Hello,
Is there some kind of toggle to disconnect in some kind of widget or something? I know it sounds like defeating the purpose but there are some times where I don't want to be notified like movie theater or driving at night or even a work meeting. But not turning Bluetooth off since its connected to other devices.
Thank you

You can simply swipe down from the home screen of the watch and mute notifications.
Swipe down again to turn notifications back on.

Well I feel dumb lol., that is simple enough...
Don't - Android Wear is so new, we're all still learning....
I really use ok Google a lot, is there a way to get this to work with the screen off?
I've been using the utter! app. It sits on top of Google search and allows you to turn on/off wifi, bluetooth, etc ... via voice. It has a feature call Wake-Up-Phrase that will let you wake up the phone with any customized phrase. Of course, it will consume battery so I only use it when driving.
Anybody knows where/how I can control turning on the screen with tilt from my SW3 rather my phone? I do not always have my phone with me....before the SW3 lollipop update I could achieve that with mute on or off on the SW3...no more it seems...
I personally like to turn off wake on tilt.
Screen always on.
Use the Specialized watch face.
Except when it is dark I never seem to need to backlight, then if I want to see the time tap the screen.
In the theater turn on "Theater Mode"
I love the lillipop build of Android Wear.
I am not sure how Mute worked, with lollipop I think I like Mute off (watch vibrates on notifications)
Thanks and I agree. Just was supprised that Google did not implement that, since not all devices are SW3 with transflective screens. So far happy with it, only miss the speaker I had with my Gear 2. I like to record quick voice notes and later listen to them (in the store for instance, but I frequently do not have my bluetooth headset with me....).

I like having tilt to wake off too, the only thing that is a bit annoying is then you can't interact with the device without touching, so you can't twist your wrist and then say "Ok Google, ..."

Doh...
Found it on the app on the phone. I was looking in the watch.
I have to use the android wear app on your phone to change it.
I still get assistant popping up (the get started screen ,voice training) Everytime I say "OK Google " when the screen is on . I would like to totally turn it off and just use assistant by holding down home screen button. Still listens after I go into Google settings and turn off hotword detection .

Skynet is always listening
Stop saying "OK Google"? It's not like you accidentally say that phrase

The point is that it's still always listening

Check out Google history. Not talking browser but the actual google history. Has all sorts of stuff I said in there :silly:
I had to reboot my phone for it to take effect. I saved more battery!

I just checked my history and it only lists what I said when long pressing for Google assistant, I thought you meant it was going to list every conversation I had while phone being next to me lol

You can turn it off
Yes but when turned off, if u open Google and say OK Google it still hears it and prompts you to set up your voice

Because you're in Google! That feature can't be turned off.
The hot word detection is for when you're in a different app.

Hi, recently bought my M20X and I can't seem to wake my device with HEY (OK) Google with the screen off. Cannot seem to locate in settings on how to make it work
Does anyone else have the same issue? Is it a bug or normal that it doesn't work? Or is there a workaround?
Thank you.
Doesn't work with the screen off, you can only use Huawei's build in assistant with the screen off
And you have an idea how to set up a Google Assistant permanently. I made a button on the screen but every time I have to indicate it as an assistant application because it loses the settings.
