Just a couple minutes ago I checked the Le Pro3 chinese forum. Apparently they have release 023s. I am downloading it now.

The link doesn't work for me.

Thanks. My update app at stock told, that 5.9.020s is the lastest version, and bbs has blocked download ports. For 3 hours I'll try to get it.

Use JDownloader2 to download it... rightclick on the download button and save link to clipboard. Paste it in jdownloader and it will work. It doesn't work for me on my browser too

Right Click on Chrome shortcut >> Properties >>
Then Append --explicitly-allowed-ports=xxx to shortcut target
Example:
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --explicitly-allowed-ports=110

Yes, for the chinese variant of Le Pro 3 (X720)

Yes we get Updates, i Wonder if we get ota? i wait and see! Leeco is not dead :victory:

Is there a changelog?
I dont find any noticable changes. Camera seems the same and security patch still on october.

What are the new features? Someone have a list of them?

There is voice asistant (Only china language?) And new apps in app management. In stock there's "reader" for "WPS office".

Nope, just an update with bloat to calm the crowd. Kept it for like half a day and i even think that i get less SOT than 20s. Went back to 20s which i had no problems these few past months.

there are some differences for example the + button in the message app is down; the call app: when you make a call the END button is not rectangle anymore. the moment the call is activated, the screen shows the numbers.. I like it very much. still to discover more of what's been added. the update is about 500mb

If this is true, its a good improvement because the fingerprint wasn't good in previous builds...

Update worked fine here. I do get the message "Messaging is running in the background" on my smartwatch now though, but when I check the mobile there is no message. Might also be an issue of my smartwatch

Update, just found an issue, my gallery doesn't anymore show any pictures, only white place holders. Not sure what's going on, but hadn't yet time to troubleshoot this.

A reboot has fixed this issue, all running fine so far.

I got the update yesterday and could finally use FP, and works quite well. Overall it seems a good one. Still based on MM.

It is there, but I haven't tried to switch

FP is better and you can change your region to UK now for those interested.

stabilization video lost somewhere after OTA full update 8.0.3 to 8.5.3. in a stock camera, google camera. Any ideas how to turn it on?

in this moment my daily rom is from miui.it based on android 7.0 (derived from global china dev and translated to full italian) with no problem, just warning using bank app and missing Netflix...

Is there a .zip anywhere i cant update with my custom recovery

As I reported earlier, the FP works quite well, but I suspect there still remains some battery drain. Starting with a full charge, without FP the phone loses 8-10% of battery overnight (no wifi, battery saver on, and screen always off ), while with FP on, it loses almost 20%. For daily use, however, I didn't noticed much difference.
Is there a tool to measure precisely what is draining the battery (no root)?

I received the update few days ago. Did the thingie now i cant get 3G only Edge with T-Mobile. Before the update i used to get 3G.

Try to reboot your phone again, can help.

Xiaomi EU rom is china rom based, this is globalrom... I you ask me, keep using Xiaomi EU because there is no tons of google apps in xiaomi eu rom....

Thanks, I know about magisk, but for now it's not a problem, when it will be, I will decide if install magisk or global stable.

Does anyone have any idea when honor is going to release the oreo update? And will there be custom oreo roms for the honor 8 pro(DUK-L09) before that?

Maybe end of 2017

My guess will be the following, it may get it in late 2017/early 2018

Oreo is still very hot to taste now. Of course none of us here have any idea. Just wild guesses.

internal test builds appeared already on huawei firmware finder (even if they are only data updates and have only 3mb) - its emui6.
And yes, custom roms will arrive soon - in fact its already booting on duk and frd
Btw: next time use the correct section for your threads

But there is a bug, , the keyboard does not pop up in order to write the password in wlan settings. Neither copy paste works from Miui activation
If you manage to have an open wifi to activate the device , when you finish the activation , you are in the lockscrea and it aske you to enter youir pin,. to unlock. When you enter the pin the devise get in recovery.

Don't have face unlock, can fix it bro ?

Keyboard is working fine.

I flashed this rom lots of times. But i always get camera problem. Device cant connect to the camera.
I Flashed fastboot ro, checked Camera was OK! then, install Twrp>>Wipe Data>>YES>>Delete everything>>Install Rom Again = Still Camera problem.

Is it true as stated in the official website that this ROM a-GPS is only optimized for Spain? Does anyone here can confirm that the Mi 8 GPS works without any issue outside of Spain region? Thanks

Nice rom but show non english word when unlock mi in setup but this rom better than EU rom.

unfortunately this rom also has the bug where GPS stops working after a while,the same as all other aftermarket miui roms I tried. developers are actively working on it, I hope they figure it out soon.
im not sure ob out optimisation for Spain, but as far as I understand it only means GPS might connect slightly slower in other regions.

Thanks for notified us that this ROM still has that annoying GPS issue. I'm about to flash the TWRP and wipe my whole internal storage (again!) in order to try this ROM.

This rom GPS accuracy 14m but no problem to me

Drove 900km with the latest Xiaomi.eu and no GPS problem

Everyone try to Unlock your Bootloader AGAIN after latest update!!!

I got my Mi Mix 3 last week and it said wait 720 hours to unlock. Well, after yesterdays new OTA update I thought I would try again and it worked! I am all unlocked!!! Try yourself!

I was about to post about this as well. I was going in to check how many hours I had left (thinking it was going to be around 300 hours) and boom! unlocked.

Awesome! Wonder if it's a glitch or early Xmas present from Xiaomi.

Is there any chance that I get photos/vids back? As phone is empty now

Can we roll back to the older version to unlock the bootloader? I'm down to 24 hours but if it's easy I'll give it a shot.
