I Have the Verizon S20 Ultra ...I noticed that wen i want to keep up to 3 apps running in tha background the option for me to do it isn't there...Have anyone experienced this. The option thats missing ..Keep app running in background
Isn't it called 'lock this app' when you go multi screen and then press the app icon?

The defy has 6. And a home page. Im not using two of them how do i remove them? Tmobile was no help. 2nd question is there something that can rotate my screen upside down. ? Thanks for reading
I'm not sure whether you can do it with the stock launcher (though you should be able to) but I know with LauncherPro you can choose the number of homescreens by pressing Menu, then Preferences > Homescreen Settings.

I gave it a shot it works well. However i just don't like the home icons. I like the ones that came with it. (3) call. The circle thing and contacts is there any way to get them with launcher pro?
Well, you can change the default icons long-pressing on them. Choose the default ones or find some nice icon online and change it

i got it looking good.! i would take a screen shot but i havent Rotted. waiting for 2.2. got everything but is any one having issues with the "Messaging App" the one that shows you email and text and gives you a preview. i cant get it to work says problem loading widget? any one know the deal.......press and hold on home screen,widgets,messages then select all messages and click done. "problem with loading widget.... other then that im at 95% done. 100% loving THIS $hit so glad i moved on from my touch pro II. gotta update my sig but to busy making my Defy cooler
Ps. The weather app & youtube don't always work. Any 1 else having this issue when i click weather nothing happens same with utube.

Hi, I am using 2.2 and sometimes my device hangs and reboots itself. When i was in landscape befor then the homescreen is in landscape after auto- reboot. So technically landscape is possible, but how to switch its orientation by yourself is a other question.

To make it go to landscape once ur in launcherpro hit the 4 square button then behavior then check auto rotate. U should b good.

No ideas on the weather and utube widgets any one. I checked task killer but there are no apps on" auto close" and preview message box still not workin... if i pay im scares it still wont work. Has any one paid for this app?

Hello Everyone,
I just noticed this, and as far as I know this has not always been broken. I'm running Jedi X 13 ROM with a Perseus Kernel and I'm trying to edit the apps that show up in the multi-window pull-out tab.
After I press 'Edit', the large right hand portion of the screen pops up. As long as I select an app on the visible portion of the screen without scrolling down, everything is fine and I can move the app over to the lefthand pull-out tab for use in the multi-window function. However, if I scroll down on the right-hang side to select an app and bring it over the the left, something is going wrong. It is showing the correct icon dragging over, but when it actually drags over, it's a different app- specifically the app that's in the exact same place on the screen except scrolled up to the top.
Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas about how to fix it?

Very normal when you have to many apps enabled. Download Multi Window manager on the play store. Reduce the number of apps enabled and reboot.

yeah i had it installed with a few mods. nothing is really made for the tab yet though so I uninstalled it. I used this gs5 mod to remove the s finder and connect buttons in the drop down.

It would be cool if someone got around to creating an app specifically for the Tab S lines. Kind of like how there is G2 Tweaksbox for the G2. Thanks for the s finder/connect tip.

I'm using it with Wanam. Only changed a few things. Changed battery to circle, center clock with date, changed quick settings toggle color, using a pic for pull down background and changed the text on the lock screen. Haven't noticed any problems.

I also used xposed g-touchwiz to remove the finder and connect buttons..and pictures2sd enabled rw to all apps
Is there any trick/tweak that enables you to drop down the top bar (wifi, data, gps, etc) while the tablet/phone is still locked?
Ohh.. and one to disable the 'sd card inserted' message at start would also be nice ..

Hi Guys, I installed Smart Wacht app. App is running on background becaus has to by connected to my smart watch. But after opennig this app I got notification "Tap for details on battery and data usage". I was looking in setting, in Internet but I cant delete this notification. Just when I close that smart watch app. Can somebody help me pls how to figure it out?

Try to go to the control panel, battery, cog (upper right corner) and disable the notification about apps draining battery. Maybe that's it.

I tried yesterday already. Doesn't help. I think that app don't need so much battery, (just 1%, another app need more) but problem is that app is running on background all time.

I guess u use the rom from bahuy which based oon multirom...
it can't be disable...
if u don't wanna see that notification, the only way is change your rom...

The issue is when i return home from an app or just goto home. I am unable to click anything on screen. The app icons are unresponsive but when i swipe it a bit from left to right or vice versa, it works.
This is really annoying. I have to swipe a bit and then click on an app icon.
Do u guys know why this happens? Any fixes?

It's probably not compatible. The developer says this
"The application was developed for devices with a 'clean' android, so the successful launch and operation of all functions on third-party shells (MIUI, EMUI, Samsung Experience, etc.) is not guaranteed"
The app also requires admin rights if you haven't enabled them.
