WIFI disconnects randomly on custom ROMs - OnePlus 3 Questions & Answers

I'm currently using lineage OS 17.1 with 9.0.6 kernal, even though LOS 17.1 is sublime and works smoothly, one of the major issues that I face is that my wifi keeps disconnecting and connecting back quite often. It's not a problem with the router or modem, all my other other devices works fine in this network.
I've tired flashing different roms, combinations or roms and kernal and also tried flashing with or without magisk. None of them have helped so far, I've also wiped the whole thing and reflashed the los and other roms a couple of times.
I was previously on Experience Os by Jamal, had the same issue, but the disconnections were not this frequent.
Is there anyone else facing this issue or can somebody help me fix this, I need to run this phone at least a couple months more before and upgrade.
Thank you.

my op3 is on LineageOS 17.1 too (and i love it)
wifi problem on my phone is probably not caused by software,
it's more than likely a bad connection with the antenna,
because once there is pressure on the upper right corner it
starts reconnecting.

Random rebooting?

I've had a 2013 Nexus 7 since it came out, and I never really had any issues with random reboots for the longest time. I had even rooted and was running a custom ROM/ kernel, and I had no issues.
It seemed to start once I had installed a different ROM/ kernel, while I was trying new stuff out just for kicks. I started getting random reboots, and I thought it was just the particular ROM/ kernel combination. Figured it was a bug that would get fixed in future updates, so I just tolerated it for a while. But, it persisted through the ROM and kernel updates.
So eventually, I switched ROM and kernel for something brand new, thinking I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. Nope, still got random reboots. I've jumped around to some other ROM/ kernel setups over the last couple weeks, and no matter what I'm on, I still get random reboots.
It seems to mainly happen while I'm using Chrome (though, in fairness, a majority of what I do is browsing the Internet, so...), but it's also happened once while in the camera app, and also once while the tablet was "asleep" while casting a video to my Chromecast.
It's just getting kind of annoying, at this point. Last night, it rebooted four times in the span of about 45 minutes. Is this a known issue? Are there any fixes for this?
I'm having a similar issue. I run default 4.4.4 and have found no pattern to why its rebooting.
I found a possible solution of switching to ART (instead of dalvik) in developer options. Not sure why this should work, but the tablet hasn't rebooted last day using this. Along with a factory reset (which hasn't helped), I have no real solutions. Next step for me is to reflash the default ROM again to see if this makes a difference.
Any extra tips would be appreciated.

[HELP!] "Unfortunately Bluetooth share has stopped"

Somebody HELP!!!!!!!!
I'm running Resurrection Remix LP v5.5.8 on my T-Mobile Galaxy S4 (SGH-M919). I love this ROM, but I'm having a persistent problem with Bluetooth crashing, within minutes of starting up. This a consistent problem, not even remotely intermittent - happens every single time I try to turn on Bluetooth - it shuts itself off, refuses to turn back on again, and on occasion, gives me the error message "Unfortunately Bluetooth share has stopped."
I have tried clearing the Bluetooth share app cache and data to restart - it will then turn back on, but soon turns back off.
The problem was bad enough that I took RR off my phone and tried some other ROMs, including basic CM12.1. I came back to RR because the other ROMs had more critical issues, but they did help me eliminate causes of my problem, in that I didn't have Bluetooth issues with them like I do with RR, and I was still running all the same apps, same devices I was trying to attach, etc.
I've also played with several of the settings in the Kernel Aduitor, including completely shutting off the task killer. No difference - problem persists.
I also tried some of the apps on Google Play that say they're supposed to cure problems like this. Fixed nothing.
Please help. Is there an alternative something that I can flash - Bluetooth driver, different kernel, something, that can fix this issue once and for all?
Got the same problem. Android V6 RR Remix. Any suggestions?
Seems to be a consistent MM ROM issue, currently. Some seem to work better than others on some phones.
Keeping bluetooth working on the S4 seems to be "dark arts". Cyanogenmod has historically had much problems with this too. Some nightlies are okay, then others cause BT to crash. Some don't work at all.
Anyone have any resolution to this issue? I'm having the exact same symptom, but I'm on a different phone.
Note II / T-889, Conch Republic. Might've been from a radio update I did a while back, trying different ones now.

You might give this AOKP 6 MM ROM a try:

Users are reporting that after a week of testing the Bluetooth seems to be working rather well.

Intermittent WiFi and dead sensors!

Hi, I have nexus 2013 with Android 6.0.1, since this update and issue came all along and I don't know why!
My WiFi, is intermittent, it disconnects and reconnects all the time
All my other sensors are not working anymore, like auto rotation and gyro
screen sometimes is not being responsive, unless I turn it off couple of times
is it a software issue or my unit is dud? it used to work perfectly for couple of years though.
Yup same here!
Ditto on the rotation working intermittently. Works for a minute after restarting then stops working until I reboot. My wifi is solid though.
I am having the exact same issues as OP, doesn't matter which rom/stock.

I'm in the same situation but I'm not using stock rom. I'm using a custom RR Nougat Rom for almost 2 years, everything was working nice until this happened. WIFI either stops entirely stops working or works intermittently, and auto rotate doesn't work. I downloaded a sensors app from play store to see if they were actually working or not, to my surprise it says no sensors detected. I panicked and did a hard reset, and then it stucks at bootloop (can't get past the four dots, may be the ROM can't find sensors). Flashed countless custom ROMS, stock rom (6.1, 5.0), but still no dice. But then when I was about to give up, I thought I would give the stock rom 4.3 a final try and magically, my nexus successfully boots up with all the sensors working perfectly. Then I re flashed the custom rom back to my device in which all the sensors are working fine (ORIENTATION, GYRO...).
So may be go back to STOCK ROM 4.3 and then see if the problem persists. I see a lot of 6.0 people are facing these issues.
Good luck!

GPS issues

Hi everyone.
I'm experiencing severe location inaccurateness using my one Oneplus 3 in germany.
I've already tried several different Oreo roms (OOS, LOS, RR, AOSPA), but all seemed to have the same location problems, especially indoors.
Neither cleaning agps nor changing the gps.conf seemed to improve the accuracy.
On the nougat based resurrection remix however everything was working fine for years, so I continued using this rom till now.
Recently the gps fix changed drastically within seconds, for about 100 meters.
The temporary solution was to reset the cache of the google play services and reboot the phone. This workaround lasts for 1-2 days, then I must clear the cache again.
Is anyone else having this issue or knows of a solution?
I would also be grateful for rom recommandations with stable gps.
Thanks in advance.

Never have this issue, even if i'm a flash'a'holic and have test (too?) many ROM. Nitrogen PIE work fine. LOS 14, 15, and Unofficial 16
works fine. Resurection, Havoc, Arrow, have their own problem but works fine. OOS and OOS_OB works fine...
Maybe one your apps is in conflict with the GPS tracker, or maybe you have a hardware related issue.

No audio with LineageOS 14.1

Hi all,
I have been using LineageOS 14.1 on my Moto G5 for the past year without any issues. However, of late, I am having problems with the audio. I can't figure out what is happening or why it is happening. What has happened is that the phone speaker is not working at all. No matter what I do, whether it is taking a call, listening to media files, or playing videos on YT or in the browser, I cannot hear anything at all. I can hear the audio if I plug in a headset. I have never had this problem before and then it suddenly popped up a few weeks ago. Thinking it was a major problem and wanting to upgrade, I wiped the ROM and installed LOS 15.1. That got the speaker working but it was giving me other issues so I went back to 14.1 about two weeks back. The speaker was working fine until today when it has died yet again. I have tried restarting but it hasn't fixed the issue. Is this a know bug? Is there any standard way of dealing with the issue? After the last time I needed to reimage my phone, I have been taking regular backups so I can do yet another reimaging and reinstall everything but I really don't want to do that. Please help.
Update: I did a factory reset, did a fresh reinstall of OS 14.1 but still no sound Please help!

Hey,
I have never used the phone with the stock ROM. I bought it over a year ago and immediately installed 14.1. I can tell you the speaker was working both on the stock ROM out of the box and on 14.1 as well. It ran perfectly fine till a month ago when the speaker stopped working out of the blue. I did a factory reset and installed 15.1 and the speaker started working again. Then I went back to 14.1 a week later as mentioned. The speaker was working fine till yesterday when it conked out again. After that, I did a factory reset and reinstalled 14.1 which didn't fix it.
Sorry if I'm repeating myself too much, I'm just trying to give a clear timeline of events. Right now, I am using the phone with my handsfree. Everything other than the speaker is working. I can make calls and listen to media on my headset, just not on the speaker.
If you need me to run any diagnostics or terminal commands for testing, let me know. I would very much like to resolve this without another reinstall if possible.
Second update - I was so sure this was a software issue that I didn't even bother to check the hardware. Turns out the G5 has a contact problem with the speaker which has to be fixed by squeezing the top half of the phone to get it to make better contact. I did that and problem solved.
