Best version for Find 7a?

I Tried many many versions. Now i have ColorOs 2.0.8i very stable but it drain a lot of battery. I think the best version for battery is someone version from nameless roms, but i dont know which is enough stable for daily use.. For sure not the Nameless 3.0.
The version 2.0.8i uses a lot of ram, it has more than 200 system processes by default and most battery drained from andoid system than screen. The max time i could achieve is 3 hours.
With nameless 3.0 the max time was nearly 4 hours!
Also, each time i try to flash a custom or official rom i lost much time, cause there are either root problems, or recovery problems or other ( bootloop, modem, brick ) problems.. I hope there was a detailed thread about the exact method to install each rom.
Nobody knows?
Omni
Try omni rom nightlies 5.1.1 have been using for a while now. Works great. Has great battery life. Installed oppo camera apk. Works great. No problems at all
Is there any stable custom rom? Or only experimental and nightly versions?
Nameless ROM's latest is extremely stable. I've had a few reboots with CRDroid and Omni, but overall they're pretty stable too. MAYBE a reboot per day, maybe.
EDIT: Latest NamelessROM nightly has eliminated all bootloops and random reboots for me and many others.

Is there a stable unified Rom for X9077?

I have been trying different Marshmallow roms and they are all very unstable full of bugs.
The best I've gotten to a stable rom was Nameless 3.0 nameless-3.0-find7-20160321-NIGHTLY and flashing the chinese modem afterwards.
However with the new nightly of Nameless 3.0 the phone keeps randomly restarting and the signal comes and goes every few seconds. I tried everything, including a full wipe and going back to the previous stable version, but the problem is still here.
Any idea how to fix this? Do I have to flash color OS 1.2.x first?
Is there such a thing as a stable rom at this point?
All I want is a phone that works and it's been over a year that I've been going form Rom to Rom, and from bugs to bugs...
Please help
Cr droid 6.0
Yeah someone else said that, and I want to try it, but the official xda thread says that it's not yet suitable for chinese variants (x9077).

possible to update to lollipop

I've been running 4.4.2 aosp for a while and want to try something more... It turns itself off sometimes which becomes inconvenient too...can you please suggest a Rom that's fast and stable for this phone with loads of options to customize?
I've rooted with twrp...
The most stable is going to be stock or stock with root to remove bloatware.

I understand, which stock firmware in your opinion seems to be the fastest and smoothest?
There's only 1 stock KK firmware for the s3 so that would be the one to use.
Stock was actually less stable then CM 13 (Android 6) for me. Hoping LineageOS makes 14.1 (Android 7.1) usable.

would you please post the link for this rom?
Thanks for suggesting
Here.
Strange that stock was not stable. I know several people still using the Canadian version of the s3 with no problems.
I've been using stock, seems extremely solid and stable in my use. Even the battery lasts almost a day for me... Using Greenify to help with additional drains too

Stable ROMS?

I'm currently using an S3 as a daily since a friend of mine generously donated his so I can install ROMS.
I'm having heating and performance issues, and I can't find the right ROM to install to this device.
I'm currently using LineageOS (7.1.2) and it's not stable at all. There's too much bugs and lag.
Anyone got cool 7.1.2 stable ROMS that I can install on this device?
I would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
The most stable ROM is going to be a stock unrooted ROM.

That's not what I meant.. The only reason why I'm using a custom ROM is because the apps I use don't support the stock ROM.

Make sure you turn off Adaptive display and LiveDisplay. This should give your phone a massive speed boost as it did for mine. It`s the first thing I do whenever I flash Lineage OS on any device.
However many Galaxy S3 T-999 has been plagued by another problem for some months. Whenever I flashed any custom ROM (I have tried CM 13, CM 14/Linage OS, Mokee), The phone`s goes on mute mode. It makes no sound whatsoever. But it works fine on stock 4.3 but like you said many apps don`t support it anymore.

Currently the best rom for Mi 6?

Hi guys!
Im going to buy xiaomi mi6 soon, so i want you to share with me your opinions about custom roms you used. Could you tell me what rom is the least bugged and gives me the most comfortable work with this device? Maybe the global stable is? Generally im looking for the best rom, and them futures.
If you are keeping bootloader locked then go for global beta most likely.
If you will unlock then the stable ROMs are based on 7.1.2.
AOSPA has a good reputation but LineageOS 14 is about to go official for Sagit.
The 8.1 ROMs are stable enough for most uses and so far I had no issues. Just waiting for Oreo kernel sources from Xiaomi for more stability.
There is no overall best ROM. Just the best for you.
Most people here don't like MIUI though.
Its alright but for anyone who's used to AOSP style ROMs they will not feel at home using it.
Its like an iOS splice of Android leaning more heavily to Android.

MIUI gives the best experience for me, most of time I flash weekly ROM's from Xiaomi.eu. They have stable too, if you don't want to flash every week and you don't mind trying new features. Xiaomi.eu team do a great job and sometimes fix some issues with official ROM's.
You have more MIUI based ROM's like Globe Rom, you can customize before downloading and Epic Rom I'm using this week.
If you like AOSP 'flavour' you can try Resurrection Remix (RR) very customizable via settings, and the classic Lineage OS (the old Cyanogen Mod).
Give a try some of them an tell us you experience

MIUI Global Stable - Stock ROM back in May, pretty okay, except battery drain was pretty bad. About 80-100mA drain during standby
Xiaomi.eu - the first non-official ROM I use, but still a MIUI-based. At least they give consistent weekly update and improvement. Battery drain problem was fixed here. But alas, I still hate MIUI's notification handling. The moment AOSP-based ROM pop, I made a switch, which is
LineageOS 14 by Xiaobai - first AOSP based ROM for Mi6. It was pretty good. I used LOS14 on my LG G2 back then, so it was pretty much as good as it can get
Lineage 15.0 by NisseCool/UnknownDev420 - Probably one of the first Oreo/non-MIUI ROM available here. Still lots of bugs, but usable. But phone gets really hot (up to 47c during load). Project is getting less update since December. Then finally I made a jump to
crDroid (Android 8.1) by Verevka - It has all the bugs in LOS15.0 fixed and have the goodness of MIUI camera. The downside right now is that QC3.0 isn't working. You're capped at 1500mA charging instead of 3000mA, which is pretty okay considering it'll get fixed and the ROM is still getting updated regularly.
Thanks guys, you are really helpfull. The roms you described have OTA update future? I like to enjoy with installing custom roms etc. but i dont want to manually update os after all updates.
I think Epic ROM from MrRaines is the only custom ROM we have here that has OTA. Though I've never tried it before.
Which rom do you guys think has the best battery performance?? I am using RR now and getting a SoT of around 7 hrs to %20

Did anyone try the flymeOS that is new for mi6
rn im using MIUI global beta with android 8.0.0 and very smooth here. However, as soon as official Lineage OS is out im installing it. Ive already tested other custom roms such as AEX and another one based on android 8 (not miui) and i was very happy although i left due to poor camera and some bug which didnt allow me to update one app precisely which i used, so had to go back
for now im on miui eu stable.Bugs free battery is very good and ofc is fast.
