Is there any custom ROM for Pixel or LG or Motorola with the user interface like in Windows Phone "Metro UI" ?
If not how to replace a user interface that is in current custom ROMs with Metro UI Launchers from Google Play Store or even to create own launcher exact looking like Metro in Windows Phone and with all features from both world for a launcher app?

Just wondering what touchwiz is.
Its the launcher from samsung... like sense from htc
Every launcher from the respective company have different customization
Some people preffer the stock launcher from JB
TouchWiz = Samsung's
Sense = HTC's
Motoblur = Motorola
LG Launcher = obviously LG =D
Touchwiz is more than a simple launcher!
It's a framework ... a set of functions, developped by and for Samsung, available only to the Samsung devs.
Those functions allow them to create Samsung's own launcher, Touchwiz UI, their unique Camera App, a few more apps as well as a whole bunch of Android customization specifically for the GS3 or any other Android phone they come up with.

Correct. It's more than a launcher
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using xda app-developers app
as stated already, it's more than a launcher.
besides the Camera app, you also get the following modified apps: Clock, Calendar, Gallery, Dialer/Contacts, Browser Settings/Notification Bar, lockscreen.
(btw, a launcher is generally your home screen + app drawer)

I used SuperSU for the example because it includes a local setting; is there a way to change Samsung Default Theme (and therefore ugly) to Google Default Theme with root, but without ROMming?
I will post pics when I get link permission.
You can install a launcher like Apex Launcher for a more stock Android appearance. Its also much more customizable.
Hello everybody!
I just want to know how the LG G4 themes work? I havent bought the phone yet, but Im considering it. Do the themes apply to the for example messaging app as well as the home screen? Also, are there any material design/stock android themes yet? Should I rather buy the S6 if I want that?
use nova launcher or google now launcher
I always prefer / run Nova on all my Android devices.
As others have stated, if you really want to get the most out of your device as far as customizing how it looks/acts you will ALWAYS be best off with downloading a 3rd party launcher.
I would also suggest Nova (though I prefer Prime since again it gives that many more features and will allow me to setup a gesture shortcut for tap-to-sleep) or Next Launcher 3D (Just started using this one the other day but so far I really dig it)

The LG G4 themes are pretty weak. You can't grab a theme or an icon pack from the Play Store and apply it, you have to get the themes from LG Smartworld, which is LG's own private app store for LG devices.
There are a few themes there, but they're mostly half-as$ed. 20 to 30 icons only and a couple of wallpapers, they don't give you enough.
Like everyone said, you can download a launcher from the Play Store like Nova. This will allow you to customize close to anything and apply icon packs with thousands of customized icons.
I wouldn't go as far as buying the S6 for that reason, not even close. You can expect the theme manager there will still not give you what you can get from Nova or any other launcher from the Play Store.
The LG themes change the icons and the wallpapers. Some include LG keyboard themes as well.
If you want the authentic messaging look and feel then you can download the actual Google messaging app from the app store. The LG themes does include lollipop material design. Google now launcher is authentic lollipop launcher. There is nova launcher which is the most popular. The moonshine icon pack can be downloaded from the play store and applied with nova launcher. That's as authentic looking as you'll get.
So now that Google deprecated the Google Launcher, what is my best bet to make my Tab S4 look and behave more like my Pixel 3? I've frozen the Samsung apps by and large and replaced them with the Google ones on the home screen. What is my option for overall behavior? I'm a fan of Samsung hardware, but not any of their interfaces that I've ever used. I may still be bitter from TouchWiz UI.
personally I m using Nova or Shade Launcher (there are other options)

I use Action Launcher - have used it for years on my tablets and my cell phone.
Lighting launcher
I use Nova Launcher Prime cause I need all the fancy stuff, but for cleaness I would use Lawnchair Launcher. Simple launcher, with yet, a few good features under the hood, including the usefull Sidepanel with Google News Feed.
How did you freeze apps?
Hi there,
i recently saw many videos of new UI of Realme named Realme 2.0. and i noticed that this ROM has best features of OnePlus Oxygen OS (Customizaion Menu), Samsungs OneUI (Notification Shade), & MIUI lockscreen theme and menus. Even the stock launcher has so many features like Oxygen OS (icon customisation, icon shapes, icon Packs) and also gesture to organise home screen icons like MIUI's shake to arrange home screen icons.
i eagerly waiting to have developers to develop realme UI for redmi phones. As it has combination of OxygenOs, OneUI, MIUI. i think it will be a great option who seems stock Android as bored and searching for some feature rich UI other than MIUI.
