Redmi 7 TROJAN ? - Xiaomi Redmi 7 Questions & Answers

hello ,
So i have this problem and i can't figure it out.
So in the last 2 min my phone shutted it self down , like someone pressed the power button and clicked on power off.
After that the phones goes on boot loop mode and i have to press power to hard restart it.
What is weird is the fact that i started it and turned the wifi off and now he is acting fine.
EDIT : EVEN with internet off the phone act's like he his in control wtf is going on ...
I have magisk root , and lucky patcher.
Thank you for any help

2 questions for you: 1) What kind of modules did you install in the magisk? 2) Where did you download from lucky patcher?

Probably true that motherboard is dead, but I was mostly wondering if you did anything to the phone that caused it to do that. There is a hard-brick fix in the forum... https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=71495218
I'm so stupid...
so i have the same problem...but i don't think the motherboard is dead for only one flash zip...
I have installed magisk on my Xperia Z1 Compact and i bricked my phone. I was in a hurry and i didn't read properly how to installed it. The requiments wasto have an unlocked bootloader and i have lockedbootloader....
Now my phone didn't start. After i flashed magisk from TWRP and i received a message that i have to install SuperUsr and i choose "no". After that my phone doesn't boot up anymore since yestarday.
I tried to power up with simultaneously pressing volume up and power button and is not vibrating. All i have is a red light when i press power button. First time when i pressed power button it has vibrated one time.
I have put the phone to a charger and the light is red and pulsing and the charger isn't warming.
In flashtool i get that the phone is disconnected and in fastboot mode i can't get in, when i pressed volume up and then i put the usb cable all i get is a red light not blue...
Should i unlock the bootloader? But how, because i can get neither in fastmode or bootloader mode...
If you guys know a solution to boot up my phone i will be so happy.
Thanks!
I went to a local mobile repairing shop and the guy told me to replace the battery as the circuit of the battery was not working. So I did and now my z1c is back to life and working fine.
Hope this help someone in future.
Thank you
Hey ejay_gl, did you check the video that I have posted at the top?
The way you have described your problem I think you have hard bricked your mobile because I have faced the same a month before for flashing a kernel meant for unlocked bootloader in a locked bootloader device.
Luckily I recovered from that problem within 1-2 days.
Solution is little bit complex but I think you can do that with the help of google and YouTube.
Good luck.

Yes. I went to a local service shop and the guy over there manage to get my phone working. I'm so happy that i didn't have to buy a new motherboard.
But damn now i have another problem. i have rooted with kingroot but i can't replace kingroot with supersu.
I can't do this steps:
Open the Terminal app in your mobile , enter the command " su " ( without quotes ) . Allow Root Access in your mobile.
5. Now run the command - " sh /sdcard/mrw/root.sh " ( without quotes )
6. The SuperSu app will launch automatically , it will ask to update binary , click on CONTINUE , then Select NORMAL method. After the Binary is installed it will ask to reboot your device.
Is there another way to get supersu or a recovery. If I can get a recovery i will flash a pre-rooted firmware.

Cant unlock the phone or do anything

Hello,
I am using HTC 10 running RR ROM 5.8.4 (nougat 7.1.2), recently did a clean flash of the ROM , Gapps and since then after a few mins/ hours of not using the phone it ends at this screen (in the attachment) . And I can't unlock the phone and tried everything to make go away of that screen but I can't . So please if anyone knows what might be the issue here ,suggest a solution .

Try resetting the phone? Hold power for several seconds and it reboots
Held down power button for for almost a minute. No reboot for me
If I press power button and volume down it will take me to boot menu and from there have to reboot the phone. That's the only thing that works .
But I am curious to know what's causing this .

No idea but that first notification in your screenshot looks like some app/game you installed or just straight up malware. I'm guessing this problem wasn't there right after your clean flashed RR and before you started installing apps?
Apps were installed from my backup. So no idea.
And that first notification is just a text essage and nothing more . Maybe will just start uninstalling apps that were not part of my backup and check .
Thanks for replying though :good:
No luck , still stuck with the same problem. Someone please try and suggest something.

Dude, try holding volume down plus home button (if it has one) for 30 sec. If this doesn't work try holding volume up and home button (only if it has one).

no it doesn't have a home button , and nothing will stop it , what i noticed tho that if i hold vol down and the power button the next time the logo will disappear way faster but only once each hold and ill get a delay of 2 seconds before that logo appearing again and the phone rebooting , its been literally 62 hours since it started doing this , it started with a battery fully charged meaning a 5000ma , about that delay i tried using it but nothing worked , i tried clicking vol up and power button which is supposed to put the phone in recovery mode but nothing happens , i went as far as spamming random buttons to holding them for more than a minute , nothing stops it

Then you hard bricked your device, sorry to tell you that. Take it to a service, and see if they can do anything to it, but you most surely bricked the hell out of your device, up to the point of no return.

If you want to boot into download mode try this:
When you see Samsung logo immediately press volume up + down and while holding connect the phone to PC using Type-C.
A warning screen will appear now press Volume Up button to boot into Download mode.

My samsung M30S was stuck at boot screen for no reason and tried everything until I came upon your post and did as described. I was able to get into safe mode and reboot the phone. Thanks very much.

Download mode not open for me :crying: :crying: :crying:
If you are stuck on Samsung Logo, connect to PC and press Vol Down + Power for 7 seconds. It will go to charge mode. Disconnect from PC and it will power off automatically. After that press Volume Up + Down and connect to PC while holding and you will enter download mode. It will ask for confirmation.
Useful. Works

Thank you for this post. I did this and my phone booted to TWRP. (I was flashing TWRP when I encountered the bootloop)
After booting to TWRP, I did an advanced wipe (I left System unchecked). After the wipe, the phone booted normally.

Stuck in bootloop (power button broken)

Hello guys, my REDMI NOTE 8 get stuck in bootloop (MIUI) and my power button was broken. can i get some help? sorry for my bad english.
I think without your pwer button working you will find it difficult to break the bootloop cycle as you need to force it to go into twrp mode, I'd recommend getting that fixed first as i dont think there is a way to stop the bootloop without it. maybe watch a few youtube tear down videos so you know what to expect when removing the phone covers etc, if the power switch itself is missing then replacing that will be no problem for yourself to acquire the part either locally or off auction/sales sites etc
