Has anybody succeeded running this app? I haven't, even though I successfully rooted my device, installed Sony Apps Enabler (tried both with 3.0.1 and 4.2) via TWRP and the phone meets every hardware requirement in order to run it.
Even the APK won't install at all.
Any hints??
Ok, I was able to successfully install the APK after uninstalling Sony Apps Enabler 3.0.1 and properly installing version 4.2, but the app itself will crash prior to starting... Any hints??

Is it possible to install Flash player 10.1 on Kaiser with android 2.2.
I tryed with few versions and installation can't be finished...
Also I cant find it on the market apps
I believe we lack the kernel support for Flash, which would explain why it cannot be installed, not sure what needs to be done, but I do know that it also does not work on some other android devices, such as G1.
I am actually wondering if it has something to do with the browser. I installed flash for 2.1 successfully, but the browser dies (without fc message) when I tried to launch with it installed. Does anyone know if the officially supported phones have an updated browser? If so we need to get that update and I think we will be good to go.
edit: I also tried the official one, and beta 2, before the 2.1 apk
I installed older version of flash 10.1.61.68 successfully, but now the browser dies.
just uninstall the flash app and your browser will work again
hi Guys!
I recently bought a Nexus 7.2 and have successfully set it up just the way I want.
My only problem is that I cannot seem to install the modded Play Store to it.
I used the 1.1.2 installer apk to install the 4.6.17 modded store on rooted stock KK 4.4.2 with ElementalX kernel 2.10.1, Xposed Framework 2.5 + Gravity Box 3.0.1 and Lucky Patcher 4.2.7. There were no errors during installation, seemingly everything was successful.
The problem is that when I launch Lucky Patcher to check if core.jar was patched successfully, it clearly shows "Not Patched" for all 3 patches (Patch to Android section). Trying to apply these patches restarts the device as it should, but after reboot the patches are still showing as not applied. Strangely enough, the Installer app says "core.jar patched successfully", but Lucky Patcher clearly shows otherwise.
The store works (just like everything else), but it doesn't have the Modded functionality (accessing other regions, apps "not compatible", etc).
I managed to get this to work without issue on my phone, but am unable to apply the patches to core.jar on my tablet.
Can anyone suggest a solution please?
Is it a viable option to have someone post their patched core.jar and overwrite my current one with that?
Many thanks to anyone who tries to help!!
I also can not, you've found the cause?
Hello,
I've recently upgraded my Sony Xperia Acro S to android 5.0. Everything was fine, until i tried to install google play store. I downloaded .apk file from apkmirror, installed it, everything seemed fine, but when I try to open it, the app just shows a white window and immediately shuts down. It doesn't even load or anything. I tried to download different versions of google play store - new and old ones, and tried to import the apk file from computer but result is the same for every version. Any tips/ suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Google apps don't work that way. You need to flash them via recovery, and they are separate for separate Android versions. If You are on Android 5.0, You need to flash these gapps via TWRP, and if on 5.1, then these gapps. Although You need to uninstall play store completely first.
I installed lineage-14.1 and at first installed the GApps Aroma package and it said it installed fine but nothing was installed when my phone booted up. No app store, gmail, nothing. So I started over and installed the pico package which gave me the playstore. Its a start and I downloaded what I needed. However as im playing around with my phone I am noticing some annoyances
- Not detecting my contacts from sim card or from google ( sim card is detected an calls/mms work)
- certain apps not even working such as the camera app. Not so much a problem as I can download a functional one from the playstore but I would like the issue resolved
- Cant root the phone, I tried towel root, kingroot, and Odin (which is how I originally rooted it)
- missing settings such as turning off the touch button lights
Any ideas? Suggestions for a different custom rom? Big thanks in advance
What is the phone model?
The phone is running the latest bootloader and modem?
What version of TWRP did you use?
Tried different versions of Open Gapps (http://opengapps.org/)?
Hi all,
I wanted to start using my SM-T800 again. I had the last cyanogedmod installed and I noticed that I could not make Netflix to work.
Last week I tried to flash Lineage with Odin and it didn't work. The Odin msg was "establishing communication with the device" and then failed. I downloaded the official firmware from Samsung and tried to flash it without success.
This morning I flashed Magisk to try to make Netflix to work and after flashing it, TWRP asked me if I wanted to install Super SU as well. I said yes and when rebooting, it just stays in the logo forever. I can still access to download mode, though..
I made sure that the Samsung drivers were installed in my computer but I'm not sure what to do. I don't care if I lose the root.. I just need a working device. Is it possible to un-root it? What can be the issue that I'm not able to flash from Odin?
I know that there can be million reasons, but some ideas would definitely help.
Thanks in advance
I know that Netflix is not friendly to rooted devices or devices that were modded in some way. This used to manifest in Netflix disappearing from the Play Store on such devices. However, you could still manually install the Netflix using the apk file. There are repositories on the web that distribute the apks. You can google for them. This is how I installed Netflix on my Tab S (running stock MM, but rooted)
