**** This is an unofficial ROM.. Install at your own risk! ****
So far the ROM is working for me just fine. However, I'm only using it in my secondary device.
It's my first time sharing a project on XDA. Any suggestion for improving is very well appreciated.
There's another unofficial LineageOS 17.1 with a bunch of tweaks made by Eamo5 at the following link https://forum.xda-developers.com/pixel-2-xl/development/rom-lineage-os-17-t3984909
Installation instructions
First install, coming from stock
1. Before you start: Backup everything on your device before you start. You will delete all data during the installation.
2. Install the factory image for Pixel 2 of May 2020.
3. Install twrp (I used the latest available at the moment 3.3.0-0)
4. Wipe data and Dalvik Cache
5. Flash the Lineage OS .zip. After flashing the .zip, twrp will be replaced with the LineageOS recovery. If you want to twrp flash it again. You can also flash Gapps (I use opengapps nano (for this build and Pixel 2 you must select: ARM64, 10.0 and the variant that you wish). Magisk might also be installed (but I haven't tried myself yet)
What doesn't work:
You tell me!
ROM versions
14/May/2020
(add download link) Will be added as soon as possible since I'm willing to upload to AFH but I don't have the permissions yet on my account
MD5: see ROM link
ROM OS Version: LineageOS 17.1 (10)
ROM Kernel: 4.4.200

I'm waiting for Android File Host to allow me to upload the build since I previously didn't have a developer account there. As soon as that is up it will be uploaded and the link added here
Awesome, loving to see support for the Pixel 2!
What would be the difference between this and Eamo5's Lineage 17.1 build?

I'm trying to keep it very stock. There might not be any difference, actually. I wasn't aware of the creation of Lineage OS 17.1 unofficially since it doesn't appear on the Pixel 2 forum but on the Pixel 2 XL.
EDIT: Since the development of his ROM is very advanced already and has a lot of improvements I might just keep mine up with monthly updates but adding a link to his work on this thread for people to know that it exists. I need to have a thought about that. I'll try to contact the developer of the ROM that you mention
Would you include active edge in your LOS17 build?
Because in eamo5's LOS17 build doesn't include active edge

I will try to do that. However I am a complete noob at this plus I have Uni exams coming up so don't expect to have it soon (if it ever happens). So far the development of the ROM is literally compiling Lineage OS source code,no addons. As soon as I start modifying it and adding new stuff or fixes I'll add it to the main thread. So far I recommend staying with eamos's build
@Carlosbgx THREAD CLOSED! Placeholder are not accepted.
Please advise the moderators' team (best via the report function) to re-open the thread when ready to provide a download link. Additionally but of the same importance: Please provide a link to your kernel source; currently the thread would be non-compliant with GPLv2, and as such already subject to closure. For further information, please refer to https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2645321.

About
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Cyanogenmod. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion…
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!
Read here for developer application: http://www.mfunz.com/en/developer-application, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!
Features:
(I will mention only that which does not take into CyanogenMod)
Listview animation
Interpolation anmação listview
Update over the air can download the download website only incremental, it helps lower faster update and upgrade more easily:
Some icons and own layouts
Manager for Google services, so no need to use a large gapps, you can only download necessary at MokeeCenter
Ringtones, Alarms, Notification, UI sounds are all different CyanogenMod, thus bringing a beautiful charm to rom
bootianimation own
information integrated into MokeeCenter
Settings to add speed data network
Settings for navigation bar
Settings for Statusbar
Intelligent control settings to configure the newer apps and others.
What is the difference?
RELEASE: Tested after integrating new features, more stable than NIGHTLY. (Odexed builds)
NIGHTLY: Built daily with newest code and experimental features, might contain undiscovered bugs. (Deodexded builds)
HISTORY: Final odexded builds once a newer Android version is out and being built.
EXPERIMENTAL: Released when a new device is added or when a new feature is added for public beta testing and feedback. (Deodexded builds)
UNOFFICIAL: Maintained separately by individual developers, usually involves modification of shared code which cannot be merged (affects other devices), therefore maintained by the developer himself.
Note: We always test the shared code for bugs, however sometimes we may not be able to detect device specific bugs. If you have such issues, it will be better to report to the device maintainer.

Installation mode :
To install the clean rom:
Download the rom

choose zip from SD and install
you can use a gapps any of its taste since it is for android 7.0.x
or you can go MokeeCenter after starting rom, there you can download the small gapps integrated into the system and have a lighter and clean rom.
To install upgrade:
Method 1:
just download the complete package via OTA
enter the recovery
only to wipe cache and dalvik (optional, I do not)
install the complete package downloaded via OTA
Method 2:
Download the complete package over the air and go to install update
let install automatically for you
Method 3:
Download only incremental updates
for that you need to donate 30 CNY for the team to release the feature on the device directly
But you can do this update without donation
just go on the site and click below build itself where it is written (upgrade: OTA to MK ...)
there will be the incremental free for you, this will save on your data package or in your spare time.

I think magisk work, test and report here and if you can tell me your SOT in this rom or a little review ?
One more thing. I'm not sure how it works, so maybe it's a stupid question.
The Mi Note 2 is not a Treble enabled/supported device, but we can active it with this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-note-2/development/project-treble-mi-note-2-t3784538
Since I'll change the rom, if I'll install this first, my phone will be treble enabled forever? Or the phone lost this ability if i flash an other rom?
I think Your phone lost treble because this is not a Treble enabled rom and a clean Install is always recommanded when you upgrade your os ?
If you would a good and argued answer ask @Psy_Man for treble, he have a better knowledge about treble.

Does video recording works? Android 10 based roms have this issue
Hi it's this stable enough to run as a daily? Does the camera and video recording work now? If not is it better to stick to the pie ROM? Thanks
