OK- I got my Verizon Pixel XL 128 in today at lunch. I set it on the charger, and haven't turned it on yet. I wanted to see what was going on with the Forums before I did. I do have a spare TMobile Sim I can use. I also still have my 3rd version of the Note 7 (That hasn't even gotten the slightest bit hot)... so I am not in a hurry to activate the Pixel XL 128.
If you give me directions, I will perform whatever steps you'd like and report back. If you'd like message me... I can provide my cell and we can talk through it-
Thanx-
Darin

https://theunlockingcompany.com was who unlocked mine. I tried a few different companies and they were the only ones able to do it.
Looked at unlocking through software(Samkey), anyways to get samkey credits, just enough to unlock the phone ?

Agreed they are more expensive, but I wasted a ton of time(3 weeks) trying other companies, that in the end couldn't get the code.
It's my pleasure to help you to unlock your device
After using an unlock code on the xfinity S9, did your phone work on ATT? Are all the bands usable?

Total wireless and tracfone variants are not bootloader unlockable. Never will be unless a exploit shows

Let's hope a root exploit that doesn't require an unlocked bootloader appears then, that sucks and I wish I had known before I purchased mine
I found a workaround that let me activate it on AT&T Prepaid (and presumably the rest of AT&T), I will also see if I can try to get it working on Verizon as they have the best coverage in my area

Hello friends! Does anyone know the ways to unlock this phone from T-mobile carrier? Maybe somebody works at T-mobile who can help? Would happily donate.

Thanks. Of course I know that. Although the device is not paid off and not 40 days on the network. Has to be a back door unlocking. Anyone?

Well, if it is IMEI-blocked by T-mobile because it was stolen or lost, the information may be shared with your Vietnamese carrier, and it will fail to work in Vietnam.
Before you buy a used phone, make sure it has a clean IMEI.

You may have several options if the IMEI block is the reason.
Ask T-Mobile to recover your phone and remove the IMEI block. Only the original owner who is a T-Mobile subscriber can do it.
Use it as a WiFi-only device.
Sell it for parts/repair.
Buy a new phone and make sure it has a clean IMEI and is SIM unlocked.

i think unlock ime from tmobile is impossible because i dont my own divece. may only wifi or repair ime. so sad
Well, it is locked by the cell towers. There is nothing you can do if that device was stollen and locked. This is probably the only example when tower lock it justified. There is practically nothing you can do to spoof your IMEI (not saying that is a crime), and no cell tower will let you in with this IMEI.

I think it's better to return the phone to the seller, asking for a refund. The IMEI record clearly shows that it is a lost or stolen phone.
