[Q] camera not working

I bought galaxy grand from saudi arabia. After my firmware update to 4.2.2, mobile is getting stuck and became very slow. main problem is, when i use camera to take photos, i can hear the camera sound ,but it is not taking photos..please give me the solution bros..Thanks

Flash other 4.2.2 firmware via odin. Backup your data first

Easy, just download other country firmware from sammobile.com (middle east if you prefer arabic language) then download odin3.04, put your phone into download mode, open odin and check pda, choose the firmware and flash it, this can loss your data, backup it first.

Thanks alot bro..i bought this phone from saudi arabia and now my wife is using it in india..can i do it in india right?? you have any information about the new firmware update in india for the galaxy grand??

she was updated from old firmware to 4.2.2. this is the latest firmware right??then i have to downgrade or what??

There are many options there and I really don't know which to choose.
I need it to be stock just with latest official firmware. more then a year ago was the last time I touched HTC phone.

Well first u need to know your device Cid. Then according to that Cid you have to download the appropriate firmware. So first google how to check cid.

I may be missing something, but if it's stock and unrooted, why can't you just do an OTA update?

Why don't you check in software updates on your phone and see if there's any. If not, just exercise a little patience, it will come. I'm using a dual sim type and got the latest version Android 4.4.4.

Why samsung not support Galexy Neo SM-N7502 ?!

I do not know ? Why samsung have bad support for Gaelexy neo SM-N7502 ?!
Only 4.3 from first and other any things?
Unfortunately This is a very bad and we are very angry !!

I share your disappointment as I have the same device and I like it alot. But samsung are assholes for not updating it.
