Hey Guys! Developer of Energy Ring here!
I have got overwhelming requests to add support for notch based camera in displays. Finally decided to create a new edition of Energy Ring, probably going to call it Energy Notch to continue the familiarity of the name 'Energy' (from Energy Bar, Energy Ring.)
I am building more than just a semi-circle around your notch, Energy Notch shall be curve-hugging your notch. Looking for users who can help me measure the curves of their device.
Ideal tester:
#1 Available on Telegram/Skype - so that I can send you faster test builds.
#2 Have another phone/camera to take photos of the physical phone's notch while testing.
#3 Some patience.
Interested testers can PM their Telegram/Skype ID. Cheers!
Interesting, PM send!
Me too :good:

I have been lurking around XDA for quite a while now and I don't really have any skills to offer the folks here, so I have tried to keep my mouth shut, learn and take full advantage of the great work that goes on around here. I have donated to a few guys who have made such a difference to my WM experience and would definetly donate to anyone who could put this together.
I have a fairly simple request for someone with some programming experience. I am looking to for an app that will help me count my mantra recitations. (i have tired several counter apps, but they just don't quite cut it. Horses for courses...) There are several iphone apps that do this. Google "iphone Mala" and you will get a few. I would post links but I am noob and the board won't let me.
The app has a string of beads from top to bottom. As you say a prayer, you move the bead to count it. Most buddhist rosaries have 108 beads and the app would count the number of beads "pushed" along the string and the number of times that you have gone round.
In terms of features, I don't think it needs a lot of whiz bang features. Some feedback (vibration or sound) after each click would be good. It would also be great to be able to use the volume buttons to add to the count.
I hate for my first post to be a request, but I thought that this could be really good karma for someone in the communitty. Who knows, there may be other buddhist out there in the community that would appreciate this.
Thanks so much for reading this.

I was inspired by your post and created an app for this and posted the thread here.

you can download it from my website:

Thanks!
Wow my friend. That is super great! Donation has been sent via paypal.
I have a couple of things to ask about the app (i will do that in the other thread) but just wanted to write a thank you for your kindness. Hopefully there are some other geeky Buddhists out there that might benefit from this.
Really wow. Thanks.
Are you loving Android?
Are you into technical stuff?
Do you like to learn more and more about your operating system?
Do you love to write, get feedback, interact with the world?
Are your english skills (write) strong?
As a blog writer with a long activity (starting from early 2007) I never had the will to start an Android blog, thought I think it would be a great way to have visitors, especially if you write in a language that everyone nowadays knows - english.
Maintaining a blog alone is hard, but working together with other peoples it is a joy.
So I am looking for some dudes with strong english skills, strong skills of search and research, dudes with at least one android phone and with some experience in Android world to join me (and others) in the quest of making a great Android blog (and not only). This is mainly a project going, the blog is not created yet (I'll be the one who makes it), it will be on .wordpress.com domain for now (if everything goes well, we might aquire a domain).
The selection of admins will be harsh and I will keep in mind some facts when I will gonna read your application (I will keep in mind your behavior in this forum - if you are helpful, etc).
Here is a small questionaire that you will need to answer when you will apply for this:
Are you confident on writing long texts in english?
Do you own an android phone?
Did you did technical stuff regarding Android (rom building, themes, debugging, etc)?
Do you own a personal blog OR write in a friend's blog?

You'll regret starring WordPress.com....Create a blog with WordPress.org as it is open source and has plugins for ad sense , analytics and will have an ftp server.....
well, i didn't started it yet. so far I am gathering and forming a team.
also, hosting with .org needs a ftp server and I ain't got one.
and i see no point of starting with .org since I need to see if the blog will have attendance/audience.
I own an Android Device (HOV - 1st ever phone) and I can speak English, so....?

Hello, fellow tech junkies. Like many of you, I recently got a moto 360 and immediately thought how great it would be to design my own watch face. So I got my hands on the Facer app and got busy. I'm trying to come up with ideas to make that annoying chunk taken out of the bottom of the screen disappear. I have just completed my first watch face and would like to share it with you. Hopefully I will find time to make and share many more. Feel free to use, modify, and share anything I post here. Credit would be nice, but honestly I don't care. I just hope someone enjoys my design. I'm just delving into this for the first time and any questions, suggestions, or tips are welcome.
Here is my first design. Red and Black watch face with hands that show red when on the black side and black when on the red side. Day of the month at the 6 o'clock position and hour of the day at the 12 o'clock position. Stupid bezel at the bottom....INVISIBLE!

I'm a little new to designing posts here so for the time being the screenshots correspond to the attachments. Should be pretty easy to figure out what's what. I'm not going to Drop Box link every single one unless somebody has a problem downloading an attachment. The DB link above is for my first face, the red and black one.

I don't really want to make an OP, so I figured my buddy Adams thread would be an alright place to share...
Regular Display :
I can't believe I couldn't find an Anonymous face, so here's my first facer face.
I'll upload to DB if anyone cares to have it, otherwise I won't bother.
