is there any zui 3.5 rom available in English languages only not in Chinese bcz at some point chinese rom are **** !!
