Hey guys,
I've updated my realme X2(IN) few days ago to realme UI. After updating, my device has a lot of issues. Over heating and battery draining are main problems. I can't stand this and really want to downgrade to color OS or I would really like to try any custom roms out there. But I can't unlock the boot loader since the deep testing tool app is not supporting anymore.
How can I downgrade? or
How can I unlock boot loader and install TWRP?
If someone could help me regarding this, that would mean a world to me.

if you unlock bootloader you can flash recovery of coloros 6.1 and flash stock rom

But I can't unlock the bootloader. If someone could guide me through it, that would be nice.

Just try resetting your device. It should work .

Is possible directly on Flyme OS: just login to your flyme account. once logged in go to SETTINGS-SECURITY-ROOT PERMISSIONS and switch it on. the option is not available until you log into Flyme

Ola its simple you have more recent rom flyme at your disposable only have to go to recovery and wipe data for a clean instalation and after go to the fingerprint section of your meizu and tick the request root and the phone reboot and you have root again offcorse you have to sign in to your
account and now you have more recent rom than 5.2...

Brother, I have a Chinese rom.i need to a global Rom. I can't install a global Rom to a Chinese device in a normal way. SuperSU ,BusyBox, Flashfire tried and failed. İs it possible with ADB to flash a global Rom to a Chinese device. Or convert ID CHINESE TO GLOBAL
I have a meizu mx6 i downloado flyme 6.1 from meizu it a update.zip in the end go to the recovery and install and tick wipe data then it goes for itself its a locked bootloader you cant go thru adb i think you have to go in recovery stock you cant do nothing about its a locked bootloader you have flyme 7.1 but in flyme 7.1 i cant have root they dont have on the fingerprint and security the request root so i downgrade to 6.1

No you need to flash through twrp which needs unlocking bootloader.
But i have seen in YouTube some user switching to beta from stable without unlocking bootloader.

Yes i was asking the same thing. When i unlocked bl on RN4 (and instated TWRP) i have started receiving beta roms but not stable ones aymore, whis is not a problem for me i like updating . I wonder if this is always the case
Why not try yourself via system update?

Somewhere in youtube i saw to update to beta rom(without unlocking bootloader) you need to be on a developer rom(you can download developer rom from "en.miui.com") ,which is not yet available for redmi note 5 pro.

They haven't mentioned about locked bootloader.. that method should work for locked bootloader mobile.
Since my mobile is new I am not interested to try beta ROM.

TWRP will never work with locked bootloader. It's very common term that is why you might not seen lock unlock thing. If only one developer rom available for RN5P then also could be do this without unlocking BL.

Its possible to install miui10 beta rom with locked bootloader in redmi note 5 pro
But we need to use testpoint mode (to end edl ).
And then 1.qpst tool to flash rom its shows error while installing dont worry then go to
2. Miui flash tool to flash beta roms (i successfully installed miui10 rom on redmi note 5 pro)

I bought the CN version at low cost and fast time because I know that XDA :goodeveloper. will help us to make the CN Rom to Global version and many Custom Rom. I just want to know that is there any active developer for this device? We are really waiting for you guys.
Wait for a while. The phone just got released worldwide. and there are many restriction imposed by realme.
Happy news for is is that ,realme is paying attention to it. Fingerprint of our device is working after unlocking bootloader and root.
So, soon we will hope to see development for our device.

you can't modify system Chinese apps without Unlock and rooting the device. And now the main problem starts 'Fingerprint' not work after bootloader unlocking. I there any one who work for solving the fingerprint issue?

After updating to A13. The fingerprint worked even after unlocking bootloader.
Sadly the update was suspended. Hope it will release again soon.

I bought my phone on Aliexpress, it came with a customized rom without the Chinese apps, with Google Play installed and multilingual, if they managed to make a rom like that, then I believe there is a way for our problem, what we need is someone customize a rmx-1991 rom, which is the chinese rom

Both Roms are stock Stable Global EEA.
I don't know how to dowgrade, because recovery zip and update app not work, unable to downgrade.
Can you show me a complete guide to flash that firmware? I need unlocked bootloader?
Anything in particular I have to know?

Hello, welcome to Pixel land.
First, in order to flash a factory image, you'd have to unlock your bootloader. If you don't know already, click the yellow How To Guide quick filter at the top of the list of threads in this section and you'll find 3-4 threads that tell how. I also have a link in my signature below - you can use the link for the Pixel 7 Pro - the instructions to unlock the bootloader are the same, and the OP of my Pixel 7 Pro thread is much better organized than my one for the Pixel 6 Pro, in my opinion.
After that, the only way you can downgrade (and have everything working, and not brick your phone is to use one of the two Android 12 Developer Support images for Pixel. There's an Android 12.0 build from February and an Android 12.1 build from July. They will never receive updates, however.
You can always manually flash a Pixel 6 Pro stable Factory Image to re-upgrade at a later date, or use the Official Google Android Flash Tool (OEM Unlocking needs to be toggled on - you may not have to manually unlock the bootloader - the "site" will do that on its own) to re-upgrade.
Any of the stable Android 12 builds at that factory image link should not be flashed because the Android 13 bootloader cannot be downgraded to an Android 12 bootloader, and if you flash everything from 12 Stable but the bootloader, it'll appear to work at first, but it truly won't work correctly - it will not be useable.
If you unlock the bootloader, you should also make sure the Android 13 bootloader is flashed to your inactive slot as well, to avoid the possibility of accidentally bricking your new phone.

You're welcome. I don't fool around with custom ROMs except on my 6-year-old or more phones, so I can't answer that question. Part of the best things about having Pixels is the software features Google starts off exclusively on the Pixel stock ROMs.
